My smart phone as "SAMSUNG GRAND 2" which was insured with "PICKME eSolutions India Pvt. " suffered damage within 6 months of sustaining damage due to an accident.My damaged mobile phone was picked by PICKMEINDIA on 18 of October 2014 post my complaint, and since that day I am trying to get my phone back but when ever I call their call center, I get same reply that you have to wait for 15 more days. I don't know what kind of insurance service they are providing. There is no SLA for them. I believe they are cheating their customer. I am fed up with follow up and now planning to go to consumer court for justice.My registered mobile number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com

No no sir, fist off all I m really sorry for that but it is not like that we are not cheated you because now a days every people think like that but its is not true resesion behind we want every facility gate a customer because if customer getting a service properly than he will relation with the company. I sure sir plz believe of my company service I requeset don, t go for court we will solf your problms.

    They have taken my mob a month back and still dint get my mobile when i enquire they want me too wait again for 20 days;What the hell] they just make fake promises just repair th escreen damage they need 3 months of time its been already 25 days over i have given my mobile and i need to wait again for 1 month worst ever service center this shud be shut

    very bad company sir he is pickup the mobile phone repair but not proper repair this is the cheat company and farud company do not try pickmeindia

      I realized very late that I have picked a worst company to insure my smart phone. My mobile was picked on 10-Dec-14 as it's screen got damaged and I have been promised to return my mobile in 10-15 days. I was literally got frustrated with the kind of service this Pickme is providing. Hardly the call connects when we call up the call centre and their representatives will give false promises. After several follow ups I have been told that mobile is ready but they are waiting for some approvals and might take more time. And moreover, if I want my mobile back immediately, I should pay Rs.4500/- and they will transfer me later. Not sure how they want me to trust them they will give back my money promptly after failing to return my mobile. Today the latest update I got from their representative is I will get my mobile after 6th Jan'15. They have given these dates for enough times and now I feel like it is gone for a toss and end up with nothing other than the frustration. This company failed in all departments and causing worries to their customers. I would strongly suggest not to go for this company products and rather look for a competitor for e.g. Syska Gadget Secure which I got to know from their advertisements.       Really sorry for that sir, I totally agree with you because you’re a great person tha’ts why I will tell you sir don’t be fractured I wil make sure I will send my exicutive give your mobile and finished your problms.
      I had given my phone on 25 april 2015 .My screen got damaged I have been promised to return my mobile Within 45 days.Today is 1st august even more than 3 months passed and they did not give my mobile yet.This is very Frustating for me. What kind of service is this. Everytime I call in customer care they give me non sense excuses and make me very angry.I made mistake to give my phone in pickme insurance. This is Worst and Horrible Company in insurance sector i have ever seen.If i donot get my phone within 7 days I am going to Consumer court I have to do Police complaint.This company should be punished.

        It is really sad that a company that apparently claims to promise their customer is literally harassing them. Every time i call the customer care they are delaying the delivery day by 5 day. Mobile phone is an urgent thing, i hope the company "Pick Me India" is aware of!!! still such negligence and IRRESEPOSIBILTY.. But they should be afraid of being Charged as sophisticated buglers!!!

          To, CEO/MD/Director M/s pickmeindia Pune Hi This is shakunthala, From Last 4 weeks FROM YOUR SIDE TOLD ME THAT INSURANCE APPROVAL IS COME & MY MOBILE WILL GET ME IN A WEEK. BUT TODAY FROM YOUR SIDE INSURANCE APPROVAL IS NOT COME. WHAT IS THIS ? NOW WE DO COMPLAINT IN POLICE STATION, GRAHAK SURAKSHA. REPLY we are not satisfied with your commitment/service/contract, I am also not satisfied with your service. My NOKIA XL handset unfortunately get fully damaged and not working on/off.Your agent Mr. Bhaskar.V, Bangalore M:[protected] he has taken job sheet work avail your maintenance and insurance cover on 7 November 2014 he has taken our mobile and he told me that "your handset will not work and its fully deaded and so he has approach your representative -shop keeper and give this for repairing/replacement under insurance cover for new NOKIA XL mobile handset. After two weeks so many reminder, call, follow up nothing is happen till the day nearly 45 days passed on. no proper reply, no proper repairing, no replacement etc. if you are unable to fulfill you commitment than why you are taking such type of contract? we are thinking to lodge complaints in social media, customer protection agencies of Govt. print and digital media if we are unable to found satisfactory solution, awaiting your reply sir via this social media forum. very shameful service you are providing.

            I purchased sony xperia m2 mobile from 8th November. Display screen was damaged & this in warranty & guarantee also… 10th November called to your customer care & one person came to me on 12th December but now we are standing on 16th December & his name was Manish ([protected]@pickmeindia.com, [protected]@hotmail.com ), he told me with in 10 days this problem will resolved & after 10 days I will give your mobile with new display bcoz this is in guarantee. So, this is very ridiculous response from your company, it will leads to consumer court surely… I am decided to go to consumer court may be day after tomorrow when you are not respond my mail. I have all originals regarding my phone. Already i sent mails(7-dec-2014) to those guys what i mentioned mail id's. but i didn't get any response.

