I have apllied for a fresh PASSPORT on[protected] for my 6 Month old kid at Hyderabad at the initial days i used to get the message while checking the status online " Passport will get disptach by[protected] subject to all the documents are in order" and now iam getting this messgae while chekcing the status online "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" and the Passport is the important document to me so i request you to Kindly help me in getting my kid passport As early as Possible. I have been making frantic requests to issue my passport which
has been delated almost for six months. I would have waited for
some more time, but an emergency has arisen to go abroad.
Unless the renewed passport is in my hands soon, it will be
a well nigh impossible task to make a trip overseas.

As you are aware, I voiced my anxiety in the adalat you
conducted a month ago, when you assured me with a broad
smile the passport will reach me in a week. That did not
happen thus far.

Further, the internet status appear to have stuck saying all
time that the passport could not be delivered due to circumstances
beyond your control and that it will be despatched in a week.

Believe me, I have no influence whatsoever so that my
grievance could reach you in person. I am a retired General
Manager from State Bank of India and there will be nothing
to deter to issue a passport as the documents I submitted
are clear and the police verification.

In the circumstances, I shall be grateful if you will personally
look into the matter and send the passport at least on humane
grounds considering the inordinate delay and untold hardship
to me.

I applied for police clearance certificate ( PCC ) on 28th of Feb. 2011 till date I have not received my passport. I am living in the same house for past 30 years. My police inquery was done on 23rd of March. This report was send to Hyderabad Passport office on 28th of March but till date I have not received my passport. The online status says " Police report clear passport will be dispatched by[protected] sujected to all documents received." After paying the huge amount of fee and stand in the long queue for 4 hours. and wait for almost 4 months what else do the Hyderabad passport office wants from me. I am Krishna.C, I applied for Passport on 14th July 2008. My passport number is Z804118. Still i didnt get my passport. And i need the passport to take MS from US by writing GRE exam. Actually i wasnt asked for a residence certificate while applying for passport. After sending i got a letter asking for residence certificate, and i sent it 1 month back. Same happnd with me in Delhi, for 3 months my status was the same as yours. I kept on visiting their offices, calling them, but their was no response.

Moreover we cannot apply for the new one also as per their rules and guidelines.

Finally when i left the hope suddenly, my passport came after 4.5 months.

Passport office Hyderabad — Delay in passport issue

Respected Sir,

Myself Mohammed Abdul Raheem applied for a passport for my minor Child. I have applied on 14th Feb at E-SEVA center, while application submission, all the required documents were submitted and verified by E-SEVA employee, Submission process get completed and Then within a month police enquiry was conducted, in which police officer found that Annexure G was missing in which parents should sign for minor child, and we have completed that process too. Police enquiry get cleared and the application move further for processing. Now after 4 months, passport office online status is reflecting as below.

"DECLARATION OF MINOR IN APPLICATION WAS NOT SIGNED. PL SEND THE ENCLOSED 'N' DECLARATION DULY SIGNED BY BOTH PARENTS."

How come the E-SEVA people accepted our application without this declaration and how the police enquiry get cleared without this. Irresponsible behaviour and lazyness of passport officials come to picture here. No officer at passport office is accountable for his act. Civilians are badly impacted and emotionally hurt with this. I have applied a family visa in Saudi arabia and on the basis of Birth certificate of my child, visa is issue, and it is going to expire in a month. Still passport officials does not issue the passport for my minor child.
