Hi team - I was paying the bill on time through Paytm for the past 2 month - I paid 670 plus 255 and that was the amount due and I paid it -

Last bill was paid on 1st June - now I received the bill 3500 plus - just confused 8 days bill can not be for 3500

This is bring to your notice that i am feeling that my monthly electricity bill is coming more than the consumption.
My meter is not displaying the reading and it was observed When i tried to verify the reading from meter on 27th May 2021.
In view of the above, it is requested to depute the concerned technical person to check the meter, at the earliest.

Electric current from the nearby electric pole is disconnected since last evening....

There is a tree in front of my house which is growing in height, it is now touching the electricity lines in front of my house. From 22 April 2021 till now I didn't open my shop due to lockdown and one tragedy has been done in my house. Today I got the message of electricity bill i.e 3893.22 Rs . We have try so manu times you're bill representative but that guy doesn't give any response and sometimes they'll say they can't come our home & not possible to out our electricity bill... I have online paid Electricity Bill Rs.710 two times due to network problem on date[protected]. Amount Rs. 710 (Total Amount Rs. 1420) debit from my account two times but when i have check online payment history on website https://uppcl.mpower.in/wss/LoginNew.htm
then show only Rs. 710 in payment history. Bank Transaction history attached here for your review.
please refund my amount Rs. 710 or adjust in my bill.br...
