I have registered my pick up request on 15/06/2015. every week i'm calling to the pick me customer care call center to know the status of approval but they are telling me to wait for 2 to 3 days but still i haven't got any kind of confirmation message or call. i guess from four weeks they are telling me to wait and they are giving me surety that on the next day i will get the confirmation of approval. I would like to tell u to work on this case please. i hope i will get your response soon.

    I am from Nagpur. My self Shweta V. Gote. i purchased a new mobile XPERIA Z-2 SONY on mid of January 2015. i met with an accident in the 2nd week of April. lodge my complaint over phone to the company. Company registered my complaint and and sent Company's Buddy appointed for Nagpur. his name is Sunil Somaiya. he booked my complaint and took the handset. over the period i contacted company they said claim is yet too pass from insurance company, Sorry for delay. over and over same statement was repeated by the company people during all this period till 15th of August 2015. on 16th of August 2015 i again called company about my mobile status. they told me your insurance claim is passed and you will get your new handset on or before 25th of August 2015. i felt relaxed. i thought of inquiring the same from company's employed Buddy for Nagpur Mr. Sunil Somaiya. And so i called him up, and asked my status but to my shocking surprise he told me that Company is closed down and he him self i.e. Mr. Sunil Somaiya not received a single naya paisa salary from last 3 months as well no claims has been sanctioned since last 3 months. then i told him that before calling him i spoke to the company and they said my claim has been passed and i will receive my new handset on or before 25th of August 2015. he again told me the same above story and even told me that he has filled a case in consumer forum. beside company is not going to pass my claim. company is passing the claims which cost them not more then 3 to 4 thousand rupees. he even told me he has given/returned lot of other people mobiles and aware them about company present condition and about shut down. i was shocked listening to all this nonsense. next day i.e. on 17th of August 2015, i again called direct to the company on its registered mobile no. i.e. [protected] and to my utter surprise nobody picked up my call. the voice recording said "KINDLY CHECK THE NO. YOU HAVE DIALED". I kept on trying after 1 pm i got the clear line but again to my disbelief no body picked up my phone. i called up Mr. Sunil Somaiya he told me the same yesterday's story as well also told me that he is coming to return my handset by afternoon and asked me to get it repaired it on my own. i was shocked. in the evening he called me again from his another mobile no. i.e. [protected]. i was not picking up the phone. i messaged him who is this he replied "SUNIL PICKME". I called or received his call he told me that he has come to deliver my mobile. i told him i cannot take the mobile. he insisted and even told me that he has almost returned all pending claims clients mobiles. only 5 to 6 mobiles are left with him. he even told me he will very soon switch off his mobile no. permanently. i told him very clearly i will not take the mobile. and i am out of my office/home. today i called up company in the beginning no body was picking up the call but after a long gap of 6 to 8 mins gap there was a person talking to me. i first asked him my mobile status by giving my registered mobile no. [protected] he confirmed me my status as replied earlier that i will get it by 25th of August 2015. then i told him the whole talk with Mr. Sunil Somaiya to him he said nothing to worry your new handset will be delivered by 25th of August 15. i again called the company on the same no. this time Mr. Satish was on line i again narrated him the whole incident and dialog with Mr. Sunil Somaiya. He asked me to hold the phone he will be back shortly after talking to his senior. he took minimum 10 to 15 mins and said nothing to worry our manager spoke to Mr. Sunil Somaiya and he said there is nothing like that. so i asked him kindly ask your manager to tell Mr. Sunil Somaiya to call me and clear the issue from his own words but till this time i havent receved any call from Mr. Sunil Somaiya and i am waiting and waiting ... please I request you to kindly satisfy my worries.       Big thief, don’t trust this company If you want to buy Insurance policy for you Valued mobile phone or other electronic gadgets. I want to tell you I have face an experience that I will not for get for life .loosing a phone can be for gotten but getting into the process of the after effects which follows up with the third part which offers Insurnace company is very traumatizing .it will you disturbed and get you seriously ill physically and mentally too.The talks with their sales staff is not very encouraging too.they will promise you to sort out the case initially .Ask you for all the documents making you do the rounds of the Police station getting FIR raised .Seriously getting an FIR also is not an easy task.You need to have lots of Patience .Now after all documents are done their Pick up person whom they call agents picks up the documents . And then comes the tiring time to keep waiting and expect to get a call, They don’t call, I have given n no of s initially I was told my case will be resolved soon no solution coming soon.After many days .when called. I get a shocking reply that my case is rejected by the insurance company, I asked them for documents which shows my case is rejected but they say they cannot shar eth documents and that it their inter matter. I say this case is between me Pick me india and New india insurance .How can this be a internal matter when this is regarding my claim.
      I have a right to know why NIA has rejected the policy and also get a copy even if so NIA has rejected the claim.Not sharing any details or hiding details amounts of Cheating, it is a bigger crime than robbery of burglary. I WANT TO RAISE AN AWARENESS AGINST SUCH COMPANIES .SO SUPPORT ME IN MY CAUSE .
      LETS FIGHT TOGETHER FRIENDS AND LET SUCH COMPANIES NOT SUCCED IN THEIR METICULIOUS PLANS.

