They hav taken my mobile since 27 july 2015...it have been 6 month they haven't return my mobile...even not giving any response abt my mob...plz help me out...

No received my iphone 6 handset from 6 months

My iphone 6 was door picked up in[protected]. I'm yet to receive it. Everytime I call I've been said in two weeks your handset will be delivered to you. But every two weeks I call the delivery date keeps getting postponed by two weeks more. This is been happening to me . I hardly used my phone. I registered a complaint on 3rd oct 2015 and pickme guaranteed me to replace and deliver my product (gionee handset) within 90 days max. its 6th of jan now and still they are saying request is not approved.so i want my hadset replaced back within 1 or 2 days or else i am going to register in consumer court.Now they are crossing their limits...
