I purchased a jeans trouser from pe showroom f-7, city mall kota (Raj) on 14.08.2016 which was defective piece. When i approached to show room on 26.11.2016 for exchange/return, they taken jeans and said that it will take a week to exchange/return, as they have to take permission from higher authorities, i again contacted to showroom today on 04.12.2016, then they replied again that permission had not been received till date. My bill no. Is s16/1119 dated 14.8.2016, stock no. Is [protected] and product description is n/j/edn41600020/1436/082. Sir i want to know that how much time it will be taken by showroom to exchange/return it. Please look into the matter and expedite it, and advise.

      Order no 2510126 for 3 shirts a d 1 trouser (Rs.6346) was made on
      www.peterengland.com on 30.09.16 and was promised to deliver on
      10.10.2016. Only 2 shirts has been delivered.

      1 shirt (Rs. 1449) and 1 trouser (Rs. 1889) has not been even
      dispatched and delivered by the company and no refund has been given
      to me till date.

      Emails were written for either deliver the product or refund the
      amount to [protected]@peterengland.com and Docket no. ABFRL Peter England
      #00005128, #00006308, #00006713, #00008011 were given.

      Only fraud assurance is being given that matter will be resolved
      within 2-3 days since many days.

      No action has been taken to deliver the product or refund the amount till date.

        I am very much concerned about your degrading apparels quality.
        I last month bought a blue trouser from your pantaloons showroom but after 2 wash it's not in a condition to be wored.
        With this trouser I also bought a brown chino but after wearing thrice it was damaged.So I had to exchange it.
        So I am very disappointed by your quality and hopefully will not recommend Peter England to anyone.I wish to exchange my trouser if it's possible.Do let me know whether it can be exchanged.
        I have shopped at Basaweshwar Nagar, Bangalore Peter England in the month of July 2016(11/07/2016) for amount of 5197. As there was 10% cash back on ICICI credit card. Its been more than 3 months and I haven't got my cash back, I followed up with them for more than 10 times but they say it would be done soon. Its really pathetic .
        I purchased to jeans trousers from pe stoor in Srinagar but they didnot give me any reciept for my purchases

          I have purchased 2 T-shirts of Peter England on 11/04/2016 from your store at Peter England (ISHMIN), G-15 Galaxi Plaza, Central Spine, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur (Raj.) ([protected]), bill no.- S16/96.
          Unfortunately, the color of all two T-shirts faded in the second wash. This is I count as the breach of trust, as the quality of the product is compromised and not declared before purchase.
          I contacted at the concerned store but I was refused to exchange or return, citing return policy which allows only three months duration.
          The quality of such reputed company is going down, infact becoming poor, which not even equivalent to locally available materials.
          Please take action on my complaint and instruct the store manager to exchange/ return the poor quality item (2 T-shirts) sold to me.

              To whom so ever it may concern.

              It has been informed to your kind office that i had purchased on trouser bearing style code ptf51400368 with waist size 38 in the month of january you’re your exclusive store sector 17-c chandigarh. I had to wear the said trouser on 17/07/2016 on the occasion of engagement of my cousin sister. I found the said article loose from waist, when i tried the same. Then i along with my collegue visited your peter england store, sco 74, sector 17-c, chandigarh and disclosed that said article is loose from waist, so kindly exchange with another article according to my waist. One person named arun, sitting on billing counter said try your article i want to check it. I wear the trouser on he himself came near try room and checked the size of trouser and said that he would get it alter and would get the waist size tight to 2 inches and get the bottom altered. I shocked and said how its possible to tight down waist size to 2 inches, he replied its our routine work, i said the tags of trouser are there, bill is with me trouser has not been altered from bottom as such it is fresh article, so exchange it with trouser according to my waist size. But he (Manager) remained reluctant and took bill from me and issued me alteration slip, copy of same is attached herewith and advised me to collect the trouser on next day.
              On next day i visited the store and tried the altered trouser. I shocked on wearing the trouser that there are lot stretches in pocket, zip area which occurred due to alteration of said trouser and as such i warned the manager about the said defect occurred at time of alteration of said article. He sought time of two days more to rectify said defect but all in vein and till date i have visited more than ten times to store, but my trouser is no more worth to wear. I requested him to return my bill and he replied that same has been misplaced, so i did not return the alteration slip which is in original with me and now manager is saying do whatever you want to do i am sole proprietor of peter england with highest sale and company would always favour him not you. Due this i could wear the said trouser on engagement of cousin sisiter.
              The above attitude, dictatorial behavior of above named manager or representative of your store is highly questionable and require strict action and further amounts to unfair trade practices.
              So by above act it apparent that you and company/store is indulged in unfair trade practices and it is advised to your kind office that needful be done as early as possible and i should be informed accordingly. A copy of this notice has been retained in my office for reference and record purposes.

