To whomsoever it may concern:

This is in regards with issue of non satisfaction of product (Quality wise) bought from your pavers outlet in malad west - infinity mall. Would like to begin with that my disappointment continue as no one from your team have bothered to revert to my previous mail.

It is really disturbing to realize that pavers has no concern or regards for its customer as i have been regularly following up with the outlet and on their insistence sent you'll mail to inform about my issue. But apparently it seems to be a waste of time as you guys seem to be disinterested in responding and are least bothered by customer dissatisfaction.

Needless to say but me, my family + friends will discontinue to use any of pavers product. And will take this matter ahead.

    Hi, I was trying to purchase a pair of shoes from your outlet at Kolkata airport in the evening around 2005 hrs/10 Nov. Unfortunately the card machine didn't work for some reason and my card was swiped 4 times from 2 different machines. Still it didn't work. And advised the person to cancel the transaction which he probably didn't. Since I had to take a flight I Rushed from there and the moment the aircraft was to take off, I recieved a message saying 3499/- has been deducted from my account. Had no option but to put my phone on airplane mode.
    Requesting to look into the matter as I need my money back asap.

        Dear Sir,
        I am a regular costumer of your products and i am really satisfied by your products, But recently i have purchase one pair shoes from Alfa one shopping mall Vastrapur, Ahamdabad (Gujrat) in May 2015 and stitch are open due to which shape of shoes looks bad and also not feels comfort to wear. As you don’t have any showroom in Chhattisgarh i am facing lot of problem.
        Kindly give me proper solution and solve the problem as soon as possible.

          I have purchased pavers england shoes 5 months back from one of there authorized distributor in mumbai. I have used them even on few functions only. But i have noticed that my shoe have lost its quality even. Stitching problem, color problem. I am trying to approach pavers england company for the same. But they are not at all responding to my compliant. Worst service. Don;t go for pavers. They are pathetic

              Bought a pair of shoes for a hard earned rs. 8000 only an year back.

              The pair has already been to the repairs (With pavers england only and never outside) thrice.

              Which means every six months the sole shows some problem.

              The customer care is unclear and never could fix the problem fully.

              There is some problem with the adhesive as it cannot keep the sole together for 6 months flat. This is not why i spent so much money.

              I promise not to buy from you and will make as many people as possible aware about the problems to save them from this ordeal.

                I purchased pavers bag 2 years ago and 6 months back my bag's chain was';t working properly. I had given the same for a repair and was told that the i shall get it back within 21 days but didn't hear anything from the store for 2 months.

                After rigorous follow ups it was after 5 months they tell that the bag cannot be repaired which to my surprise was extremely shocking. Not only i wasted my time and efforts but also the money i invested in the bag and lost for the duration of 5 months.

                Complaint: no reply from the team since 9 days. Follow ups emails written but no reply.

                    This is the most RIDICULOUS experience I have had with PAVERS ENGLAND, bought a pair of shoes from Saket Select city walk, New Delhi showroom on 22nd May 2016, & the shoes broken within 10 days o[censored]sing. I lodged a complaint at the same store on 24th July 2016, the store staff duly accepted the damage and took away the pair from me. They raised a ticket number[protected] and was promised a replacement within 20 days. It's been more than 50 days now, no communication from Pavers England. The Select City walk showroom has been shut down now. That means they have ran away with customer's money. It's been a week of complaining on the emails, every time I get an auto generated reply that we will get back to you shortly, which never happens. Such a shame from a trusted brand

                            I have order 4 footwear from pavers england website and also done the payment from my card and the amount has been debited by the same amount to cc avenue but my account on pavers england is showing "payment pending".
                            I have not got any information regarding the products.
                            I have also contacted on the toll free number but have not got any response from them every time they say feed your mobile number and e mail id we will get back to you in 48 hrs but that is not the case.

                            All the numbers that they are providing on net are all fake numbers, the one in thane is fake, the one in inorbit cyberabad has given mumbai number is also fake. I have mailed wecare also no response.

                            This is mere cheating by pavers. How can such a brand behave so mean i am not able to understand.

                                I purchased the shoe at mumbai international airport terminal 2 level 4 pavers shop dated 12/7/2016 bill no.601655 shoe model hvmll6102.
                                I have opened the shoe box on 19/7/2016 during my son graduation ceremony at sheffield university england, i was shocked because both shoes belongs to right hand side leg, during the time unable to go and purchase another shoe.

                                  In a one month time the red color strip which company claim is made of leather, it's color faded away..

                                  I’m still carrying the cover, not because it was first ever purchased but have been asked by PAVERS that it is premium and pure leather. Replacement for sure
                                  I have purchased 1 pair casual shoes for my son, wearing only one time&outer layer (skin of the shoes)came out.you can see in the image.pavers past experience was very good. Kindly be helpful in this matter.Thanks in advance.

                                    Dear sir / ma'm,

                                    This is with reference to 1 pair of pavers shoes purchased by me some time back, i would like to inform you that to my utter surprise the shoe has got damaged after being used for very few days i. e. after wearing it for 4 - 5 days.

                                    This shoe has developed problem of the soles getting damaged (actually there are nearing disintegration after being used for less that 1 week), while it looks brand new from top and even sides as there is hardly any wear and tear.

                                    This is very surprising and raises doubt over the quality of a very high end brand like paver shoes, i can send pictures of this shoe showing clearly the brand new nature of it from top view and damaged bottom view.

                                    Kindly look in to this problem and confirm the further course of action.

                                      This is to bring to your notice that I, Mrs Veena N.Mudaliar, am an ardent fan of Pavers England Footwear.

                                      I bought a beautiful coffee brown footwear BZL TP 4104 on 17/12/2015 for Rs 2499/- from Infinity Mall, Malad. After using it 4-5 times, it's thong came loose and as a result my toes used to try to take a grip. This gave me severe backache. The base too was peeled off.

                                      I gave the said footwear in your Oberoi Mall Output for repairs on 21/2/2016. The ticket number of the same is 00006919.

                                      The repair took eternity and finally when I went to collect my repaired footwear, I was shocked to see that it's coffee brown base was changed to black and the rest of the piece was coffee brown. This was done as coffee brown material was not available. No one thought of intimating me before changing the part of footwear in different colour altogether. How am I supposed to wear this footwear is beyond my imagination.

                                      I refuse to accept this footwear now appearing in 2 different shades. Kindly reimburse the cost of the footwear or I will be happy to exchange it for another footwear as this is my favourite brand .

                                      Hope you will do the needful at the earliest as the matter is lying unresolved for too long.

                                        I am a regular customer of pavers, i had purchased a sandal around 3 months back, the soul of which has cracked on both the sandals. i have given it for repairs on8/5/2016. till date i have received evasive replies by your staff at infinity mall, today being 9/6/2016, already a month has passed but still no reply. kindly get back to me ASAP.
