Sir, I have brought six Peter England pants from Peter England-Outlet, Neev Trading Corporation, Shop#G-1, 48, Thiruma, Poonamalle Hight Road, Kumanachavadi, Chennai-600056. On 10/10/2014.Cash bill (s14/1030).It was late I reached in the shop and selected some six pants because of the offer. I asked them to give only free size and one tried the trail, then I asked the to give the same kinds of pants. All they gave me was different and gave me the word that I can exchange it. Then I went there three times and asking for same kinds of Pants .Frist they said the next stock will come and we will keep some same kinds of pants and will inform me.Then oneday I went there asked me to waite some more time . now they are saying that I have to take same pants which I have taken. why I have chosen to wear Peter England Brand is that free size is very much fit for me. Dear Sir / Madam Good Morning, this is regarding to your brand (peter England), their is more variance in the size. and the quality of the shirts also not good. The stitching of the pants are not good. I have purchased a new pant and shirt yesterday, as per my size the pant stitching is not good and the quality of the material is not good. So i need a call back from the customer care regarding to my complaints.

I have purchased a Peter England Shirt on 2-08-14 at Central Square Ernakulam costing Rs.1499. i just weared 3 times, now it neckline shows damaged. When i contacted the store they refused because of their policy. Please let me know what i should do further. BR Mubeer [protected]

I purchased 06 no of shirts from M/s Rajpal Emporium, Old Market, Faridabad and all of them started fedding off very soon just after one wash and started appearing as if old one purchased from footpath. If this is going to happen with Peter England, I'm sorry this brand is very soon going to disappear from the market. Now, may I expect from the Peter England to compansate for loss I suffered. I purchased two trouser s and three shirts from peter England showroom Ratnagiri Maharashtra.but while alteration work they have shorten the length of my trousers.and hence it is not wearable.. Its a loss of 1500*2 =3000 rs ...and its totaly due to negligence of peter england ...please help..

Dear Team, My husband and I purchased a Peter England shirt 2weeks back from Pantaloons, Pune costing Rs. 1499 . WE were very excited after we bought such an expensive shirt and wore it thrice then put it in washing. To our ultimate surprise, we found the shirt to from near the sleeves.I just couldn't believe what i saw when i went to dry the shirt.I re-confirmed it with my mom and she actually said t he shirt is torn!!!Such a cheap quality material and shirt costing Rs. 1499!!!Unbelievable We had spent our hard earned money for the shirt and this is what we get in return. When visited the Pantaloon store, I was told that once shirt is washed we cannot take it back..Ultimate looser!! I want my money back or another good quality shirt amounting to the same cost. Dear Sir, I am regular customer of peter england. On 19th July I have purchase Two jeans paint and one shirt from peter england showroom, Sadan sri ram nagar, Gangaram, Chandangar. At the time of purchasing Mr Syeed name of salesmen tell us that we will alter paint in waist and height according to you with free of cost, because I have choose two jean paints of 32 size and out of which one paints waist size is more than regular, but first you use it and then some time in washing some amount paint may shrink and then come after for alteration. Today when I went for alteration but he refuse to make altreration of paint free of cost.He said that this is no company showroom and we not tell you that we are doing alteration free cost. He tell that for alteration charge we will take Rs 150. Dear Sir Good afternoon, I have purchased 5 pcs (2 paints & 3shirts from Craze Garments G-77, Main Market, Laxmi Nagar Delhi. They provided me old pieces of clothes I somehow manage to talk to them but when i visited there they were saying that i have made this pieces dirty main white i have not even wear them at all because they are already old material. I believe that this shopkeeper is selling non branded material. I went to them to give me fresh peice but he did not take that old peice back. Finally I left my Shirts there are he was saying that he will through it out. Plz help me their shop contact number is [protected].

I had brought many of shirt but the same problem is being happening for all .The shirt are getting faints and useless in 2 months this complaint is regarding to shirts only so please please take strict action against the manufacture and I m not wearing your brand clothes and telling others to do wear peter England clothes so you decide what to do ?

Omshrisairam On June 28th Saturday I went to the Peter England Show Room located at VV Mohalla Mysore to have a very bad experience. I purchased a shirt and when i had a trial for that shirt i found that there were no buttons stitched on one sleeve. But the size was perfectly fitting to me. When i asked for another shirt with the same size they said they do not have it, but i liked the colour very much. When i asked them there are no buttons in it the Store owner a Lady told me that there are extra buttons given in the Shirt and you can stitch where ever you want, i felt very bad and asked her, madam why we should come to reputed brand like Peter England if this is your response, then she said ok wait for 30 minutes our Tailor will stitch and give. I was on hurry to catch my train to Chennai and left my colleague to be there to collect the shirt and bring it to the station. My colleague collected the shirt and brought it to the station on time. Next day when i took that shirt to wear for a conference, i felt very disappointed to see they have used very different buttons contrast to the actual buttons and one place they have not stitched the button too. I felt really disappointed with such store which operates as the Exclusive Show Room of Peter England in Mysore. Since my stay was extended for one week in Chennai i could not go that store and point there poor customer service. I made my mind, this is my last purchase of a Peter England brand and never in my life time i will buy one more from that Brand. Herewith I am attaching the pictures of the purchase bill, my shirt and faulty stitched buttons.

