Sir, i applied my passport on 3rd sep 2010, and my police enquery is also done.but still i not get my passport.

The issue has been resolved and we have received the passports.
Request the site administrators to remove the complaint.

I have filed my passport application on May end and my enquiry and everything got over by 6th June.From last one month I have been seeing the same status on internet site for passport enquiry.I am in bad hurry of passport as I am married and I need to go with my husband. THere seems to be no end of this pain. Normally it takes 1week to 10days after policy enquiry but in my case enquiry is over, report is sent and only wait is for passport to be dispatched. I dont know how come such a high profile office has no system, even to know the correct status of your application.

Dear sir,
I had applied for passport (FILE NO: - HYD W712480/08) in the month of July on 11/07/2008 through Osmania Post office. Police report had been sent to passport office on 04/09/2008. As per the passport web site it was showing that my passport was dispatched on 06/10/2008 when I saw the status last week and dint receive the passport but now its showing massage that I would be dispatched within a week .

Even I visited passport office many times to know about my passport detail. There was no proper response from concern authorities and I called many times on passport office telephone number I didn't get any response.
Please consider my issue and make sure that you issue my passport at the earliest.

i had applied for my passport in july month on 11/07/2008 through post office. Police report had been sent to passport on 04/09/2008. now dispacth date is showing on internet i.e on 06/10/2008.But still i did not receive my passport. when i called on passport office no one is picked.

I am Vavilala somasekhar with passport file number Z608304, I have applied for my passport on 08-may-2009 and the police enquiry is also over. Actually when I first went to Internet to check my passport status it is given that "your police verification is over and your passport will be dispatched on 01-july-2009" and i saw the same when i checked the status again on 15-july-2009. But from 16-july-2009 every time I checked the status of my passport it is showing that "we regret to say this that due to un avoidable reasons the dispatch of your passport is delayed and will be dispatched in a week's time", even today also i found the same message there. I went to the passport office at Hyderabad but no use, recently i got slected for a company and they are asking me to bring my passport on the date of joining, now I became helpless. So, I request you to kindly help me in this and I hope that I can recieve my passport soon with your kindness.

I had submitted fresh passport form application on dated 21 July 2008. The reference file number is F024000.

The police verification was completed in KPHB Colony, Hyderabad . After few days in their website, they asked me to submit PPF form to respective passport office in hyderabad due to one year not completed in current address. But we were staying in this house for past three years and i did submit the ration card proof during verification.

But again i submitted the PPF form with that proof and again i don't see any response from them . The Status in their website remains the same. I had written a complaint to the passport officer reg the same and again but yet there is no response .

Now i have to travel out of India by next month end and still I don’t have any update

Please let us know

Until second week of December the status was in this way “Passport will be dispatched on[protected] subject to all documents being in order”. But I could neither received an enquiry not the passport from the Ghaziabad office yet.

Because of this reason, the latest application also has been put on hold and I was asked to provide explanation and asking me to surrender the first passport.

Can I please get an answer to my grievance? In spite of my several reminders and meetings with the people personally in Hyderabad I have not got an answer to my problem. I don’t understand the kind of HARRESSMENT we are being put to just for a RENWAL OF PASSPORT that too applied on TATKAL for a MINOR of 6 years.

Please place your self in my place and see what if your daughter had been missing school since 3 months. How shall the child cover the portion? And now the school is not willing to wait and want to strike her name off the roles. How much concern would this be to you.

Please sir, Can some officer look into this matter and let us know why we are being harassed since 4 and half months for a minor passport renewal.

I have been told 3 weeks back that the passport is in the dispatch center when I check at the dispatch center they don’t give any answer. I am not sure if the same is true.. The status on the website of the passport office was never updated. Except for the police verification update done.

I have applied for an Indian Passport to the Passport office in Hyderabad on[protected] in Jamai-Osmania Post Office, situated in Osmania University Campus, Hyderabad-500 007. When ever I see the status of my application in the web site of the passport office of Hyderabad since April this year, to my surprise it shows that the “Police Report has not been received”. I applied for the fresh passport on 31 Aug 2007 and file number is D009688.
I am still waiting for Police verification, in regards with the same i contacted Haveli -khadak police station, personally visited but there is not at all control on the working style adopted by concern police personal. They never speek in soft language and behave as rude person. As a police he need to be loyal with the general human being but which is not the case-they misuse the rights that they have.

Even no one from Passport office attend the phone lines mentioned in RIGHT TO INFORMATION COLUMN...
Only god can knows when my verification will finish and how many months yet it required for further processes....

I pray god to remove this currupted system from this country as soon as possible and provide a relife.

I had filed Passport & online shows already sent to police verfication still no one turned up, i personally went & asked jayanaagar 4th block thimmegowda writer who wears cap & spectales, he slowly opened a file & asking lot of questions. i took his file & searched & found, he says bring neighbours letters, 3 photo, orginals & do some xerox of his file & orginals copy with some bribe money also ...one person came home & took 50rs also, after i went he says SI has gone to rounds of city, come mornings.

Hi My name is K Venugopal and my file number is B05117309. I had applied for the passport on 20-June-09 and got a call for my police station verification first on 28-June-09 at KR Puram Police station. On my visit to the Police station they stated that my address falls to Hoskote Police Station Jurisdiction and guided me there. On later date ie on 20-July-09 a police constable visited my house and did a thorough check of my address and with my neighbors. He later called me and said to visit the Hoskote Police Station. I visited repeated for 3-4 times for the verification and found the writer of the station busy and finally i completed the police station verification on 25-July-09. Today 11-Aug-09 i checked the status of my passport and found the verification is pending from the police station. Please help me how to take it forward for as i require my passport urgently.

