Sir Rs115.17 is debited from my paytm wallet, wallet transaction ID no is [protected] towards gold loan with muthoot finance Ltd, transaction dt 25/07/2017 but the transaction is failed.please refund the debited amount in my wallet.

I paid Rs. 773 on 21 July 2017 from my South Indian Bank account through online banking to BSNL for the landline bill payment of the phone number[protected]. The money was deducted from my account but the bill was not paid. Please, refund the amount (Rs. 773) as soon as possible into my account from which i made the payment.
