    Hello sir this side Kuldeep Singh from city Bilaspur Uttar Pradesh. Actually the concern is that I have purchased jeans from your Peter England store and after next day I washed my jeans and its colour is faded and it is immensely a bad experience as a Peter England customer. Moreover, after this incident I went to your store and the staff is is not ready to exchange my jeans. It's my humble request please don't fool your customers and don't harass me. I am done with it right now my jeans is at your Store and no one is ready to to attend me now what I can do.

    Below I am attaching my jeans photograph. As well as it is crystal clear that colour is faded.

      I purchased one casual trouser from peter england shop no. 147-148, kamla nagar, delhi -110007 on 29th dec 2019. Waist size mentioned on the trouser is 30. Due to winter season, i couldn't figure the exact size but after some time when i measured it through measuring tape, actual size comes out to be 33. It is totally waste for me, i can't get it alter even since the gap is more than 3 inches.
      I am attaching the trouser's inner label for your reference. I had paid through credit card, hence bill can be retrieved from the store itself.
      I am a regular customer of peter england, you can check it from my mobile no. [protected]

      Since last 3 months the stores are closed due to lockdown, hence could not complain over there.

      I request to arrange for replacement of this trouser.

        Reckless and careless service of the tailor available in the mall. He did not reduce the trouser length to measurement taken. Every time I wear the pant I am cursing the Peter England for the most dis-satisfactory service.

          I wish to bring your notice. I have received offer message from thiruvottiyur peter england showroom. Then we went to peter england showroom at thiruvottiyur branch for purchase. But shop manager said we wrongly sent offer message to all customers. This is very ridiculous experience to us.

            I hereby wish to bring to you notice that the leather jacket that i have purchased from peter england store (Kamla nagar-delhi) on november, 2018 is of highly poor quality. I have lodge complaint of same with the store dated[protected]. I have bought it from fresh arrival stock and after ensuring from the selling staff about the durability and quality of this product. Now the product had been sent to quality department because based on their respose only they can issue credit note.

            History of product

            Purchase date: november 2018

            Cost: inr 5000/-

            Issue: cracking leather, peeling of the leather finish, breakage.

            Usage (Once): due to some factors, the product was not used in the winters of 2018. Its been first used in oct, 2019 on a trip till then it was hanged with other clothes. But when it was worn it start to peel off from under arms-maybe due to friction also leather stared to crack from shoulders and pocket area.

            Action: after seeing this, we immediately removed the jacket and kept it aside believing that this quality issue needs to be reported and shall be addressed by peter england. It was my belief that the store who has till date provided good quality product would definitely take responsibility of the same as well.

            Response from quality department: they suppose that product was kept closed for a long time and friction that caused this peeling issue.

            Costumer response: do we suppose to wear this the jacket with our hands up in air so that it doesn’t get friction. Doesn’t the quality team realise that peeling of leather issue is quality issue.

            Damn this has been worn once and how can they put the mishandling blame on costumer for this poor quality. I don’t understand this.

            Plea: either they should exchange the product or give me credit note. Else it would be a straight no to shopping from peter england ever because i am not some billionaire who wears clothes costing 5000 for a day and then throws off.

            We bought from peter england because its value for money till then but this time i burnt my money.

            I am a loyal customer who has purchased many a times from your stores before but never faced such issues in earlier occasions. I request you to kindly replace/exchange or provide credit note against the same at the earliest.

            I am also enclosing a copy of the consumer return form for your perusal and records.

            Wish a quick and positive response.

                Hey, this is in regard with the jeans i brought on 14/10/2019 from your showroom peter england add (Kala aam chauhraha, near meerut bus stand bulandshahr uttar pradesh 203001), after the first wash of the jeans i notice that the colour gets faded as the result the jeans got completely got dull.. So i went to your showroom to complaint against this.. But their behaviour was very unexpected they told me that this colour fade is usual in our products.. When later on i convinced them and make them aware about the terms of the company.. Thet told me that we will sent the jeans to their co orporate office for verification and exchange of jeans and with in 1 week or 2 week they will contact me and they take my jeans...
                As the days get passed and when i started to visit the showroom for my jeans after 15 days.. They started to make excuse and told me to come after more 15 days... And when after more than 1 month on 2/12/2019 i go their showroom then they told me that my jeans which they sent to their head office was not recieved by their head office due to their own internal courier agency.. And also they said to come back with in more 15 days...
                This is a clear case of injustice done by the brand "peter england" to the consumers,, they are beefooling the consumers.

                  I visited showroom of peter england on 13 nov 19 to purchase a suit set. Me and my husband was trying to select a piece of choice in which we were confused about shades of the colour for which the staff named vinayak started arguing with us for no such big reason even after continuously telling him to be polite he asked us to move out of showroom. It s very insulting to face such an unprofessional behavior from such an reputed brand.