I submitted the documents for reissue of passport on 10th June. My passport was to be sent out by the end of July (45 days). I checked the website for the status during that time only to find the status as police verification not received. Soon after I received a letter from the passport office saying that police verification was pending. After multiple visits to the police station, the police verification finally happened on 16th August, but till now the status on the website of the passport office mentions the same, i.e. police verification not yet received. Please help!

I submitted my passport form 2 months back and i got police verfication call in 15 days of application.
I met to Passport Police Officer but i was 30 minutes late as i was not at home that time. Officer asked to give to references and a form to be filled. I gave him form duly filled along with other supporting documents. Officer told me that report will be sent in 2/3 days but i saw the status it was pending for more than a month. Later on the status was that, Officer sent the report like that '''''I have shifted to some other place and not staying at the same address and I need to submit form1 again''''' and this was due to only that he was not satisfied with the bribe that i told to give him. I had applied for passport and all was going smooth till police came for verification and I wasnt at home..and my family had told them that I would be coming after a week and I came on time..and now the passport status on website shows " Police Report Incomplete and case is examined".That means they have sent the report already. Earlier it was showing Passport pending due to Pending Police verification.

Sir, I presumed that the time gap between application and reception of a normal passport could have been to the most 2 months given my documents have been verified and I had no problems whatsoever during application to the regional office in Kolkata. My joining date to the company I enrolled in (TCS) has arrived and there is a mandatory passport requirement during the joining.
I would be honestly grateful to you and all the authorities if the process of passport issuance is hastened and my police verification is conducted as soon as possible. After so much of harrassment from the PRO, I finally got the chance to submit my second passport form on the fourth visit. The second police verification came on the 12th of March 2010 during office hours, and the verification police went back without meeting me and my references. My brother who spoke to the person asked him to wait till I reach home. But he left accusing him that he was telling lie. Please suggest me where I can freely discuss all my inconveniences and get my passport at the earliest. STATUS : Police Report has not been received.

My application was filed on 4 May 2010, police verification on 12 May. Till now it says on the website that PV Report is not received.

When I call up the policeman who asked for bribe after writing my report, he says to to go to the Commissioner's Office.

Of course, this is because I did not pay the full bribe. God only knows if I will ever get my passport.

I have no words to describe what a degrading experience this has been.

I am not leaving my file no. here because I don't trust the policemen who might read this.

These police officers are always away from office in the day timing and remain active only for 2 hours in evening .. every time they just answer that the form is still not recieved by them ... And there is no way for complaint against the police...

Sir, I had applied for passport on may 14th 2010.. But till now (22nd july) no one turned up for police verification itself..

i had applied for passport on 8/09/2010 for re issue, File no. BN[protected]. after number of follow up at bansavadi police station in bangalore they could not trace my personal particulars so i visited police commissioner office at Indian Express and they informed that they sent it on 09/09/2010 to the concerned police station. After continues search they found and brought the police officer to my house and had verified every things. When I did not get the passport even after 27 days, visited again in the Bansavadi Police station, the report was lying at Bansavadi police station . they did not send the report even after 10 days of verification. I need passport very urgent for applying a job in abroad, pls anbody can help me on this.

i had applied for a re issue of passport on 08/09/2010. File no BN.[protected]. police verification had done on 23/09/2010 after number of follow up at Bansavadi police station. Because of delay in receiving passport i visited again at Bansawadi police station, they informed that still they did not send it . When i will get my passport i need it very urgent to apply for a job in abroad. any body can help me.

Does anybody actions on these complaints

I have already applied for re issue passport, on 08/09/2010 file No: BN[protected] I went to police station at Bansavadi for police verification. Almost 2 weeks back my police verfication has finished. but they sent report only on 18/10/2010 to commissioner office at Indian express Bangalore. Now almost 40 days has been completed after verification. still my file is in police station which has not sent to passport office after verification.

Because of delay getting passport I visited more than 7 times at bansavadi police station and commissioner office. Alas! the result is desperation. On 27/10/2010 I visited the Bansavadi police station then concerned officer given a Name Mr. Mahalingegowda at commissioner office then I met him and he said there is no file. Now what i can do to get my file and get my passport immediately as i urgently required it. I already lost my two chance of Job in Abroad. Even i[censored] can not help the public, don't spoil there future. Here Officers are also plying game to get Money (bribe) If anybody can help me please help me to receive my passport.

Dear sir my name is Sabapathi, i submitted my passport application on 27/08/2010 in the PSK-Lalbagh & they have forwardwd the application to commissioner office and i checked with commissioner office single window asper them they have forwarded to Yelahanka new town police station but when i check with police station they are telling we have not received, i have visited police commissioner office & policestation nearly 6 to 7 times. . ... Dont know how many months more should i need to wait... Pls someone help.

I have also applied for passport on 21 Nov 2010 and I went to police station for verification, but the TI is asking for 1000/-. I didn't give that guy a single ruppee.
can he do anything wrong to me...

I have applied for passport of my child 28/02/2011. My complain is that police officer came to home for verification. We are submitted all documents but he wants more & more documents. He called me in police station, i visited again in police station in mayapuri, again he wants another proof. I think he is unnecessary harrasing me. still now my child incomplete police verification.

passport — Since 2 mnths no one com'ng 4 police verification

I, Bina Nahata have applied for fresh passport on 7th feb.2011. My File no. is A004759. It has been two months and no progress so far. The status report is that the file has been sent to the resp. police station. I had gone there also but those people have no idea. I fail to understand what is going on .I have to travel overseas in the month of May. I request the authorities to please expidiate the process.
