I purchased a black man shoes metal toe from PE showroom at Colaba. Witching first six months of purchase the metal toe came out and the stitching was damaged. The article code is YGMAB3201-w
The Colaba branch shut down almost at that time and after lot of search and work I landed my shoes for repair at the Worli branch. Complaint no 1597.
The shoes have been lying the for three months now and no action has been taken. I have visited twice but they said we don't have the material to repair the shoes. And they refused to return the shoe. No attempt was made during to undertake repair and I was not even informed. Only on my query would they say they are looking at it. The way shoes were stored at the shop, they are now not even worth looking at. The shoes costed me 10900/- rupees.
The company has just raised their hands off the issue.

    I bought a pavers England sandals from Mumbai/ Delhi airport (can't remember)
    It's a white and blue color sandal. The blue colors bleeds when I wear them. The white portion of the sandle has also turned blue.
    Never expected this from such a renowned company. Very disappointed!

      This is for information that I have purchased a hand bag and Sandals on 07.04.2016 from a Pavers England Showroom at Ahmedabad Airport. I wore the Sandals for the 1st time on 09.04.2016 and the skin of the sandal just under the sole started to wore off the same day itself!! It was not expected from such a renowned brand name from Pavers England. Though I have misplaced the bill but I have an entry on my credit card statement for the same.

      You are requested to advise me on further course of action as I stay in Gandhidham, Gujarat. Will I get a replacement or money back for sucha a foul purchase?

        On 26/02/16 I dropped off a pair of shoes at the International airport shop for a fault. The CFG No is 4630 and it was accepted by Shaik Moshin. I have not had any feedback yet from Pavers and have been unable to contact anyone to make an inquiry on the status of the repair/replacement. My telephone number is on the form.               I have made a purchase of a belt and shoes through air port outlet in mumbai and wanted the goods to be delivered to my home address in Delhi. The outlet ph.               Kindly look into the matter as the sales man is rude and not cooperating. Purchase was made on 05.02.16. And still it's not dispatched to my address.

                I have purchased a leather belt from Pavers England, Inorbit mall outlet, Hyderabad. Since there was a vertical crack behind at the buckle point, was shown and given for resolution at the store. Today the manager informs me that it can't be repaired as they can only address stiching or pasting problems. I wonder how a company like Pavers England get away with use of substandard leather material which is prone for cracks. Acts of this nature will lose the confidence in their products, submitting this issue for proper resolution.

                  Dear all, I purchased a black shoe from Pavers in 2015 No : PEMSO4205. The shoe stiching got off within 3 months of buying so I had given for replacement / repair to Linking Road, Mumbai showroom as it was under warranty. However to my utter surprise the shop got closed and I am unable to figure out whom to connect. I have been wearing pavers for last 3 years and so is my wife however we really found the quality detoriated every time. To add to that this has happened, I am looking for support for return of my new shoes. I am attaching the buying receipt of my shoe for reference. Looking forward for someone to revert back or speak to me .

                      I had ordered for a pair of footwear for my wife from Amazon (Invoice No. KA-BLR[protected]. The pair delivered is shockingly inferior, both in terms of materials and workmanship. I had sent a copy of the invoice and the pictures of the pair delivered to [protected]@paversengland.com and [protected]@paverengland.com. There is however no response. She has been using the brand for quite a few years now and has been satisfied with the products this far. She used to buy them from the stores at the airports mostly. I am sure there is some unfair practice in this. The delivered pair appears to be counterfeit.

                          My mother purchased a shoe from pavers england showroom in mumbai, it had some problem, as something in one show was hurting, we went to the Delhi showroom at saket mall, and they took it to replace, they called back that it cannot be repaired and would be replaced, and a new replacement would be sent, now they are saying that its already delivered, even though we did not receive it, they store manager is not talking properly, and they dont have the tracking number of anything, but claiming that its delivered and their store doesnt have it. I have complained to the customer care, twice but no response, now the store manager is saying that, since you have complained now they wont help.

