I had bought a hand bag from bhubaneswar airport pavers england shop about a year back.

The bag was of 4000/ rupees and now it has started peeling around.

On 16 may 2018 i was flying out of kolkata and in the kolkata pavers england store i required the sales person gave me a number to call and informed that i will be instructed what to do next.

I called a number of times but did not get any solution. Anyone picks up the call just says will get back but never does.

Please solve my concern.

I had bought the shoes in India last year . I use them occasionally. However recently I noticed that the leather of the shoe is getting wearing off and its peeling. I am a great fan of the PAVER brand. Hope the quick redress of my problem.

But there is no response from there either.

    I bought 3 shoes and got delivered today, unfortunately it’s over size for me and i want to change to one size smaller. I tried all mediums to connect but failed, your customer care number ‭[protected]‬ is not working, i sent e mail no response, also tried login in on the website but failed... I m bit worried looking at the connectivity you maintain to your customers. Really disappointed... Please call me or respond my number is [protected]

      I had bought brown leather shoes which turned into three tones as time passed. Now i can't wear them because they look funny and the shoes had lifetime warranty so i placed a complaint but the issue was not solved.

        I have bought pavers leather shoes from your shop at inorbit mall, vashi, navi mumbai on 14 th oct 2017. With 4 months o[censored]se it’s sole got damaged. I have contacted shop and they told me that they can’t help me and for replacement i should contact customer care.
        It is not all acceptable getting shoes damaged with only 4 months o[censored]se after paying hefty amount.
        I want replacement for my shoes as early as possible.
        Kindly consider the case.

          Hi this is shivang ganatra. I bought a pair of shoes from kurla phoenix showroom and it is been around a year the leather has been torn. The shoes i have brought were almost costing rs 10, 000 and it was promised that any thing happens to your shoes we offer a life time warranty.
          I have already submitted my shoes to kurla store at phoenix and the revert comes that we cannot do anything. Is this the service that such a brand provides to it's customers.

          The damage is caused by just wearing shoes for a year and the leather is torn and we speak on quality of products.
          Check the state of shoes in a year worth rs10, 000 where it is only used for office use.

          Please resolve my issue.

            My service ticket no is 23491. Footwear purchased and given for service at phoenix lower parel show room. No one cares to reply after making several calls. It has been more then a month. I just need to stick stones on my sandles. But after making several calls for a month i came to know that they don't find matching ones. No one bothered to call back. Very poor reply and service this time.

              Hi... I am a very disgruntled customer. I have shopped for all my shoes from you but a gift given by my mom to me from your airport outlet is pathetic. I have handed both pairs to your infinity malad mumbai outlet and yet to hear even from you. Almost 7k down the drain. Money doesn't grow on trees. Plz tell me why shouldn't i take your company to court. Check the state of shoes in a period of 9 months where have only used them at office and not regular roads. My complaint numbers are 23367 and 23368.

                Hello there,

                I had placed order on 25th jan 2018 and my order number is #[protected]Shoes) worth rs 2999. I had exchanged this shoes due to size issue. Shoes were taken away and now i got the delivery of new shoes of my size. Delivery boy is again asking for the money.

                I had already paid the money for the order no. #[protected] and when i send it for return/exchange they did not demanded any money money is on your end only. And now when they deliver shoes of my size again they are demanding money how it is possible to pay money 2 times just for an exchange.

                Please send me the shoes of my size without demanding the money as i had aleeady paid for that.

                I want you to take necessary actions for the same or else have to drop e-mail to the management.

                Let me know your thoughts for the same and the date of getting my shoes back without demanding money again.

                I want you to update your logistic with prepaid delivery as your system shows cash on delivery and the delivery channel is not able to handover me the shoes due to that. Can you please check and update in your system so thay the delivery can be made to me with ease.

                  I bought a pair of shoes worth 8k from chennai airport. While purchasing, the sales person said that the shoe will loosen up as i told him that it was tight. Also he did not have size 10 in stock. He said that you take this 9 size and if you are not comfortable, change in 1 month anytime.
                  When i went to change, in the same outlet after 20 days, as i had another flight & didn't get any chance to go to airport till then. The person straight away denied the exchange. This is the cheapest, worst and unbelievably bad service i have ever seen in my lifetime. Also i have called 3 times to customer care, but no response. Please beware of this brand as cheating people is their vision and extracting money with low quality, unsuitable products is their agenda.

