Respected, I booked Railway Ticket by using my SBI Debit Card, the payment done with PAYTMAG, transaction ID is : [protected] & [protected] dtd.22.01.18. Then both ticket got cancelled, but still amount of cancelled ticket is not credited in my SBI A/c No.[protected]. When I saw in IRCTC A/c status of refund was credited in PAYTMAG Bank (Refund ID : [protected] Rs.1400/- & [protected] Rs.1430/- dtd.24.01.18) which has not been received by me.
