I purchased a handbag of rs 4000/- at inorbit mall, vadodara outlet.

I have always found your products to be good and it surprises me that such unfortunate incidents has happened.

The bag did not perform as expected,
1) there was some issue with the zip of the bag which eventually i got replaced after two and half months of complaint (Mid of jan'17).
2) again after 3 months (April'17) of replacement, the material started to deteriorate.

So i wrote an email asking you to resolve this problem at the earliest in month of july as priorly was taking follow up with your vadodara outlet in april-may for providing an immediate replacement or arrange for a full refund but wasn't getting any solution. All your customers care team replied "the exchange purchase is more than 2 months old, we unfortunately will not be able to offer exchange against the same.
We deeply regret our inability to assist you further in this concern".
This is what we expect solutions for an expensive bag from a reputed brand?
And look who is talking about months who took more than 2 month just to fix a zip of a bag & months to give a reply to my emails.
It clearly shows pavers england is finding an excuse to run away from this issue.

I have come across many people with the same complaints which shows poor quality of your product.

    I have placed an order for two footwears via their website.
    One footwear which was delivered (Order number[protected], i wanted to request a change in size. As per stated rules i was supposed to inform within 72 hours of receipt. But unfortunately no one is answering their customer care number and no acknowledgement of receipt of email as well.
    The other order for footwear was cancelled from their end due to lack of availability but no information was given on refunding the amount.
    Very disappointed with the service for a brand like this. I even called the local store but they are also unable to help me out

    I bought shoes online from flipkart india and its quality is not what i expected, shoes have been torn from the bottom sole which does not happen from a reputed brand like pavers england. and im not getting any response from customer care. I am expecting a replacement or refund.

      When i was at kochi airport in june 2016, i bought 2 pairs of sandals from pavers england there. I started using one pair quite regularly and within a matter of few weeks the elastic on the sandals became so bad that i couldn't use it at all. The elastic used on it must be of a poor quality, otherwise this would not have happened.
      As i live in bangalore, i tried contacting pavers england here but of no use.
      Please look into it & have it replaced. I paid rs.5000 for 2 pairs.
      The other pair seems to be okay.

        I purchased pavers handbag from phoenix marketcity-bangalore store in feb'17 for my wife from fresh stock. While she didn't used it till may, it started scaling. We have no issues in 2 pairs shoes bought from same store. I have complained in store 3 months back and following up, but no response. Please help in mending/replacing the defective piece.

          I bought 2 slippers from chennai airport on july 13th from chennai airport. It just been about 20 days and one of the slipper is torn where the leather bends, i have hardly worn it 4 times. I informed the store staff about it and have sent the pictures. Its been three days and the store people are not responding. I think the slipper is about 7000 rs. Kindly do the needfull. This is the first time i got slippers from pavers and they told me there is life time warranty on manufactures defect and this is the response i get. Very disappointed.

            I had ordered online ladies wedges on 12th june 2017 through the official website of pavers england and had made a credit card payment for the same. Order no.[protected]

            I have not yet receive any docket number about dispatch.

            Their customer care helpline does not work nor do they response to emails.

            This is utterly ridiculous as there is no way to get in touch with them.

            Kindly advise alternate option how can i can get in touch with a customer care representative,

            After lodged the complaint immediately I got the complete status. I rec'd a response by [email protected] Just we have to chase by email only to them or make the consumer complaints.

              Brochure received advising 30% off all shoes in brochure. All shoes marked down accordingly. When tried to order was advised the prices were wrong and therefore have to pay higher amount. Trading standards advised that where mistake is not obvious as in this case that shown price should be honoured.
              Brochure also showing incorrect RRP based on what can aldo be seen on internet. Just want to buy the shoes at stayed marked down price. I thought a company such as yours would have the decency to honour. Extra point. The staff answering my call in customer care was very rude.

                Dear concerned official,

                I had ordered online blue colour ballerina, article code HLLFS6106, size 40 for rs 2499/- from pavers England India with head office at Bhiwandi. Invoice dated 13/4/2017.( order no. [protected])

                Unfortunately on receiving the parcel, i have a size and fitting issue with the pair received and I didn't like them either.

                I want to return the product unused, and in the same condition as i received it, in its original packaging along with original tags. And it's less than 4 hours from the time these goods are delivered that I am placing my request.

                I want you to schedule a pick up of parcel from my place and start the refund process. I had made the payment via cash on delivery.

                But unfortunately there are pathetic post sale hospitality available at pavers. Customer care no [protected] are non responsive just like the mail service.

                Please kindly help. This is the worst online experience I v ever had and this was least expected from reputed company like pavers.

                I am getting quite apprehensive. As I have invested rs2500 on my purchase and there is no getting back by pavers customer care. I called at customer care no 10 times, repeatedly mailed them, but no reply back. It's been 24 hrs already since I received the shoe pair. As per policy I need to notify them between 74 hrs. I am a doctor by profession and have a lot more productive work to do apart from chasing these pavers people. Also I would want compensation for the unnecessary harassment caused.

                I would strongly recommend all those reading this to don't invite ur bad luck by ordering Pavers England products online. It's really very frustrating

                Please kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                  I had purchased red chappals from Ahmedabad airport store on December 25th 2016.

                  I have used the pair only 3 times after that

                  Last evening the leather covering near the toe area has opened out revealing a white patch in that area

                  I would like to know how to go forward on this issue as I am highly disappointed with the quality of the chappals.