                    I bought a expensive pair of shoes from pavers england, phoenix market city pune, the first time i wore it was good but within 3 months inner sole gets totally suppresed and giving me blisters on both heels, outer sole gets totally rubed down so slippery and it is very uncomfortable walking on tiles or any plane surface, the shoes certainly arent...

                    I dr col vishal marwaha. Principal amrita institute of medical sciences. Kochi. Kerala purchased a shoe at your outlet in mumbai airport on 3 dec 17. I was told that i will get 1000 rs discount. But the staff did not say that second purchase has to be of rs 3000 minimum nor is it mentioned in your ad. It is mentioned in your voucher in small print and the voucher was not given to me by the staff. I bought a belt of rs 2500 and had to buy a polish of rs 525 to make a purchase of rs 3000.
                    I felt cheated by pavers england and will like to say this is lack of transparency. Why do you not mention clearly that 1000 rs discount is for a second purchase of minimum rs 3000. Your staff did not tell me either and were more interested in selling a belt to me.
                    Corruption is not good and transparency is desirable.

                      I have purchased wallet for my dad quality was extremely bad.
                      In couples of days colour started fading and it started looking like an old wallet as if it was been used for years.
                      I have returned back to the stores at airport (Mumbai domestic airport t1).

                      I wanted the number of customer care but sameer counter staff straight away denied that he can’t provide me the number upfront on my face very rude...

                      When i returned back the wallet time line given to me was 15 days. Now it’s been more then 15 days unacceptable service and 3rd grade products.

                      I think so i don’t have to keep any hope or expectations of getting back my wallet and money.

                      Not expecting any kind revert.

                      😠😠

                      For sure i will raise it to consumer court.

                        Purchased the article from lucknow airport in the month of june - july in the 4 month of span the stitching of the shoe has started coming out i have used the shoe very spairingly but it’s quite unfortunate it has a very poor performance
                        Please resolve the issue and seek for the immediate replacement of the product

                        I bought a shoe in airport Hyderabad. It has got torn in the front when I started using it after six months in shelf.
                        I was told shoes carry life time warranty and servicing.

                          I purchased 1 pair of shoe from amritsar airport on 8th oct...they give me different size of shoe...the right one is 38 and left one 37...i need 38 size..please resolve it as soon as possible...
                          Purchased few months ago and the strap of my sandals are broken. The leather thing is coming out. It is not being very often my used still this is the condition. Pavers is disappointing currently as I had purchased things earliear even they needed to get serviced after 1-2 months of purchase

                            I bought this footwear in july 2017 and i was really happy with the product. The first wear was really good but after that when i wore it... It was really horrible as my feet got swollen up and their were lots of pain. It was a shoe bite.. A really bad one which i had never experienced with any of the footwear brands. This was my first experience with pavers england and trust me i am never gonna buy any more.

                              I bought men boots model genuine leather online from online shopping site flipkart in india and its quality is not at all what i expected, shoes have been torn from the bottom sole in just two weeks which does not happen if its from a reputed brand like pavers england, i am not getting any responce from customer care.

                              On the logo it says quality british footwear, but its nowhere close to it.

                                Hi, i purchases leather shoes for rs 4999/- from mumbai airport on 11th march 2016.

                                Within less then a year the soles have worn out completely and now the shoes are slipping everywhere. I have been meaning to complaint for a long time. I spoke to the sales person at your store in the airport and he told me to write to pavers directly. I cannot seem to get in touchwith you'll on your helpline.

                                When i bought the shoes, i was given a 5 yr guarantee on the product. They did not even survive a year.

                                Kindly advise what will be done from your side.

                                      I have purchased long boots from pavers for rs. 2100 from phoenix market city kurla mumbai and i wear the boots same time after purchase. I used it for one hour walking in the mall only and then i see the boot was torn was torned from back side it seems like it is very old boot. I went to the store but it was close by that time.

                                      Seriously this is pavers england which says they have a v long year experience. I want my money back else a replacement with good quality product or refund as soon as possible.