                            I HAD PURCHASED A HAND BAG FROM AHMEDABAD AIRPORT ON 2 NOV 2014 BUT AFTER USING TWICE ITS OPENING BUCKLE GOT DAMAGED/ NOT OPERATING AFTER SEVERAL VISIT TO VARIOUS CITIES AND OUTLETS OF PAVERS ENGLAND FINALLY KOLKATA AIRPORT OUTLET TOOK THE HANDBAG FOR REPAIRS. WITH RECEIPT NUMBER CGF:-759 BUT NOW ITS BEEN 20 DAYS OF SUBMISSION THEY DIDNT HAV CONTACTED ME YET. AND I HAD SENT THIS COMPLAINT ALREADY TO THEIR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT BUT THEY ARE ALSO NOT REPLYING ON THE SAME. SO WHAT SHOULD A PERSON DO.. I HAD CALLED THEIR STAFF REGARDING THIS ..                               Dear sir, I had purchased a brown colour leather sling bag from your store at linking road Khar-W Mumbai Store Code-085. After using the bag for 3 to 4 times the magnetic lock got spoiled. On 19/12/14 I gave the bag for repair/replacement at the above mentioned store receipt no:3073.It has been almost 2 months now. Inspite of several phone calls to the manager Mr.Imam and also personal visits at your outlet nothing has happened so far..On 27/01/15 on calling at the store Mr. Imam told me the bag had been repaired at the workshop by stitching two leather belts with buckle on either side as shown to me earlier on one of your leather portfolio bag, he said the bag will reach the store in a day and Icould come and collect the bag.On 27/01/15 when I called up to enquire if the bag had arrived, I was shocked when he told me the bag cannot be repaired. I was shocked to hear this, as he had himself told me 3 days back that the bag was ready.Please look in to the matter immediately.Thanking You Suresh Rohra

                                Dear Pavers England, I had purchased a pair of loafers from your Causeway branch on 24th October, 2014. 2 months down the line the sole has started to fall apart. It's not just the stitching of the shoe on the top part has started to open up too. You can literally see my thumb nail -_- It is awful how quickly the shoes are worn out real bad they are literally in a not wearable state. Looks like its just 8 days I'm over the replacement policy so I don't know what's going to happen next. BUT my shoes are currently at your Causeway branch. Lets hope Pavers England maintains its brand image and reputation in the market. Request you to either allow me a replacement or a real good repair. It's really sick! How I wish I would have taken several pictures to post them to you. Thanks! RST

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding a Paver's Leather bag (89032LSBAG3201 COFFEE) which we purchased from Pavers England Showroom at Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport. The bag was purchased on 30th September 2014 with invoice no:4290 for Rs. 6499/-. On purchase we were assured, that if in case of any fault or defect in the bag, repair or a replacement would be provided at any Pavers England showroom. While on our holiday abroad, barely 9 days after purchase of the bag, we noticed the bottom corners peeling off which ruins its look. This was not expected from a quality company like Pavers. As soon as we returned from our holiday, on 30th October 2014 we handed the bag over to the Pavers outlet at Viviana Mall, Thane and were informed that no repair or replacement could be made. This highly contradicts what we were told during purchase. This is very disheartening as we have purchased numerous Pavers products in the past and were very satisfied with the quality and built. However, this particular leather bag costing Rs. 6499/- has a major defect and the company refuses to take any action which leaves a very bad impression about the company and warranty that it provides.                                     I had visited Pavers England Showroom in Fouram Mall today. They had a discount sale and astonishing i found that the products prices were Including all Taxes and still they were adding 14% VAT on the product. When i protested they said we have been charging like this only. Eg. Product is for Rs.4000 incl all Taxes and with discount its Rs.2000 but 14% VAT is still added. We customers are being fooled. Please look into the mater asap.

Hence VAT is charged separately. Communication for the same has been displayed at the stores. The amount collected as VAT, which is captured under separate head in the invoice is paid to the government as per rules.