                I was gifted a shirt by my relative on my birthday which was purchased from your Kothrud, Pune stores on 12.08.2016. The receipt was also kept by him in the bag containing shirt / gift, may be because, if required, I may exchange it. The photo copy of receipt is attached. It is printed on receipt that "Goods once sold cannot be refunded". Being unaware of any "Sale", I visited stores. But the stores manager flatly refused to exchange since sale was under "SALE". I requested to take up matter with higher up and have kept the shirt with the stores today evening I.e. 14.08.2016, since otherwise also the shirt is of no use to me.

                Please see if you can consider exchange of shirt.

                    I bought 2 jeans 1 casual 1 shirt from max store jayanagar recently, bangalore, all dresses got faded in just first wash. And this is not a first time which is happening, i have spent around 15000 rs in last 2 years on peter england.

                    Few months back i have purchased a t shirt and a casual trouser within 2 weeks i found many holes in t shirt, and trouser got into the colorless state that i cannot use anymore.

                      I bought peter england shirts last year 2015 from pantaloons india ltd. After washing 7 to 8 times shirt has been faded and got damaged may be because of bad quality material. I request to exchange by the peter england store at my nearby location.
                      I bought this shirt at around rs 1000 and want to get the new one.

                      I regularly purchase shirts from peter england. I never faced any complaints in the past years but this shirt is found defective. So i should get the new shirt by peter england.

                        I had a complain with the store of peter england located in faridkot (punjab)
                        I got a sms from company on my mobile about the offer that is buy 2 trousers and get 1 free but when i went into the store to buy the product they refused and said that the offer is buy 3 and get 1 free afterall i agreed to buy the stuff with this offer as well and i requested to get the bill but they refused to do so and moreover i wanted to make the payment with my credit card and they said we only accept cash. with this i would also like to tell you that last time i bought the stuff they didn't gave me computer printed bill whereas the brand like peter england in other cities have their computerized systems but the people in faridkot store make the bill by their own hand which is all fraud and all this is bull

                              Sir, i m disappointed because i bought a black pant three months before and after first wash it got damaged the color of pant is faded... during washing too much color from the pant is drained out...... this high cost branded pant of esteem company is faded like this then to whom should i trust... pls solve my problem as soon as possible.. that now wat to da with that pant...

                                I received a message that my points are about to expire on 30th June 2016.
                                But when I went to the Peter England Store today i.e. 29th June 2016, I was informed that since some other sale offer is going on I cannot redeem the points. That can only be redeemed after 15th August 2016.
                                There is a contradiction between message regarding expiry of points as received by me and information provided by Peter England Store personnel that the points can be redeemed only after 15th August 2016.
                                Kindly do the needful.

                                  I am a member of pe and got an sms from vm-ptreng on 16th june 2016 about buy 3 get 3 from 17th to 23rd june with code:6t7n0z40w, a repeat sms from dm-ptreng was received on 18th june 2016 with code:e86t9x035.

                                  So i decided to go for it, went to your showroom at kankarbagh in patna on 23rd june 2016 being the last day (17th to 23rd june was the offer) but after having chosen the 6 shirts the shop people said they will not be able to redeem the code as their system (Software) was not showing them any code against my membership.
                                  My name is anindya kumar banerjee and registered cell no is [protected]. I could not buy any item and had to return back to my home which is about 11kms a waste of time, fuel and energy.
                                  Please tell me why was i penalised for no fault of mine and compensate me accordingly as a customer who was betrayed due to a system failure of pe.

                                    We purchased green color peter england t shirt code is(GJKP5150169RFB) from Peter England showroom, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. after paying rs. 1098. After 1 wash t shirt is looking like faint green and white. Its color fades in only one wash.                                       A trouser purchased from your showroom has been worn-out after three times wearing after purchase in two month time, however it seems underneath back of trouser therefore your showroom is denying to take back declaring as fault of the customer. I simply saying that such worn out has not happened in my cloths over the last 6-7 years old cloths purchased from your showrooms or elsewhere. Pl check your quality of cloth as the name in business and let me know to return this trouser to you.
