Sir, i tried adding 5000 in my paytm wallet on[protected] but the transaction was declined, i tried the same 2 more times nd the same problem occured, after the third try money got deducted from my sbi account for which i received message from sbi.Its been 10 days and as per paytm refund should have been done within 7 days.please take some action as soon as possible. shekhar kumar paytm no-[protected] transaction date-9-12-16 Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am using paytm from long time, and I am quiet satisfied with it's service, but recently I have some problem with it's transaction about 3000 is been not received,
I add 2500 in my wallet then transfer to Bsnl but I did't did' t receive that money it is deducted from wallet
