I purchased three items on 27th june 2015 from peter england, aditya birla, sahakar nagar, bangalore - 560092, during the sale bye 3 get three free. I selected three items and selected another three items for the free. But then when they give me the bill, they charged the price on the three highest price clothes out of six. What kind of bye 3 get 3 free is that.

I request peter england head manager, to explain this bye 3 get 3 free rule.
Bye 3 get 3 free was cheating.
According to general I purchased three items on 27th June 2015 from Peter England, Aditya Birla, Sahakar Nagar,
Bangalore-560092, during the sale bye 3 get three free. According to general offers in other showrooms a customer can bye 3 items, and can select another 3 items for free at the same price or lower.
Peter England charged 3 highest price out of 6 items. I request Peter England to explain this bye 3 get 3 offer.

    Dear sir/ ma'am, I am a member of Peter England. Yesterday i have got an massage of offers from Peter England buy 3 get 3 free for members only. Today i reached exclusive showroom of Peter England and ask about the same offer but showroom owner refuse to give this offer. When i have showed this offer massage, owner told me sorry i didn't get any massage from Peter England. So, please do something for that otherwise don't send this type of massages. with regards, Jai

      Today around 12pm I visited store at ground flor Rama Magneto Mall, Bilaspur C.G. Person who is handing cash (Sardarji) was discribing us new offer buy 3 get 3 free. He informed us that offer is not valid in some segment. We told him this is not mentioned in sms that we recieved in morning. Aftet that he misbehaved us and we left the place without any purchase. He told us sms is not having any thing that he will give offer to me. I told him if this is your behaviour no one will come in your store. He reponded so don't come. Please inform me is he giving any favour to me by providing the offer.

        I brought two trouser on 15th june 2015 from peter england showroom which is on dist hapur (245101) uttar pradesh. After wear 1-2 times it got scratched near back pockets. I brought fresh piece from the store. I was very disappointed with quality of product. Give me the possible solution for it.

        I bought a trousers of 1899 from Jaipur and its size is 30 but i my size is 28, can i change it? By mistake i remove the price tag but i have the bill.

          I purchase a summer coat on 16th June 2015 at Peter England showroom at sector 17 chandigarh. While wearing at meeting when I opened it I could see that backside of coat where sewing is there is torned out. Its pathetic when shopkeeper sells such things. Cost of coat is 3999 and what I should do now as I am in Gurgaon now. Can same be replaced in Gurgaon or what I should do? rgds [protected]
          The bill number is N/756/18892 dated 15th June 2015 of sector 17 C store in Chandigarh. No revert has been done on this yet. Wake up Peter England wake up.

              I purchased one shirt from Peter England showroom Sector No. 1, Bldg No. A-63/64, Shop No. 3-4, Next to Abhyudaya Co-op Bank, Poonam Sagar Rd, Shanti Nagar, Mira Road East, Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra 401107 [protected] However while doing alteration work they have shorten the length of my shirt and hence it is not wearable..                 Dear sir/madam, My wife and sister had purchased belt from peter England store from vicar as s gift on my birthday and while purchasing your executive had promised to exchanged it and had also informed not to remove tag if you want to exchange and bill was not generated but later on when I went personally to your store to exchange it as I was not comfortable with that style I requested them to exchange it or I also requested them to buy higher value of any clothing and pay the deficit amount but he refused me straight away and gave me the reason that we don't exchange accessories. This reason was not acceptable because verbally while purchasing they had promised us and later they are refusing it. At present we feel like cheated because nothing was taken in written and we believed on their words. That belt amount is negligible but value of that is not measured because its an gift from my younger sister. Really the company of your stature will do this cheap and false commitments its not acceptable. Because of this type of employees our trust and faith on your Brand decreases. Please help as me to regain my faith on your brand and your company.

                      Sir I am a consumer of your products for the last 5 year. I used to buy your products because the stitching of shirts and trousers of your company are very comfortable for me. But recently i noticed that your products are not lasting long and not maintaining the minimum quality, mainly the colour of shirts. The colour of the shirts faded within a few months. I have seen many offers in my mobile sent by your company, i didn't respond, because i don't want to purchase your products any more. The strong reason behind my decision is that, your products are not worth for money that i am paying.                         I BOUGHT 3 TROUSERS AROUND 6 MONTHS BAG FROM PE SWARNAPURI, SALEM SHOWROOM AND A MONTH BACK I WAS ABROAD AND VISITED A PARTY. WHEN I SAT ON THE CHAIR THE STITCHES ON THE BACKSIDE TORED FOR ABOUT 10 INCHES AND I LEFT THE PARTY IMMEDIATELY AND COULD NOT ATTEND AGAIN DUE TO THE REASON THAT THE HOUSE WAS FAR AWAY. I AM A GOLD CLASS MEMBER. WHEN I COMPLAINT THE SAME WITH THE SHOWROOM THEY SAID IT WAS DUE TO WASHING. STUPID. RAGHAVAN

