If calling to cc u will be getting it after two to three weeks repeatedly saying the same answer

Pick me is insurance company. I hav purchase this company insurance for mobile . I have register complent against this company still not pickup my mobile my request number is [protected]..

My registered mob no.[protected] pick me serial no.is15798. my sony xperia E3 mob.pick up on 28 jully 2015 claim request approved on 1 oct 2015 then many time call your customer care numbuer every time they said payment realeasing problem please repair and deliever my mob.as early as possible.

They hav taken my mobile since 27 july 2015...it have been 6 month they haven't return my mobile...even not giving any response abt my mob...plz help me out

No received my iphone 6 handset from 6 months

My iphone 6 was door picked up in[protected]. I'm yet to receive it. Everytime I call I've been said in two weeks your handset will be delivered to you. But every two weeks I call the delivery date keeps getting postponed by two weeks more. This is been happening to me . I hardly used my phone. But pick me guys say that the insurance company is delaying the payment. Since I was asked to have an insurance for my phone with Pickme, it's the responsibility of the Pickme to pressurize the insurance company and get the payment done sooner. One or two months is fine but 6 long months is really bad.

My mobile Gionee S5.5 was given for insurance claim in the month of august its six months now though company hasn't delivered my phone till now. Moreover my handset's back side glass was broken although entire display was changed and they have shown repairing cost 15000 rs which is costly then its new brand mobile fraud peoples fraud peoples have shut their website also

I registered a complaint on 3rd oct 2015 and pickme guaranteed me to replace and deliver my product (gionee handset) within 90 days max. its 6th of jan now and still they are saying request is not approved.so i want my hadset replaced back within 1 or 2 days or else i am going to register in consumer court.Now they are crossing their limits

I claim my product (Sony Mobile) to the Pickmeindia as on 31/08/2015. still they not resolve display related claim as per our telephonic conversion to the pickmeindia the said still your claim not approve but pickmeindia.com show the my claim is approve ( complain no. [protected]-1) as per com policy product has been received within 45 days but still as on 5th jan 2016 they are not pass my claim as well as my product also not received My contact no. I have bought my Sony T2 Ultra bearing Serial number [protected] on 25th September 2014 from UniverCell showroom in Vadapalani, Chennai (The branch is closed now). Along with it I also purchased UniverCell Total Care which acts like an insurance & gives complete protection for my smart phone. Both have been billed in the same invoice. I have a bill copy of the same. Due to rains the mobile got clogged with water & so I raised a pick-up request from Pickme India.. Initially they declined my registration. Later after going to Univercell, showing my bill copy & demanding for my service, the servicing department manager had taken my mobile & sent it for service. He has also given my a Job sheet copy for the same. This happened on 1st June 2015. It has been almost 7 months, I haven't still received my phone yet. I called the call centre so many times but all they say is it will come by this month end. Initially, they said it would take 45 woking days for approval & then 45 days post approval but its taking more than that!! The last time I called the call centre of Pick me (28th Dec 2015), they say that it is costing Rs.10, 000/- and they have still not received the payment from their Insurance company & that is why they are delaying my phone. When I asked them the question, this is their internal problem & why should the customer face the brunt, they have no answer. Also why should UniverCell tie up with such a company where the service is pathetic. And so I wish to file this case against both UniverCell & Pickme India. Please help me out of this situation to get my phone back. Thanks. Hello, I have one mobile phone having insurance from Pickme india and this to informed you that my phone got disorderd before a year ago approx. I had submitted that in service centre same time still m waiting for the mobile as the service centre they didn't get the payment from your side. With reference to above, in spite of my regular telephonic followup with the said insurance company, and in reference to to my letter dtd 18/11/2015 (copy enclosed ), I have not received my handset duly repaired.Every time i was replied that your claim has been approved and handset read y at service station and is pending to collect and deliver to you due to disbursement awaited from your headoffice. As and when i called the Insurance company i was asked to call back either after 1 week, 20 days, 30 days interval by which 7 months have passed but handset has not been delivered to me till date. I shall finally request to pl intervene in to matter seriously to get delivered my handset duly repaired under insurance cover.

My registered no is [protected] and you have approved my mob insurance 5 mts back but still i am not getting mobile. whenever i called to customer care they give me new date. Now my mobile price is reduced 50% in market. what is the use of insurance. please see the matter and do the needful.

I take insurance for my Samsung Note3 Neo, Company take my phone on[protected] for display Accident replacement. I contact company with service center for more than 150times via call. Every time they told me that in 7days they gave me my phone but till not provide me repaired phone. On 12 Nov they told me that on 21 Nov they will give me delivery at my door step. on calling on 20Nov they told me they deliver on 2Dec to 3dec. I called on 2nd December and they again told me that they will delivery my phone till December 4th week. After i told them to gave me written date via email for delivery they declined and said we cannot promises date. Please someone Help me in this regards or give me suggestions that can i have to lodge Consumer complaint or police complaint.
