Dear sir,
Higher slab unit charges by clubbing 2 month's bill from 16.03.2020 to 25.05.2020-bill no.[protected]. I m told that due to lockdown no meter reading was taken and hence, combined bill has been generated resulting in higher slab charges due to increased units whereas units consumed have been of 2 months. I request u to please charge unit slab rate on the basis of month wise consumption and also reduce the other late payment charges as i have always paid bill on time. The delay is due to non redressal of the subject issue of higher slab rate charges due to combined bill of may'2020. Please resolve the issue and provide me bill on monthly basis without any late payment. I will pay the bill immediately.

    Every night they cut the light near 9:30 pm and give back after 6 hr minimum. We are facing too much issue and when complain on customer care they don't know any information and shared je no. When tried to make call to je. He never pic the call.

      Sir i am a consumer of pvvnl my id is [protected] we are paying bills on time reguarly but in our area the condition of power suplly is very poor i live in moradabad up. Here power supply is very irregular daily power is being cut for a long time specially in night and also volatage is very low
      Please look into the matter. I will be highly obliged.

        Hello sir,

        This is regarding to the bill i received (Of account no: [protected]) in august month with an amount of 1667. I am not at my flat from past 2 month due to corona lockdown, no electricity consumption is there and now i am getting this bill which is very annoying. Very bad customer support is there i am trying to connect on helplines but customer care helplines are invalid. Please assist me with the above query.

              Subject : mazor increase in the electricity bill amount for the month of july 07/2020. (Rural domestic electricity bill)

              Dear sir,
              With honour i have to say that i am a rural area domestic consumer having 1kw load my pervious month 6/2020 electricity bill was for rs 533/- only where as in the month 7/2020 is rs 1492/-. It is about 3 times more as of 06/2020.in this period no extra electricity consumption equipment has not been used then why the bill amount increased???
              The month 07/2020 is not acceptable and it is totaty objectionable.
              Kindly do the needful to correct and minimise the amount of the bill.

                  To whomsoever, respectable, it may concern,
                  Sir,
                  This is to humbly requested that the consumer has received the above bill for electricity consumed during the period 11.06.2020 to 23.07.2020 units arriving at 4130 resulting in an amount of rs. 30, 393/- payable by 30.07.2020.
                  We notice that the unit and respective payable amounting to rs. 30, 393/- are highly excessive and arbitrary. With this, it appears that there lies some mistake somewhere.
                  The set-up of my house style of consumption is uniform and almost identical for the last many years. The previous bill was dated 11.06.2020 for the period 08.03.2020 to 11.06.2020 i. E. For a period of electricity consumption i. E. 3 months & 3 days, in this period units consumed were 3974 and corresponding amount payable rs. 24481/- (A longer period due to covid 19 restriction. This calculates to approx rs. 8 thousand per month whereas, the caption bill is for 4130 units corresponding to rs. 30, 393/- for a period of 1 month & 12 days. This is accordingly too much disproportionate and extremely excessive while the home set-up and style of electric consumption remaining identically similar to previous month, year and since long. The earlier record is available with your office & may be subjected to judicious verification.
                  There was absolutely no special feature (Except lockdown period, but both the bills i. E. Last paid and disputed one covers the lockdown period similarly) in consumption of electricity.
                  My grievance is that the bill is for an exorbitant figure and needs your honour’s urgent attention to rectify the error and serve the figure of rectified bill for timely payment.in the meantime the payment of this bill may be kept in abeyance, or may be a token or average amount be required for prompt payment.
                  I may be permitted to request you that the meter is installed outside my home boundry since a pretty long time and that may require the re-check or testing, as you may feel proper but there is certainly some fault somewhere, as i presume. I have been watching the movement of consumption for last 2-3 days and feels that the meter is perhaps is not working properly and jumping off and on from time to time which is causing concern.
                  It is, therefore, requested that the meter may kindly be changed or alternatively a check meter may kindly be installed at our premises to resolve the issue.