                    I made some purchases from the showroom of peter england sawai madhopur on 6/11/2019. While i was shopping, your salesmen told me about the offer. The offer was that a trolley bag would be given free on purchases over 13000inr. After that i asked your salesmen three to four times whether the bag they are giving me is of full size? Every time in my reply he assured me that yes this bag is of full size. I also repeatedly asked him the size of the trolley bag but he did not reply to me. He said, sir, this bag is of full size only. Then i asked him to show me the bag. But all the salesmen present there told me that sir, you should go shopping now, the bag is not available with us, we will provide you tomorrow. When i reached there the next day, i was given a very small trolley bag which i was surprised to see. Due to this incident i was at a loss, in response to which i want a solution from you as soon as possible. Either you do some settlement of it otherwise please give me back my refund instead of all clothes. Although your sales i mistakenly called me sorry many times but that could not make up for my loss. Please see my problem once.

                      As i looked there, the showroom name is peterengland, but they kept other companies. As i seen there r other products more than peter england
                      Finally i searched specially the brand peter england but shopper told me billing msg will come later..
                      But still i don't rcv any billing details...

                        I have purchased a jeans of 'series red' peter england but my jeans are worst after some week. I washed my jeans only 3 times at home not use any bleach.
                        The condition of my jeans is very worst. I shocked after seen this. Please take some action against showroom holder of peter england. Give back to me compensation amount by the company. But please take action to the showroom owner.
                        The almora (Uttarakhand) store is selling different brands product in store of manufacture year 2013, 2014 and 15.
                        They are affecting the sale of other stores in the mall.
                        This is a ebo store and why they are selling it to people different brands .
                        Plz see to it .

                          I have purchased t shirt and a short on 10 jun 2019, received on 22 jun, size was too small, returned to seller on received by them on 27th june 2019. They have mentioned in their return policy that after receiving return item and quality check, we will refund the amt 384 within 3 to 4 working days but they still not refunded the money to my account. Please proceed further and take necessary action on this issue.

                          The total AMT of online purchase was 1200 for one short and one T shirt. The t shirt for 483 and short for 767rs . Please proceed for refund of money RS 483. thank you.

                          I purchased some shirts and trouser from lindsay st. Br. Kolkata. After first washing with surf excell it is found that the colour of the one shirt is being faded here and there on the body of the shirt. Now it is unusable.Your necessary action in this regard is solicited.

                                I visited to your shop situated at 84/256 madhyam marg mansarovar jaipur rajasthan pin-302020.
                                Bill no. F[protected] dated 09/05/2019. I have purchased 3 nos. Trouser and 1 nos. Shirt. Your salesman was very good but the person sitting on the counter behave very badly. He behave as if he is obligation by selling the product. Speaking very rudely. He refuge to give even visiting card.
                                At one stage i thought to leave the shop without purchasing the material.
                                Such arrogent behaviour is not acceptable.
                                Hope you will make proper enquiry on matter & revert back.

                                  On[protected] I purchased three T shirts from the franchisee M/s Surya Retailers at Vadavathoor, Kottayam, Kerala. They had assured exchange within 15 days. But on[protected] I found their shop closed. I was told that exchange can be made when they reopen. They reopened on[protected]. On[protected] when they tried to process the exchange, the company computer refused to accept the exchange. The reason given was that due to "Consignment Change" there is no record of my T shirts. Peter England is bound to honor their commitment to exchange which was part of the purchase offer. If not, they should refund my money. I emailed my complaint to them on[protected] itself but so far they have not responded. I cant attach the photo of the price tags because it is more than 2MB in size. But I have emailed them to the company in my complaint to them. They are with me. The franchise will confirm the above facts as true. Thank You.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I got sms from u on 16/04/2019 that i have got 1000 redeem loyalty point, if purchase goods before april 30th i would get discount based on this loyalty point. So i moved same day to your kattappana outlet and purchased jeans and i had asked about the discount to your staff. He said that day he cudnt make gst bill due some system issue so he gave manual bill instead of gst bill and he collected full amount from me and convinced me that i would get discound once he made system bill and he would informed me about my discount amount over telephone. I ddnt get a call or information from your end so yesterday i again visited your outlet for equiring about my discount, yesterday only he made the system bill and now he is saying that he forgot to make the gst bill and your offer already expired so he was totally helpless.
                                    This is a poor case of cheating custom hence i dicided not to go to any peter england outlet never ever in my life

                                    This is cheating tax department by giving manual bill instead of gst bill.
                                    Now i have a doubt that peter england is a aditya birla product?

                                      I have purchase peter england sweatshirt fro reliance trend and there are cotton balls formation all over the sweatshirt after wearing 2 times.. Kindly exchange the product or refund. Or else told the procedure for doing complaint.. If this the quality product from company itself i will never buy this product..                                         Dear sir, I have purchased one denim jacket vide bill no. 6251801I 18003458 date 26.1.19 from your company outlet at Celebration Mall, Udaipur . The MRP is Rs.2999/- and discount offered was 40% and amount paid is Rs.1800/-.

                                        The same jacket is available at company outlet Bapu Bazar Udaipur @50% discount today also. As per outlet mgr bapu bazar discount on winter collection is 50% from last 7 days. I could not understand this dual discount policy on two different outlets of same company. I am Platinum card holder of your company. Kindly clarify the same and revert back.