                          Hi, I visited Peter England New BEl road showroom on 1 feb 2014 and purcahsed one jeans, 2 formal shirts and 1 trouser, however due to a mistake by showroom guy he added one more which i tried but said no to it, so the bill was made and when i said i dnt wanr the jeans the guy who was making the bill he said that it is your mistake you should have seen it, i told him to cancel the order but he refused as it has been done online and gave e me the option to pat RS 100/- more and he would exchange the jeans which i want and would also not give the discount Also he was shouting on me, is this the way to give service, i have going to that showroom for past 4 years i wrote on facebook as well but no resposne : https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=[protected]&set=o.[protected]&ty... After that i went to the Peter England Showroom regarding this problem, but the shop attendant told me that we cant do anything and refuse to change.                                 I bought a trouser worth 1, 299 from Vaishali, Mahagun Mall store and gave that to Sarojini Nagar Store for fitting and den they actually treated me as worst as they can. I am making points regarding my problmes, home they will be resolved: 1. First they gave me a trouser with a wrong fitting, when i raised an issue regarding it, they did not even accept their mistake. 2. They gave me the same trouser next day with proper fitting but burn marks on it. I gave the product back and then after some argument they promised me that they will deliver a new piece of same trouser with same fitting at my door step. 3. After 2 or 3 days I have to visit their store regarding that trouser, and they made some petty excuses that they were on leave and all that is why they do not delivered it. Any how i took that trouser from their store by myself as i needed that urgently. 4. Then the stitching they did on trouser was so much pathetic that it actually tore. 5. Today i went back to that store, and i can not even explain you the treatment they gave me. Specially that manager or i should say sarcastic manager of yours. 6. Prior to this i have raised many issues, but i just got a call from your customer care who do not even bothered about my grievance. WORST EXPERIENCE in peter england store. (Hope to get reply soon)

                                  I had purchased ITEM -RT48624S/096 ON 30/11/2014 at Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited, the shop failed to inform the redeem points and when asked they informed casually "you come tomorrow and buy another apparell " and redeem and failed to adjust the reddem points against the purchase. Also the shop does not clearly categorize which apparels are covered under 30% offer as given in the sms to customers. Such behaviour for a reputed behaviour is found cheap.                                     Trouser Size 34 is 37 inches

                                    I have always been a customer of Peter England. My wardrobe has only PE shirts and trousers. Last week (15 Nov 2014) I bought 2 cotton trousers size 34. To my horror when I measured it at home it was 37 and 36 inches. The store manager tells me that the sizes do not always come accurately. This is rubbish.
                                    I request PE folks to replace my trousers with the correct size. Else you have lost a customer for ever. It is not the money that I am losing, it is the trust and loyalty that I had that is lost.
                                    The purchase was made in the PE exclusive store in New BEL Road Bangalore.

                                      I just had a worst experience in a PE showroom in Coimbatore. I visited the PE showroom at # 1057, Cross Cut Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore - 641 012. It was around 8 PM and I was the only customer in the showroom. 3 PE employees were there. I looked around and found two shirts that I liked. I tried the first shirt but the shirt length was short so I told the PE employee who attended me that I didn't want the shirt. When I told him that I wanted to try the second shirt, he immediately refused in an annoying manner and started to explain that it was not possible for him to show more than one shirt for demo. He didn't provide a trial shirt also but asked me to keep the shirt on my shoulders and check if the size fits or not. They don't allow you to try on a new shirt and they don't provide a trial shirt also. How the hell are we supposed to check the fitting? @PE folks.. When you say no to a customer please say it politely.

                                        I am a regular user of peter England shirts, recently I purchased Four shirts and two tea shirt from peter england samdriya moll Jabalpur civic center . Among them all cloth one shirt is colored fade I have given to shop owner to return them as per instruction and time within 20 days we will give the feed back for change the items. After 2 times frequently visited the shop he did not convey any message. One day I have received the call after one and half month there is no chance to change this items.
