Dear sir
I am complaining you about the issue twice within a week. I again tried to pay my bsnl bill of amount - 825 and same thing happens the amount got deducted but bill status is still pending.
I would like the amount deduced to be returned and also requesting you guys to resolve this glitch issue as soon as possible. As i hope i don't need or want to stop using your services in future.

Updated by balaji jeganathan As mentioned above I made a transaction on BSNL payment portal to pay my landline bill through your gateway on 21st July at 7: 36 pm of 825 rupees through my RuPay debit card, but the transaction failed due to some technical glitch and an error page appeared with this message -
"Please check and verify if the amount has been debited by your bank.If the debit has happened the actual final status of your transaction will be confirmed back to your merchant on the next working day.You can check with the merchant on the same after that period."
It has been six days now and no refund has been done by any source. I'm looking forward to get my complaint resolved and getting refund from the responsible source.
