@techprocess The issue in reference to my previous complaint has arised again yesterday when I tried to pay the bill amount with same card details as given before and the transaction failed with the same error message and the amount got debited from my bank account. I have attached the screenshot along. The transaction was made at 19:08 pm yesterday i.e. 23 july. The card number is 6070 93XX XXXX 8971

      Dear sir
      I am complaining you about the same issue twice within a span of one week. I again tried to pay my bsnl bill of amount - 1115 and same thing happens the amount got deducted but recharge status is still pending.

      I would like the amount deduced to be returned and also requesting you guys to resolve this glitch issue as soon as possible. As i hope i don't need or want to stop using your services in future.

        Hi sir/mam,

        I have done online payment for MBA tution fee of Rs. 8496.98 on 16 July 2018 using my credit card through indian bank via paynimo gateway system. E-receipt has not generated but the amount has been debited from my credit card. Its been more than five days but amount is not refunded to ky acciunt yet. Please check and do the needful at the earliest.

        I have done my exam fee payment online at udaan.nic.in through your portal(paynimo) .Fee (₹2539.83) has been deducted from my. Account. but it didn’t generate the receipt. sir it’s my request to send my money back.
        I am trying to pay MNIT Jaipur fee only payment gateway is paynimoh and I tried 5-6 times but it is failed.

        Error coming is - Previous transaction attempt failed due to : DENIED BY RISK Same error is coming for other students.
        Tried to call customer support but they are not responding on sunday.

            I am sorry to inform you that the money has been deducted from my Bank of Maharashtra Bank account, but it has not been transferred to the payee’s (MSEB) account .

              I was paid my bill on 18/07/2018 time 18:12:35 for that time some error occurs on paynimo my mobile i will close that but transaction is completed but transaction status is User Aborte only showing so please solve the issue of this amount spent that account by receiving message my mobile solve the problem as soon as possible.i will attached the report of 2nd transaction.

              I did my payment for applying for my exams online and I was guided to this portal. I used my master card and was changed 7619.48 inr. But I did not get any receipt or acknowledgement. Infact the page got stuck on loading. Now I don’t know what to do.

                    I paid my electricity bill through uppcl website via wallet. The amount of 14816 RS was deducted from my paytm wallet but no receipt was given by paynimo or the money credited against my bill. Calling helpline numbers futile as they do not exist or go straight to hold.

                              As mentioned above I made a transaction on BSNL payment portal to pay my landline bill through your gateway on 14 July at 7:25 pm of 812 rupees through my RuPay debit card, but the transaction failed due to some technical glitch and an error page appeared with this message -

                              "Please check and verify if the amount has been debited by your bank.If the debit has happened the actual final status of your transaction will be confirmed back to your merchant on the next working day.You can check with the merchant on the same after that period."

                              It has been two days now and no refund has been done by any source. I'm looking forward to get my complaint resolved and getting refund from the responsible source.

                                    I did an online BSNL recharge of amount 1099 through net banking SBI

                                    I would like these lousy snails to refund my money because it was a mistake to be a BSNL consumer sim which i dearly regret now Hence, i will be porting from BSNL so don't bother to recharge now just return my amount.

                                      I had paid money through my debit card for an entrance exam . the merchant dealer is paynimo . my money got debited from my account and the exam payment transaction is coming failed. so i thought bank or my mistake and did the payment again through the same debit card, again unfortunately my money got debited and transaction failed from the portal . my application is been pending . its been given is failed transaction contact the merchant dealer. but how to? all their customer care numbers are invalid . to ask with the bank there is no transaction id given to me . i hope i get the solution to this as soon as possible. now i am scared to pay through any other debit card for that entrance exam application. its pending, please do the needful
