I purchased a black man shoes metal toe from PE showroom at Colaba. Witching first six months of purchase the metal toe came out and the stitching was damaged. The article code is YGMAB3201-w
The Colaba branch shut down almost at that time and after lot of search and work I landed my shoes for repair at the Worli branch. Complaint no 1597.

Sandals

I bought a pavers England sandals from Mumbai/ Delhi airport (can't remember)
It's a white and blue color sandal. The blue colors bleeds when I wear them. The white portion of the sandle has also turned blue.
Never expected this from such a renowned company. Very disappointed!...

Double Vat Charging

I had visited Pavers England Showroom in Fouram Mall today. They had a discount sale and astonishing i found that the products prices were Including all Taxes and still they were adding 14% VAT on the product. When i protested they said we have been charging like this only. Eg. Product is for Rs.4000 incl all Taxes and with discount its Rs.2000 but 14% VAT is still added. We customers are being fooled.
