Incorrect Billing

I had not been using the Electricity for the last one year as I was out of station, but still the electricity meter shows 800 units of power consumed. Even now, the meter is running much faster than the actual consumption. I have spoken to several PVVNL people regardin this, but there is no response from them.

Website under attack

The website o[censored]PPCL (http://www.uppcl.org/) has been under attack by hackers for quite some time now. This is as per reports by Google (http://www.google.com). Accessing the website is reported to download malware/viruses to your computer. This has become a great way to keep away people from accessing any information from the website.

Wastage of Electricity in Ghaziabad

I would like to drw kind attention of PVVNL authorities, that there is lot of wastage of electricity happening in Ghaziabad.
Most of the street lights remain switched ON during day time as well, and nobody is taking care of this. On one side PVVNL is not able to provide electricity to the Residents, whereas on the other side such wastage is going on for past several months. Please do the needful....

Electricity meter working but in bill meter is not working

Book No.- 7725, Connection No.- 032591 (Gajraula, Distt. J.P. Nagar U.P.)

My electricity bill is coming on the basis of meter not working (IDF) for the last 8 months. But meter is working very well.
I have done the complaint several times but no action has been taken so far.

Did not receive the payment recipt

I am living at A-5, 52-c sector-71 from the last 6 months. There was pending bill of near 7000 INR to this flat. I was paying this amount per months in installment of 1000 rs along with my current electricity bills but in month of july i had to pay the full oustanding amount for this flat from my pocket otherwise i would have to live without elecricity.
I delieverd the check for the electricity bill to Mr Rakesh of sector-72 electricty...

Non installation of Check meter/Excessive meter reading and bill amount/Faulty meter

I had complained about excessive meter reading and bills and that apart, to assess the real consumption/usage I had requested for installation of check meter. Despite my repeated requests, day to day follow up and 5-6 letters, nothing has been done. detection of light for more then 12 hour and the worst condition of wires in the loni city

dear sir,
with due respect and humble request i want to draw your kind attention towards the wrost condition of wirings and light cutting in the loni border .As in this 21 century it is quite imposible to live without light
sir in this area there is ahuge cut of light is done the wires are so old due to which they fall within 2-3 days. only one street have wired with cable i do n't know why thelightman hsvestop...

Mismanagement of bills settlement!

I am the customer of 650 & 350 KVA connected load in two seperate plants at Phase-II, Noida.I tried to ask the new tarrif regulations from some of your officials but got no correct reply. The story from Shiba has come to you 4 days ago as "WE CONSUMERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW THE TARIFF CHARGES LEVIED.THE RATES SHOULD BE INFORMED TO ALL CONSUMERS BEFORE THEY TAKE EFFECT."
