sir my phone was damged in an accident, my phone's dispaly was broken.so, i registered in pickme one of the agent of pickme mr.manish recieved my phone from my address after 15 days they called me back and said that your claim has been rejected. when i asked him why it was rejected . they told me that they dont know the reason. sir is this the responsibility of the company !! please register a complain about this, thanking you

I have submitted my mobile for repair on 2nd feb 2015..still they are not return my cell...Their is not single call from their side and wherever i called them they asked me for more 30 days...this is happened from last 3 months...I also visit their office address which is provided by them on their web site...but when i visit their there is no office which is more surprising for me...Sir I am really worried about my phone...please do not avail this fake insurance company service. Its totally waste of money and time. Kindly check reviews of this pathetic company ...

I have takem insurance from PICKMEINDIA, have given my phone on 6th March2015 for repair and still after two months i have not received my phone back. Now PICKME india says the case is reopened and it will take another 20 days. please do not avail this fake insurance company service. Its totally waste of money and time. Kindly check reviews of this pathetic company .

i have given my mobile to pick me india company, your company policy is of 45 days but i have not received my mobile yet from last 3 months i have tried many times to contact you but they were saying excuses from last 3 months .so now i am going to consumer forum .want mobile delivery very sson.

My phone was in the pocket, and while riding a bike came across me and at the same time when i tried to miss to make an accident my cell fell from my pant pocket and d phone camera is damaged, when i call up customer care ms Zara and Rahul spoke to me and were very rude saying about looks like u don know how ur phone fell down n talking about negligence, wanted to speak to the director but they refused saying they don have the number and cannot connect too. She made me hold for nearly ten minutes and then cut d phone at ones by not responding, i want to move forward to get solution and take immediate action towards this problem. i need to get my phone done from you as i have paid enough for it and this is a serious matter to me. i want an immediate reply to this. i would like to speak to the senior most person so please forward me the number and mail address too.

I GOT A XOLO MOBILE. AND PICK ME INSURANCE FOR IT. WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF BUYING MOBILE THE CHARGING POINT OF IT WAS DAMAGED AND THE BATTERY USED TO GO OFF EASILY. I COMPLAINT TO PICK ME. THE PERSON FROM PICK ME PROMPTLY CAME AND TOOK THE MOBILE AWAY. THIS WAS DONE ON 30TH OCTOBER 2014. TODAY IS MAY 2015 AND MY MOBILE HAS NOT BEEN YET RETURNED. I CALLED THEM REGULARLY BUT THE CALL CENTRE PERSON TELLS ME THAT IT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS. THIS HAPPENS REGULARLY. AND MY MOBILE HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED YET.

My mobile has been repaired 2 months back, but delivery has been postponed time and again because of payment not released by the payment company. My Xperia z3 has picked from pick me before a month back but doesn"t get serviced or returned back How long you take to service a phone..?? I brought the phone and make insurance only for my convienience not for usage of your"s if you can"t do why are you cheating pepoles..? within a week i doesn"t get my phone on my hands i will file a case in consumer court It doesn"t maters how costs the case will be

Dear Team,

Please help Me Out,

Dear Sir, I have purchased a mobile phone from Speed Communication Malad [East] on 12/1/2014 bill no#13691 for Rs-6400/- in the month of December the mobile got damaged. I have called and explained about the mobile conditions and the same was picked up on 8/12/2014 by pick me door step solution with note handover to me. After that I am contentiously following up with people calling them about the exact position of the mobile .i am getting different answers but not getting the mobile back.(will call you, call after our week, insurance claim settled amount is 8400/-, will send the mobile today, still complains is pending). Please look into the matter and take action immediately. pickmeindia has worst customer service. Their customer service confirmed on 21st April that within 7 working days they will get an approval. On 30th April they need another 10 working days. Their email id [protected]@pickmeindia.com is useless there is no reply. Customer care executives disconnect the call if we ask them for a supervisor or manager. Their site claims quick delivery promise, however have pathetic service.

Yes sir I am also facing the same problem because pickmeindia is one of the fraud company every one person don't try pickmeindia and one more thing this is pathetic services never never try to pickmeindia. That is the problem.

sir, i gave my lumia 530 mobile to pickme india company for replacement of the screen and its since 82 days and i didnt get my mobile and when ever i call them they would say it could take 10 to 15 days, and its been 82 days sir please resolve my problem THANK YOU SIR

I am also facing the same problem because pickmeindia is very bad company never to say positive answer only waiting for timing that is main problem and one more thing this one of the fraud company and every one person not believe this company this is a cheater company.

I am avinash from bangalore and the have picked my HTC phone for screen replacement in the month of december 2014 and not yet delivered till now if you call the customer care they will ask us to wait for 10 to 15 days and this is the forth or fith time i get the same answer from the team in last four months. they say they will arrange for a call back and they never do call u. I[censored] call the person who picked the phone he says we have not received the money from the company and but the phone is ready i[censored] want u can pay and take the phone we will repay it once we receive the money from the pickme company. These people are really un-professional and doesn't suit to be in this industry. buying a phone worth 35k and the phone is with them from last so many months. there is no proper response i[censored] try to contact them. they don't even have any office in Bangalore or any other places other than Mumbai. god knows when will i get the phone. Even i[censored] tell them that u r going to log a complaint against them they are least bothered. having a pathetic experience from pickme. Avinash

They promised to return the phone in 30 working days. Its been more than 70 days and numerous calls to the customer care, they have been making the same promise of 20 more days.