        I had purchased a SONY Xperia C and took an insurance with PickME E-Solutions India Private Limited. I had given my damaged mobile on 17th of march 2015 to PickME E-Solutions India and till now I had neither received my handset nor REFUND amount. It is now approx. 4 months and till today customer care people are giving excuses. I had called to [protected] so many times and every time they assured me that, I will get my 15K something money latest by this week end/month end. but, till now I am struggling to get the same. I am highly frustrated with the worst service of PickME E-Solutions India. Sir, such type of shameful and painful service is not acceptable in today’s scenario. Kindly personally involve in this matter and improve “Pick me Gadget care Experience” and provide me my refund amount at earliest.

          The utter waste group in the service industry only for to make profit by cheating its customers. They do deal with hi-tech deals. They will collect the phones from the customers and never get the product back to the customers. I 'm really surprised to look into the count of customers whom affected on this issue. I submitted my phone on march 20th 2015, still now waiting for my gadget back. Today its 5th August 2015, there snt any response from this group. Every time when i call them their executives are making false promises.

            I have insured my mobile from pick me india for any accdental damage or theft.accedentaly my mobile phone was damaged, i have given complent to pick me india, they have taken my phone on 23-5-15.but still they didnt return my mobile after70 days.i called several times to coustemer care but always they told u will receive mobile in 2 days.my complent no [protected]-1...pls help me, ..shrikant dighe

              Hi This is Ankit from Mumbai and a victim of pick me insurance. Did u get the resolution??? I today I managed to go to their office in Mumbai. Asked them the gate passes and processing details of my product and I learnt something very bad about the company. I don't know i[censored] have noticed but when I saw and cross questioned them I learnt the guy picked my phone on 9 July and he kept my phone with him until taken to service station on 20 July and guess what the company rejected my claim on 22 saying I had opened my phone outside and actually I didn't... Still not handing over the phone for past 8 days already... Later when I asked wherE are the in between details??? They said they will not share. Saying Jo karna hai karlo... They were so rude Also what the said was the mobile was with the buddy which means their pick boy and he is the one who rejects the claims... And he keeps with him so many phones with him ... Ask them what's their procedure??? I called up their service station and said the phone is with their buddy means their pick up boy... These guys are ruining the phone... Mine was an iphone6 ... Let me know as I m going to take legal action against them tomorrow morning and giving a police complaint on the seller for selling me wrong product and fraud insurance company and the seller will check with the company...                 Name: Robin Abraham Case No.: [protected] I got a accidental damage and water damage insurance (PICKME E-SOLUTIONS) when I purchased my HTC Desire 500. The phone got damaged in an accident in January 2015. I called and got a a pick up arranged for the damaged phone in the first week of January 15 and post verification for the PICKME E-SOLUTIONS team got a confirmation SMS (Screenshot attached) that my case was approved. Since then this has become a service nightmare for me. Its been 6 month and more than 15 - 20 phone calls to you CS still you have not been able to get my mobile phone repaired. Every time i call i get an explanation that your case has been approved(since Mid January 2015) but the insurance company is not clearing the payments. 6 months after the case being approved you guys are still not able to get the amount cleared even after the case being approved and the last time i spoke to one of your managers after struggling for an hour with your customer care exe., he had the audacity to tell me the best he can do is return my mobile or else ill have to wait for another 8 to 10 days (Mid April). So all you could do is just return my phone without replairing they your shouldn't have made mw wait for so long. Then when i call after 10 days your executive tells me that ill have to wait for another 20 working days. Seriously if you cant meet your customer expectations atleast have the courtesy to let them know in the first 15 - 20 days and not treat them as fools and take advantage of their helplessness. Based on the last three conversations this is how the commitments went July 1 week - Pickme (Your mobile phone will be delivered to you by 20th July 15) this his happen rather i get a call that there is a delay an the phone would be delivered on 28th July 15. 31st July: I call again to check why my phone has not been delivered and the Pickme customer care executive says the amount had not been released by the insurance company so it will take time and should be delivered by 7th August 2015. To this when i ask them to share a concrete confirmation via email of SMS they say they cant do it. This is been the story for the past 6 months and the worst part is the customer care executives just hang up on you if they get bored or not interested in talking, exactly what happen to me previously and also on the call with the CS team on 31st July 15.

