TCN # 940471 DT.[protected].
POS PAYTM 97998 AT PAYTM TXN #884446 FOR RS5000.00 FROM Card 521XX6060.
Please help me in getting the money

Hi,
I have done transaction on IRCTC website for train ticket booking.
I have done transaction but I have not received any details about my seat
details.
Please refund my amount.Transaction details are below :

I have tata sky dth
20th march i did recharged amount with 175/- for 28 days
but after that i found my recharge days only 7 days
so who is responsible
why do u provide wrong information to customers
kindly return my 175/- as soon as possible