Sir I purchased pater england shirts and pants in pater england branded show room at burhanPur madhypradesh shop name vallab krupa garments, . Which is branded show room of P.E. But under the naMe of P.E they are selling duplicate shirts at same price. But hw to complaint and where to complaint I dont know sir please help me in dis regard, and help others not to be cheated. Hi I am very frequent customer of this brands. Most often I received poor response from your store staff (seawoods store) and mainly there is one person who poisoning the entire environment.I have already restrict to go there and like me many people will do the same if your authorities have not taken any action.If require I will share my cell number and mobile number. when I went to show room with my dad I ask the person over there to show a nice shirt to my dad as this was the first time I was buying something for my dad with my first salary so obviously i wanted to buy the best shirt for my dad but my dad said to me that dont buy an expensive one for me just buy simple one within the range of 1000.so i ask the shop person to show the shirt within that range in reply is said go to some other shop if you want to a shirt within this much range.i replied why he misbehaved and abused us. I ask him to give me any complain form he do what you will do i am not having any complain form. As I uses to buy the clothes of Peter England since from that incident peter england had loosen one of its prominent customer. And because of this thing i havr to shifted to john players.please take a strong take action against that franchiser to ensure your standard and reputation. I bought a Peter England shirt @1199 from Pantaloons-
Ambience mall, vasant kunj.on 23rd march'2014.
The shirt was terribly defect on stitching part of arm.Such a good brand has lost its quality.The new design made from 100% cotton also not upto the mark.This kind of cotton cannot wear for summer.


I don't see any brand Peter England carving on buttons, shirts.The Peter England shirt is far less better than local made shirt.I stop buying Peter England brand

Party 1: STYLE, PE Party 2: Peter England Recently I purchased A Shirt from STYLE, The Peter England Exclusive Showroom, Sector 7, Rohini, New Delhi on February 27, 2014, wide Bill no. S13/3815 and 264 along with that I bought a Leather Belt. This purchase was also linked with the redemption of the code sent by Peter England for Birthday Shopping of 20 % discount. I was definitely happy to be the privilege customer. But the Next day, While wearing the belt It loop got broken. On the same day I went back to the counter and asked them to replace the belt and I am ready to buy another even at price higher than it was bought. But they said this will not be replaced. And behave very insolently. Further I was shocked to hear that these belts are prepared by themselves. I felt cheated hearing that because I paid for the belt in the name of Peter England not for a generic one. I want to get my money back or to get replaced by another belt. Dear Sir/ Madam I purchased shirts branded Peter England from SUDAMA NAGAR, Near Mahunaka, INDORE, on[protected]. I have done the purchasing of Rs 4956/- + 999/- as the showroom executives told me about the offer which was valid for[protected] only on the occasion of Republic Day. As per the offer the customers who do the shopping of Rs 5000/- will get Rs 2500/- shopping voucher free. So they can shop for Rs 7500/- for that day. The salesman and the accounts section person has created two different bills and thus that offer got invalid in my case, when I asked them next day about the same, they denied on the basis of the bills, since the total amount in the single bill was not of Rs 5000/-. They have misguided me and made the offer invalid on the basis of there understanding and convenience. Next day when I tried to communicate with the staff of that showroom, they were very rude and were not ready to listen . Kindly look it in the issue as this is not acceptable at all. I had bought 2 sweaters from peter England show room at Ambala city store today (11th Jan 2014), as per dealer currently 30% discount is running on this section, as I mentioned earlier I bought 2 sweaters and told dealer to make Invoice as per the offer which is running, but dealer told me that company is giving 30% discount but you have to pay the vat amount which is 5.25% additional (actual discount is 24.75% only) I told dealer to check logo which is tagged with the sweater itself, it’s clearly mentioned that MRP*** inclusive of all taxes then why you are forcing to pay the additional vat amount???? One more complaint i would like to highlight in to your notice, one point base scheme is running, in which 3 points will be credit in your account against the purchase of 100, I told dealer to put my mobile number and credit the points in my account but dealer told me that currently 30% discount is running on and this scheme is applicable if you purchase under fresh arrivals (Not in sale period) Request you to pl look in to this and take action against the dealer in this regard and revert ASAP Regards Ravi Puri [protected]