                  I had a bought a phone Nokia lumia on November 15th and taken the insurance of from Pick me india service. My phone was damaged just after 2 months and the concern person from the pick me india company came and picked my phone and informed me that I will get my phone after 21 days. Its been 7 months and i have not recived it till now. By today 44times I have called the company and everytime they promise one date or another, I made a mistake by giving the phone to this company. If I knew this, I wouldn't have given my phone to them I would have given somewhere else.

                    Hi frnzz. I had submitted my samsung galaxy phone to pick me on 22 / 6 / 2015. As per there policy they takes 21 working days to get the approval from insurance company. I waited for 21 working days for the approval. Howver after numorous phone calls from my side they said that the claim is rejected and they gave their own foolish reasons. Now wen i asked them to retrurn my phone back so that i can repair it. I had spoken to them on 20 - 7 - 15 and they said that it would be delivered by 23 or 24th but now it is 29th and im still waiting for my phone. Neither they repaired nor they are giving phon back.

                    Really one of the most pathetic and bogus company.

                      this is about the mobile insurance I purchased from Pickme India for my Samsung Galaxy G355H from Mobility World Sector-15 Market, Faridabad. My mobile screen got damaged so I gave my handset to you for changing the screen on April 21, 2015. I was told that once my claim gets passed I would recieve my handset within 45 days. After a week of giving my handset they told that your claim is approved and you would receive your handset within 45 days. Its been more than 3 months now since my claim got approved. I have talked to customer care team 4-5 times and they are just giving me excuses and nothing else.They are even saying that you pay for the screen and we would pay you the claim money later. I am really frustrated by company's poor attitude towards its customers. Infact I send the mail to Mobility world & Pick me india 4 times but they don't bother to provide me the solution.

                        hi friends i am sameer dudhane from pune i have been facing same problem with this company for last 4 months i have their recordings of call and one written mail about my gadget.then finally i decided to take my non repaired gadget back and they sent me mail about that. they supposed give me my gadget by yesterday(22/7/15) but they have not returned it back.i am going today to consumer court to file a complaint against this company.this is my contact num [protected] if you want to support me .

                          I have register a complaint on July 16, 2015 and i have received a message that my cell will be collected with in four hours. Today is 6th day and my cell phone is not collected. I am calling every day to customer care and getting standard answer that it will be collected today. Very poor service and I regret the decision of taking such third class insurance.

                            I had taken pick me insurance along with my new phone in December 2014. Unfortunately the screen of phone got damaged and I had given phone to pick me representative on 26th of March 2015. For two month we followed and we received some of very contradicting replies. 1st by customer care representative: The phone is repaired but the claim is yet to be approved. 2nd by local official in Pune: The service centre is not repairing the phone. in June 3rd week got reply from local representative that the phone is repaired but they lost the battery and the phone will be delivered in 2 days after battery is replace. July first week: got response that the battery is not available in market. July 2nd Week: got response that in two days battery will be received: Since then the mobiles of the local representatives are switched off and the customer care representatives are not picking up the calls. Seems to be a big scandal going on by the company where the insurance is sold to customers through collusion with local cell phone sellers and whenever there is any claim the cell phones are collected from customers and on context of one excuse or another the cell phones are not returned. Such cell phones can be used by any one for any illegal work since they are kept with company/service centres/company representatives for longer period of time.

                              I had purchased a Samsung S5 handset and took an insurance with pickme doorstep solutions

                              Since there was some problem with the handset we logged a complaint and their person came and collected the handset on 14th April 2015.

                              It is now 4 months and they have still not returned the mobile. My repeated calls to them ([protected]) has evoked standard response that the insurance company has not released payment for the repairs though they had sent an sms in April that the insurance claim is settled.

                              Please help to get back my mobile...

