Paytm — fraudulent transactions approved by paytm | |||||
On april 16 arounf 7.30 pm, i received 2 sms from bookmyshow. I had balance of rs.3825 on my paytm wallet and all of it was used up in these 2 transactions. I immediately contacted paytm and their support has been very poor on this. I asked them to give me details of the transactions as those were not authenticated and my data privacy was breached. On this, they replied by saying.. We would like to inform you that we could share such details with police only, once they approach us with their official mail id. So request you to please ask the police to drop the mail to us at "[protected]@paytm.com" Need your help with the above. Any additional you may require for doing the requisite, please let me know. I had make a transaction of School Fees through Axis bank on 12.04.19 - ref no. INB/[protected]/PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT, but the Money not credited to Julien Day School, Ganganagar . Please help to credit the amount Rs.18841.00 or reimburse the amount to my axis bank account.
Rs. 390.00 spent on Card XX0343 on 01-03-19, 15:54:52 at PayTm Mobile Solutions, NOIDA. Avl Bal Rs 2, 374.22.Report Dispute-https://bit.ly/2PZk2N5 This message i received on my number [protected] but my electric bill through www.pspcl.com is still pending where is my money of 390 rupees. Please refund or pay and reply to me.