                    A look at the number of complaints on this page and the response rate establishes the fact that Pavers England does not bother to resolve consumer complaints I am letting the picture below do the entire talking. One is a bag I purchased from a strret vendor 7 years back, the other is a Pavers bag barely a year old! Surpirsed???
                    Says a lot about the price v/s quality delivery of Pavers (of course, their dismal customer care is another story altogether)

                          I had ordered for online ladies shoes on 07th Jan 2017 through the official website of Pavers England and had made a credit card payment for the same.

                          I have not yet received delivery of this order for shoes purchased online through their official website paversengland.in

                          Their customer care helpline does not work nor do they respond to emails.

                          This is utterly ridiculous as there is no way to get in touch with them.

                          I would like to be provided an alternative number where I can get in touch with a customer care representative,

                          The customer care of Pavers have reverted back and I have received update on shipment.

                          But, their customer care number does not work!!

                            I bought shoe from Pavers and within few days heel of the shoe came out when I was crossing the road. So take the heel which was removed from show and gave the same to Pavers showroom Oberoi mall goregaon east Mumbai from where I bought it. After few days it again came out and it was very embarrassing in office to handle it. Hence I gave back the same to Pavers showroom Oberoi mall goregaon east Mumbai to exchange the same and they reverted like we will let you know in 2 to 3 days. 10 days passed and nobody is bother to call so I called yesterday to know the status. They replied me to give a call in 5 mins. Name of the person who attended the call was Mr. Avishek. But he dint call me so I called at the office but some other person picked up the call and reverted very rudely like they will not exchange and they just repair and will back to me. I was clearly mentioned at the time of giving shoes that I am not here to give you a shoe everytime it came out. It is ok if its one time but its second time and I don't want to take the same shoe. Nobody is taking call from Pavers showroom Oberoi mall goregaon east Mumbai . Request you to please do the needful.

                                I placed an order for shoe accessory with order id[protected] on 16th dec and still i have not received my packet. Courier company told me that company has asked us to deliver this packet on some other address. In short i haven't got my packet.

                                Company's customer care number does not work. Mails are un answered. I don't know how to contact these people.

                                    I have had a very similar experience at Pavers Mall Infinity Malad, Mumbai. Bought a bag for Rs.4000/- and at the time of buying had repeatedly checked with the staff manager, whether the material would get pinched as the warranty is only on stitching. He assured me that pinching happens only in inferior material and not Pavers branded stuff. In just a few months, I noticed the outer material pinching and peeling off. I took it to the showroom, Shoaib, the store manager has dismal customer service attitude. Apart from being clueless as to what is to be done, he didnt even know the basic etiquettes of customer service! He repeatedly kept telling me that no other complaint has come and that I would need to submit the bag which they would send to their manufacturing unit. But on being asked what resolution they would come back with since this cannot be repaired, they had no answer!!! In other words...nothing can be done, its my loss. I have to bear for trusting and buying a so called"branded" product like Pavers. It is indeed appalling. I have decided to stay away from this brand forever

What was shocking was that they tried to pass the blame on and insinuate that I had not taken care.It was no surprise given that all the reviews I have read and heard about Pavers has been negative. Not a single person has told me that they have received a satisfactory resolution to their complaints. I only wish I had read the reviews before buying their products, but better late than never! Not only have you lost a repeat customer Pavers but one that will also ensure that nobody I know or in their circle ever buys a product from you! Shame on you Pavers

                                      I had bought a green faux leather handbag at Chennai Express avenue mall. After a year the outer leather type layer started peeling. I didnt know what to do and moved to Hyderabad. Went to buy a slippers at Inorbit mall showroom. I explained the bag issue. They gave me customer care email and asked me send photographs. I did the same but the customer care replied cannot do anything. Then after a year the sandals (Just after 3rd use) war came out. So i went to Inorbit mall to give and ofcourse with loads of frustration. Both the product were Rs.4000 approximately. I explained my frustration and also the bag issue. Then both were submitted for replacement as per the executive mentioned at store. The sandals came back repaired after a month and till date i dont know the status of the bag. No reply from customer care. My point is...We opt for branded products for quality, reliability, durability and customer service internationally. We pay so much of amount for a product and if the quality turns out to be like this, i think a major action needs to taken and case needs to be filed at consumer court and request them to take severe action against PE to check quality. I paid Rs.4000 for a sandals and now i must use a repaired sandals where i have not used anytime in my life. We throw the slippers once it gets old. First time a slipper wear out for me within a year. Sounds gross and frustrating.

                                      I have had a very similar experience at Pavers Mall Infinity Malad, Mumbai. Bought a bag for Rs.4000/- and at the time of buying had repeatedly checked with the staff managerwhether the material would get pinched as the warranty is only on stitching. He assured me that pinching happens only in inferior material and not Pavers branded stuff. In just a few months, I noticed the outer material pinching and peeling off. I took it to the showroom, Shoaib, the store manager has dismal customer service attitude. Apart from being clueless as to what is to be done, he only to repeatedly kept telling me that no other complaint has come and that I would need to submit the bag which they would send to their manufacturing unit. But on being asked what resolution they would come back with since this cannot be repaired, they had no answer!!! In other words...nothing can be done, its my loss. I have to bear for trusting and buying a so called"branded" product like Pavers. It is indeed appalling. I have decided to stay away from this brand forever

                                        I have recieved the wrong item and i have been trying to contact them since past 1 month..i did not get any response.i have sent so many mails and calls go to voice mail system kindly look into the matter or else pay the money back.i have recieved someone else's package.it is very annoying tht no matter how many times you mail them ms KETKI PEDNEKAR is not giving back any update on what to do with the product
