Dear sir,
I had applied for three passports of myself, my wife deepti bisaria and daughter prashasti bisaria in mid week of september 2019. My wife deepti bisaria's passport has arrived in december 2019 but the rest two are showing pending in your office since 24 september 2019.
Kindly process these two passport application as soon as possible. The details are being given below:

My name is Kapil Gupta. I have visited PSK Kanpur on 2nd Dec 2019. All my documents had verified at PSK. Next day i got message that police verification has been initiated. Police visited to my home and all verification done. On 18 Dec 2019 Police has submitted clear report. After that there is no progress in passport it is showing Police Verification Report for passport application is under review at the Regional Passport Office. Passport will be dispatched after Police Verification Report is found clear. The applicant would receive an sms/e-mail once the passport is dispatched. Till now i did not get any update from Passport office. Even i tried to reach Lucknow RPO but could not. I continuously tried 4 hours to contact it says every time number is busy.
When i got tired then i contacted to Passport office number customer care they told me you have to visit RPO but problem is i am living in noida i can not go to lucknow frequently.

Respected sir/madam, i am a businessmen. I have applied for passport and have an appointment in the month of july and afterthat my passport file was there in my nearest police station for verification, and after police verification, a clear report was listed and sent to regional passport office lucknow on 14-september-2019. And i did not get my passport till now. So i request you, please provide me my passport as soon as possible.

Dear sir ji., mr ram vilas maurya, address 545ka/389 para, raja ji puram lucknow ka nivasi hoi. Maire gher ke samne ke road and nali itni khrab hai ke nahi ka pani road per se behta hai jera se bariesh me bechwo aur bedwo ko paidal niklna dubher ho jeta hai. Jiske lambai 100 meters aur chewdai 8sqfeets se jeyda nahi hai, jiske complen cm office, aur aap ke vibhag me bhi ker china hoi. Per abhi tak koi jevab nahi mila hai ke keb tak kary ho sekta hai.

Hello sir... I dr manish kumar singh has applied for passport on 6/9/19 in psk gorakhpur... My file no is lk[protected]. My police verification is done in september only... And i rechecked in police station they said that they have already submitted that. I have to go to abroad for my seminar and my further study but my passport is not issued till now. Online it showing that lucknow rpo is waiting for police clearance. If you need any documents plz let me know or plz issue passport as early as possible. I will be very thankful to you... My father( MOHAMMAD MOHIUDDIN KHAN) applied for a new and simple normal passport on 19th oct 2019 and fees instead of Rs1500 my account deducted for 3500 rupees.
After applying, when the payment came, only the page of 3500 payment opened
When found out from the Passport Seva Kendra today i.e 30th oct 2019, it was known that the fee is 1500 only.
please help me regarding this casualty and You are requested to return my 2000 rupees more

I have applied for a fresh passport on 22/08/2019
In passport seva kendra gorakhpur, uttar pradesh. But still i did not recieved my passport or any update regarding that. I have to go outside of country for a project through my company in september 2019, but without passport i will not be able to go.

I am Sanjay Khare from Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, My File No. is LK01C[protected]. My Police Verification Paper has returned by Police Station to RPO Lucknow without verification. Police Station is calling me in Police Station for verification, but I could not go there due to suffering from Road Accident on 16.05.2019 and my knee of left leg has broken, I was not able to go Police Station for verification.
Please suggest me that further what I do to issue my Passport earlier.

Sir,

I had applied for new passport as on date 28.04.2019 and the appointment with VARANSI PSK was on 30.04.2019, where all step by step procedures were done correctly and after getting everything correct the passport officer/executive asked me to leave and ensured that my passport will arrive approximately 2 or 3 week later but still the status report showing "PASSPORT APPLICATION IS UNDER REVIEW AT REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE". I need it very urgently .
So With due respect and humble submission i request to you kindly look into the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible and please let me know the reason behind this issue.

I applied for passport on the above mention site, firstly the charged 3000 for normal passport, then i received a messege regarding the appointment date to the allahabad passport office at psk with the reporting time mentioned.
Since i was applying for the passport for the very first time and was not aware that the login id is required. The site only asked for very primary details online and rest of the details were taken by them on call.
I had been asking then about the required information and re issuing the appointment date but then on calling maximum times the call is busy or the cell is switched off and when the call gets received they say that they'll provide me with the details shortly on my mail but then it has been 3-4 times i complained and got the same response but no details sent
I would be highly obliged if actions would be taken and i get my details with the reissued appointment date or if i get my money back.. Their contact number being [protected]..

Hello sir/mam,

I submitted my application in consulate general of india, chicago usa for police clearance certificate. I was given the reference number as chic/cons/0193019 by chicago office and i was told that my file was sent to rpo lucknow for clearance. Could you please let me know the status of my file?

I require police clearance certificate for immigrating to canada. Their deadline for application is soon approaching. I will be highly obliged if you can provide me a status of my application and an estimated time in which i can hope to receive police clearance certificate.

This is in reference to my application for re issuance of passport. I had appeared for document verification and interview purpose at post office allahabad on 14th nov 2018. My application for the same is submitted under file number lk01c[protected]. The same is pending since the date itself and not even the police verification has been initiated. I had logged grievance also on 3rd jan 2019 (Service request number [protected]). The grievance has been shown resolved (After waiting for more than 20 days) without giving any resolution and with an update to connect with the regional passport office, lucknow for further clarification. However, email send on 27th jan, 30th jan, 3rd feb, 18th feb, 19th feb and many more to lucknow rpos has not been ever responded back.. I tried calling the available phone numbers of rpo lucknow but there was no response (Goes continuously busy).in view of the above facts and an almost 4 month time from application till date, even the police verification has not been initiated and no help from the rpo and grievance cell.

I was travelling and my bag was stolen in which all my academic documents and passport were there. Fir was filed by grp personnel in the moving train. I took appointment for passport at varanasi, they rejected it because there is not number of my passport in the fir.in the moving train in which all my documents and copies of documents were stolen will i be able to remember my passport number. They have told me to file fir again. Please help it matter of my job.

I’ve applied for normal passport category & application collected in raebareli passport office on dated-17/Oct/2018.

But after waiting 4 months from October to February Still not received my passport.

On PSK login website status is showing “Police Verification Report for passport application is under review at the Regional Passport Office”.

So, Pls track & do the needful to clear it as soon as possible.

My file no is lk01c[protected] shows passport application has been submitted along with applicable fees and documents from last three months why it is not updated. It takes too much time. Please take action against this. If any issue so please update me otherwise process is succeded. My document verification done in sultanpur with all documents and every thing done.