                                Dear Sir, I had bought Lenovo S850 mobile from Shri Balaji Telecom, Pimpri, Pune & also got the PICKME insurance from same shop. Yesterday i.e. 20th July, 15 I had problem with cell phone as it fell in the water when I was going to the market as my leg got skidded due to raining. On 21st Morning i.e. today I made a call to register pick up of cell phone for repairing/replacement, pick me representative told me your claim will be accepted without knowing reality & he did cut the call. Again I made a call to pick me on same number some other guy attended the call and he was also telling same thing as 1st person said. The mobile is worth Rs. 15000/- and availed insurance @ 799/- INR & This is very small amount and even I don't bother. Important is that, on pickme cover they have written "water lodge protection" "fire protection" ..etc. there are no terms & conditions when we could avail insurance benefit. despite of missing such things they are not cooperative and not ready to listen any thing. Request you to look in to the same & help me. Please note pickme no. [protected] for your ready reference. My cell phone purchase date is 10.01.2015. IMEI No. [protected] Regards, sagar

                                  Kind Attn, Customer Care Officer, My Self Deepali Santosh Bhatlavande, I have Purchased One IDEA 3G Smart phone in Nov. 2014, It was not working before some days, that's why I decided to take your doorstep service for getting repaired my handset. Your Representative Picked up my Handset on 11 th of June 2015, From the next week of that I am taking follow up for the status but I am not getting the proper answer. First of all I can't get any of your customer care officer on my my call as your lines are so BUSY! And after a tremendous try try to call you, when i found someone to talk, your representative every time tell me that I have to wait for 4-5 days, On last Thursday one Lady from your end told me that it takes total 21 days to get back your Mob.after repairing, today its 20 days you had picked up my mob. And Today your customer care officer is telling me that one week is still required to repair the mob. In the Last WEEK I had got a msg, that my Device has been dropped to a Service Center called "Suraj Technologies" Next Day When I called on given Ph. No. the person denied that he has got any device of me.It is very disappointing. I don't think you people can give any good service to your customer, So Why are you telling the people that you are giving DOORSTEP SERVICE TO US? I am very much FED UP with your POOR SERVICE.                                     My mobile got stolen in May 15 & I have lodged a claim immediately & done all the formalities for insurance claim registration & submitted all the documents. I am calling pick me again and again to know the status of the claim & every time getting response that we will update you in three four days, Still we have not received approval.
                                    Very bad insurance & service. DO not buy it.
                                    I m waiting for my phone from the last 4-5 months...

                                    We all need to get in touch and make a bulk complaint against these cheaters. please feel free to contact me [protected]

                                    IPhone mobile insurance

                                    I got my iPhone insured with pick me India. 6 month back camera screen got cracked and I claimed for that but till now no response from them. they don't attend phone calls and forget about my mails. This is the worst company I ever seen . Registering complain against this company in consumer forum

                                        I am srikanth V My mobile no. [protected]. I have purchased Nokia Lumia-630 Black, along with the insurance cover, from your Tambaram (Chennai) outlet on 12/Jul/2014 . Invoice No. P.Tam/2532. Dated 12/Jul/2014 Branch - Tambaram Unfortunately, while I was moving the mobile fell down and the Screen got broken on 16/Mar/2015. I contacted the PICKME customer care on 18/Mar/2015. I've provided [protected] as my registered mobile Number. 110 days have passed and I have not received my phone back. Since I have the insurance cover, I request you to provide me with a new mobile as replacement. First thing they told is that it had happened because of Negligence. They don't have any business to brand me as negligent. The person from PickMe, his name is Magesh, picked the mobile on 20/Mar/2015. They were supposed to provide a replacement mobile, but no replacement was provided. I was later informed that the Insurance got approved on 25/Mar/2015. After many follow ups, it was told that the Insurance company has re-opened my case so getting delayed. After lots of followups, I was told that I will get my mobile on 30/Jun/2015. When I call again on 30th Jun, I was told that I will get with in seven days. Today When I called again I was told that again it is pending with the Insurer and it will take 21 days more. I am exploring all options, including the taking the matter to consumer court. Please let me know to proceed further.
                                        Someone from PICKME called me some 10 minutes ago. He said he will pay me back the bill amount of my mobile. I asked him to call after 10 minutes. He is so rude with me. He told that he doesn't have time to call me again and expect me to roam around with the Invoice all the time. He does not even have the courtesy to introduce himself.

                                        He again called me. I told him the Bill amount. He asked me with which bank account I have my account. He asked me to open an savings account with a government bank account first and didn't even have the courtesy to wait for my response.

                                        I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the way PICKME treats its customers.

                                        I rating for PICKME will be Negative.