                I have submitted my phone LAVA IRIS X5 on[protected] to your Pick boy.. My phone is repaired In Service Centre, I have Personally Visited to service centre, Btu Still Your company is not giving me any kind of respond in accordance with approval, from Last 2weeks they just say you'll get approval by this weekend etc.. I am Totally Feedup from your service.. I am a college student its a request to you Give mee approval in this week, because i am going out for college industrail visit in 1st week of December.. I will for your response. Please dont Forece me to take any type of Action.. My Parents are saying to lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum.. If i dint get my approval and Delivery of my cell cell.. I will be taking some actions. I have made a Call in Pickme insurance company Miss:Swapna Bhingarde is the Head their as Your pickme Person said.. They are 1more week you will get approval but they are not giving any gurantee for it..

                  My Lenovo S 650 handset picked up on 14 october for screen damage with registered mobile no [protected], still i am not getting proper response about the delivery of my gadget. I was told that with 10 to 12 days mobile will be delivered but till now not has been delivered to me. after days of gadget got picked up i waqs told approval has recieved and it will be delivered to me in 5 - 7 days. again i called on 3rd nov i was told it is pending for transfer of payment to service cost and the same will be delivered within 4-5 days. On saturday that is on 8 nov i got a call from pick me and i was told my gadget has been repaired and i will recieve the same by monday that is 10 nov till evening. Today again i got a call from pick me caller was some called Bhatt and he told me that today only approval recieved the same approval which was recieved 15 days earlier as updated by pickme, that means again it will take 20 more days to get it repaired. i am not able to make figure it why pickme is updating me wrong everytime... and thinking of given my handset to wrong hands that is pickme india. today i am again told to wait for 10 days which is pathetic. i have never come across such a worst service in whole life. Is there someone who in pick me who make the gadget delivered sooner. A very dishearted Suryakant Mistry

                    Worst experience I ever face with any deal as of now is from PICK ME!!!.. My gadget was taken on 1st of Oct 2014 for just a screen damage, which was clearly visible as a proof of accident still till today (06-Nov-2014) I am getting the same response that process gonna take more 10 days. Is it the way to work professionally, I really don't understand what process is there which is taking so long for a clear visible defect.Any idea how the customer is troubling without his gadget which have all hi info, neither you guys provide any alternate gadget and when you know that approval going to take time then why you collected the gadged at the first day itself.Why not when you received approval, anyways it's not my cup of tea.Just want to add I am highly disappointed from the scale of service provided to customer, neither recommended it to any collegus. My nephew took some other company insurance and his mobile gotta in cup of hot coffee, from motherboard to every thing all was screwed, just in 7 days he got his cell repairs and here after 35 days I am getting response o wait for 10 more days...!!! Story not ends here, no one from your support team bother to update the customer from their end, each time only I have to call them and each time they give me new dead lines like 10 days, 4 days etc and on last day they keep on stretching it, highly unethical!!! I hope a company needs to have fair, proactive policies in this era of tough competion, stil your way your choice but I need to put this topic off ASAP.                         My HTC desire 816 dual sim purchased on 17th September 2014 the display got damaged due to an accident and it was picked up by pickmeindia guy even after follow ups my service status remains same even after 12 days of pickup I do not know what is the reason behind this.                           I have purchased Micromax A250 Knight Mobile. After hearing sales speech of retail shop, I had also purchased pick me insurance for my device. After some times, call drop & frequent network disconnection issue occurs. So I send a request to pick up my handset. Pick me India had not picked up my handset within time limit they provided. After calling 4-5 times, they send a person for pickup. And after even 15 days there is no status update of my phone. They hadnot even sent me Inward Job Sheet no from Micromax Service Center. The worst part is that, I cannot connect to call center number. RIDICULOUS. My registered mobile no is [protected].

                          My Name is Sumaiya I have purshase Sony T 2 ultra from Universal which is having a tie up with Pick Me I have given my mobile for repair on 5 Nov 2014 as I have told that I will get my mobile within 1 month but after waiting for so many days I have not got any response from them after calling then they inform me about the estimate then when I call on 29 Nov 2014 they said your approval have come from Insurance co after 24 days Then after talking with many people o[censored]niversal finally I got my mobile after 2 month 5 Jan 2015 . But when I have given my mobile only screen & ear phone was damage . But when I got my mobile back panel is full scratch used with someone & also repair with local workshop . Also both the sim slot not working . I have purshase 3 mobile from Universal & also have insured to pick me its worst Ridiculous Service .
                          Sory for apologies but I will sure now this time not a disappointment of the service of pickmeindia service

