Hello Sir
I Consumer Sameer Sharma custid-[protected] residence of B-22 EWS Part 2 Ramprastha Ghaziabad (UP) want to complain against your's department unfair practices and misleading consumers, a day before yesterday i bill reader came and told me that your meter is overload despite there is no consumption and even the meter is new, he continuously asking me to bribe him and misleading me by fines and threatening me if you will not he will charge double fine from us the and when i resisted to do so he made wrong reading of the bill. The previous bill amount was 1610 and this month the amount is 9241 how come this is possible however we haven't used much electricity in comparison of previous month the consumption is near about the same.
I want you to pay attention towards my problem as soon as possible.

      I beg to say that our electricity meter is not working properly and calculate wrong reading which is too high than using by ourself . So, you may take a quick action on it .

        A roof top solar plant has been installed on 9.4.21. As per the reading recorded in bill number[protected] dated 09.12.2021, account number [protected] the units produced by the plant and thrown in the grid are 8658.50. As against the same, the total electricity consumed are 104.6. Bills are being raised for the units consumed instead of netting the same with the units produced.

        The refund for the charges taken for 104.6 units is required to be done and future bills to be raised after netting the consumption with the units produced.

          Connection bearing account number [protected] installed at house no. C 8 sector 19 noida.

          Bills are being raised for electricity consumed without adjusting the consumption to the electricity supplied to the grid through solar plant.

          Since installation of the net meter/solar plant, charges for 104.6 units have been made in the bills.

                मैंने अपना बिल ऑनलाइन देखा जो 4 दिसम्बर को बनाया गया था बिल पीरियड 8 नवंबर से 4 दिसम्बर 2021 तक था जो 1388 यूनिट का है जिसमें रीडिंग 21131 दिखाई गई है जबकि सही रीडिंग 19821 है (7 दिसम्बर तक).
                बिना मीटर रीडिंग देखें बिजली का बिल बना दिया गया जो कि गलत है बिल बनाने वाला सही समय पर नहीं आता है घर बैठे ही बिल बना दिया है जो मीटर रीडिंग से मेल नहीं खाता है
                कृपा करके मीटर रीडिंग लेने वाले के खिलाफ उचित कार्यवाही करते हुए मेरा बिल सही करने की कृपा करें

                  Your employees are now forwarding the bill without taking any meter reading in ghaziabad, shalimar garden area, , today i check my electricity bill online and i shock as it was 10 time of our regular cusumption, , ,
                  then i match the bill reading with metere reading and there i found that in the bill the reading is not as per metere .i also compaint on your toll free number were tally caller told me that he will share number of concern person but then disconnect my call, , , request you to kindly look at your great services and pls alliegn some one who can resolve this issue

                    Hello Sir,
                    I would like to get your support for the bill generation which happens for 2 Months on 6th of Dec.
                    Till now we have already paid the bill before the due date which has a rebate of 69Rs per month. But I can see the Nov and Dec bill was generated on 6th Dec which comes around 2720 Rs and does not have any rebate considered. (1360*2). Also if we have timely payment then it should be (1296*2)
                    Also please find the last bill payment done till now.
                    31st Aug to 30th Sep - Paid 1296 on 18th Oct 2021
                    30th Sep to 31st Oct - Amount to be paid before 11th Dec 2021 (~1296)
                    31st Oct to 31st Dec - Bill generated on 6th Dec but no rebate considered and late bill amount of 69 Rs added so far which is not correct procedure if bill was never been late as per the printed due dates.
                    Please let us know how quickly this can be addressed as the same has to be closed before the December due date to avoid any further penalty.

                      I have received a bill of 30000 for a month.we are two member in family.and have one geyser and one washing machine in our home.nobody in the electricity deptt.is ready to help.and they said if you will not pay the bill we will disconnect your electricity.

                          I m Ajay from sector - 11(residential areas) Noida.Trees in our sector are overgrown and need pruning as many of them often touch electricity wires causing sparks. With heavy winds blowing with showers, overgrown branches of trees can lead to accident if the authority does not prune them.
                          I m also sharing a photograph to share the view in front of my house.
                          It will be highly grateful if you could look into the matter and I request you to take immediate action.

                                    As AE Mentioned in Meter sealing report that previous meter was defected and make previous bill as per check meter reading. But I am not getting any resolution after so many complaints in 9 months and my bill not revised till date.

                                      Recently I have installed new electirc 5 KV meter at my residence:F-206, AURA CHIMERA, RAJ NAGAR EXTN., NOOR NAGAR, NH-58, GHAZIABAD, but regret to inform you that the installed meter is not functioning since last 10-15 days and I made several complaints with your both UPPCL;s offices at Raj Nagar Extn. (Noor Nagar), but they are not doing any action only give assurances since the last 7-10 days for meter replacement.

                                      It is my humble request, please look into the matter and issue the necessary instruction to the concerned so that the compllaint resolve immediately.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I don't get bills with updated meter readings anytime. i have raised this complaint multiple times . Taking meter readings twice or thrice a year actually increases the burden on the consumer in spite of regular bill payments. On raising the compliant to local authorities, they always say the meter is inside the house, we will get it placed outside and on one returns back or even bother to pick up our calls. It is really frustrating because I have been asking then to fix the issue since last 6 months.

                                        Would really appreciate your support on this.
