My mother purchased a shoe from pavers england showroom in mumbai, it had some problem, as something in one show was hurting, we went to the Delhi showroom at saket mall, and they took it to replace, they called back that it cannot be repaired and would be replaced, and a new replacement would be sent, now they are saying that its already delivered, even though we did not receive it, they store manager is not talking properly, and they dont have the tracking number of anything, but claiming that its delivered and their store doesnt have it.
I have complained to the customer care, twice but no response, now the store manager is saying that, since you have complained now they wont help.
Pavers England customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