                            Hi All, Even I am a victim of this FRAUDULENT company - PickMe ESolutions India Private Limited (Insurance). I have purchased insurance from the company “PickMeE-Solutions India Private Limited” for my Micromax Tablet (Non voiceMobile Device). They have taken phone on: 11th Sep 2014 forinsurance claim but have not provided any response on the same. I have seen numerous complains on the public media ofsimilar nature and I have good reasons to believe that this is a FRAUDULENTcompany operating (so called) Insurance products for electronic devices. · They have never provided any response what soever on Email’s OR on their customer service contact numbers · They can never provide any reference number formy queries and nothing gets recorded in any of their systems · They claim that their Insurance partner is theculprit – which I doubt is not the case · They have not provided any insurance id numberfor their services provided to me covering my Tablet device · Their Website never works I have in my life never comeacross such an insurance company (at least that is what they claim they are)with such a service. I firmly believe they are upto no good and will fool thecustomers and loot away their devices & money. People please provideme with all the details on this link and I am Lodging a formal complaint withIRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority).                               Hi, I am registered with Pick me under my number [protected]. I have been following up with the customer service team on call from the past 2 months about my Nokia Lumia 520 which was picked up from me on the 28th July 2014 and was promised that i will get the solution within 15 days. But now its 61 days passed but still i have not received any satisfactory solution.I have been constantly in touch with useless team and every time they have the same answer that i will get the phone on Saturday or Monday. These are the two common commitments which i get every week. customer service team are all professionally trained to fool the customers, which they do quite comfortably day in day out. There is nothing called hierarchy in their team as you are never able to talk with some responsible executives. I am very frustrated and to avoid any further time wasting.This a fraud company and have read many negative reviews on the internet blogs as well.                                 My smart phone as "XOLO Q1000 OPUS" which was insured
                                with "PICKME eSolutions India Pvt. " on dated 25th January
                                2014, suffered damage within 6 months of sustaining damage due to an accident.

                                The insurance company was contacted and same was picked up by Pick Me India buddy(representative)
                                from my home, on the 21st July 2014.

                                I was told that the phone will be delivered to me after about 15 days after
                                repairs.

                                I m so sorry sir but some problems of my company but if you will give one more chance so I will proof my company .whatever you face a problem.
                                Even I have the same Problem, it has been more than 2 Months, and still they want more 15 Days. And the Customer care persons only reads the Script given to Them. They even Don't have any seniors on their floor with whom we can speak.

                                  Hello Sir, my name is Bhushan Patil we had purchased a mobile handset of XOLO Q700S on 11th July from a showroom o[censored]NIVERCELL SYNC situated in SION Circle.We were offered a insurance of PICKME company. The insurance was in the name of my younger brother NUPUR PATIL The handset had a manufacturing defect so we called foe the PICKME service. The service boy came on 31st of July to pick up the handset and we were promised that the handset would be returned within a period of 10 days. Now its been over 1 month we haven't received our handset. We have been calling the PICKME service center since 15 days and everytime the customer care person says we will receive our handset after two days and so on since 15 days and we haven't received our handset yet. Also we contacted the service center where the mobile is said to be sent for repairing and the people there say that its been repaired and sent to the PICKME center. And when we ask the PICKME service center they say there is no such handset at their center. It is turning into a financial as well as mental harassment to us as we are spending a lot of money and time by calling the service centers. Please see to it that we are given the proper justice. thank you

                                    i got my phone from mumbai and paid extra for insurance to pickme after a month of buying i got charging problem nd now its 2 months i havent seen my phone they r disgusting no followup from thier end not even once even after my followups no positive answer.am definately going to sue this company for such unproffesional attitude.never ever buy this insurance

                                      My smart phone as "SONY XPERIA Z1" which was insured with "PICKME eSolutions India Pvt. " suffered damage within 4 months of sustaining damage due to an accident.

                                      The insurance company was contacted and same was picked up my Pick Me India rep from Hiranandani Powai, Mumbai, where my office is, on the 17th June 2014.

                                      I was told that the phone will be delivered to me after about 15 days after repairs.

                                      After having followed up with them for the past almost one month, the future of the phone still remains unsure as the Insurance company 'Pick Me India" could not obtain a quotation for repairs.

                                      I was advised by 'PICKME eSolutions India Pvt. " to follow up with the authorised Sony service center 'C-Com" as they are unable to get a quotation from them.

                                      Almost 1 month has passed and still the insurance company is unable to get a quotation and is unable to give me any firm idea on when I can received the phone back after repairs.

                                      Numerous phone calls to the insurance company has yielded no results and the status still remains the same.

                                      The website link for tracking complaint does not work and hence one has to depend on the call center who are equally clueless.

                                      I need your assistance to have this company improve her services after the customer has already paid the insurance premium during the purchase of the phone in anticipation of getting prompt services.

                                      one of the worst service is pick me India that i have experienced, they told 12 days for service but more than 40 days still my mobile was not deliver to me, I just fed-up on this service very bad & worst.
                                      Worst company who doesn't know how to run the business. Customer priority and satisfaction is zero rather negative. Its been a month since I have deposited my phone Galaxy S4 and every time I call they say it will take another week to 15 days. Its been the same every time I call. Today I called again I after they said a weeks time and now again they say another 15 days and its already been a month. Call center will just say whatever comes to their mind without thinking how many days its already been. If they can't deliver the phone as mentioned they shouldn't take the phone in the first place. Who ever is planning to buy this insurance please don't. This company is fraud and needs to be shut down. Everyone together should raise a voice against this company.