                    We need a electric pillar in our street because some goons show their power and not give connection to us because they digged their personal pillar
                    As i know government not give wire on personal electric pillar but they give money to workers and connect wire on personal pillar and not give connection to others so i request please do something as much as possible
                    This incident happen in sadopur village workers take money and give connection to non meter houses

                        Electricity bill issue we have been facing at our house numbered R-4/137 Rajnagar, Ghaziabad under the name of Mr. Mahendar Singh.
                        We received a bill of ₹7800 last month (June 2020) whereas this month we received a bill of ₹31896 with unit consumption of 39000 units whereas there has been installation of no new devices aur appliances and the usage has been exactly the same as it has been for last month.
                        After we checked the reading after 3 days of receiving the bill, it showed 761 units in just 3 days, which of course isn’t possible on our end.
                        I would request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                            Dear sir/ma’am,

                            Subject: meter disconnection on active complaint and incorrect electricity bill forced to pay

                            Call recording, bill, complaint all are attached in this mail.

                            I have given all details and being a normal person 9 to 7 job i can't do any more effort. So i will accept the justice as well as injustice both by the system. I will pay all amounts tomorrow 16 july2020.

                            1. I received my first bill after 7th july 2020, and online complaint was registered very next day 8th july 2020 with compliant no: pv[protected].

                            2. Our connection was forcefully cut down by je branch surya nagar ghaziabad on 15th july 2020. When i asked to customer care they clearly said no one can cut connection on active compliant.

                            3. Last reading was taken on feb2020 and excess payment 922 was done. When asked to surya nagar branch, they said they have not answer about it but your bill is ok.

                            4. During period of lock-down no-one came for meter reading, i hope as per govt. Guidelines. When reading-man came and told us about faulty meter, immediately i compliant for meter change.

                            5. On 18th june 2020 meter was changed. And that time they told us bill will be generated based on past history by surya nagar office, this was ok for us. But now bill generated on 7th july 2020 for (March and april) based on peak summer days of june. When same question asked to customer care they told us based on past uses new bill will be generated and asked to wait for that.

                            6. When today two persons came to cut down the connection, i called mr deepak gupta sdo surya nagar, about complaint. He said”if complaint is active tell them not to cut”. But when we approached je he called sdo in front of me and said sdo not listening and connection was cut down today without advance notice and active complaint.

                            7. One year total consumption is 3777 as per record attached in this mail. My jan and feb 2020 consumption was 199 and 214 respectively. Now they forced us to pay 2728 units for 4 months means 700 units per month.

                            8. One day before i talked to sdo about the matter and he asked to wait as he is on leave and very next day his department cut the connection. And when je called him he give clearance to cut.

                            Sir i have simply few question based on the above-

                            A. Customer care of pvvnl has no creditability of what they are promising to consumers? If no, then why they exists?

                            B. Can je or sdo cut the connection when there is an active complaint?

                            C. Can they reject us to tell about (Above point no. 3) that why 922 rupees was not adjusted in new bill?

                            D. Surya nagar and customer care both clearly saying that bill will be generated considering past 1 year data, then can they reject us to question about bill?

                            E. Can they force us to pay unsettled bill giving threating to disconnection?

                            F. The office staff is so fearless that they can avoid point c and can give in written that bill is ok?

                              Sir i am citizen of dlf ankur vihar loni and i see mostly dlf ankur vihar light is fused and many areas and many dark spot area not install light on the pole so sir please response my complant and install new lights in many dark spots area and changed fused bulb on pole because in this area moslty lives family persons and fused street lights dangourse for our people and sociaty thank you

                                  This is to inform to you that in 14-nov-2017 i have dis connect my connection and submit meter to electricity department along with clear all my bill amount. But still pd (Permanent disconnected) not settle down and all required document submit in related office but there staff not corporate to resolve this issue. Many times i have visited electricity office but they have making excuses of stolen meter and not giving any satisfactory answer. And even my billing cycle is still continue and my bill amount is increasing month on month.
                                  I request to you please close this issue arrange pd of that connection as soon as possible.

                                      I satish kumar ex cpo (Us) retd. From indian navy. Presently doing farming on lease agriculture land in akbarpur baans. I have a bore well connection in my farm. Last monday due to heavy storm 03 in no. Electric poll broken just out side from village. I approach to line man nominated in this area same day to take action as earlier bcoz without water my paddy straw seeds are ruin. But till to date and time no action taken by department and line man told that patwari will make the estimate of broken electric poll and then we will take action against this.
                                      It is requested that the seed of 30 beegha is now in your hand if timely action not taken then everything is finished. I shall be grateful to you for this favors.
