    Imr vrushal deokar purchased samsung note 3 neo from jai videsh bazar pimpri at same time i purchased pickme insurance at rs 1599 on 9th dec 2014
    on 27 sept my mobile fell down accidently and crashed
    called pickme on [protected] for service .they told to call after 24 hrs again kept telling to call later and denied for service

      My phone was handed over to pickmeindia on dated 30/5/2015 for repair under Insurance but till date no one on behalf of the company tell me about the situation of the phone . About 4 month is passed but neither mobility world from where we purchase the phone and where i took insaurance of the phone and nor the insaurance company is taking any tension for giving back my phone. The insaurance company is not answering my phone from the last one month.

        I have taken the mobile insurance from PICKMEINDIA.COM on 2014 for my new mobile Lawa irish, on 2015 our mobile got some problem and we have filed a complaint to insurance company and they taken our mobile for repairing on 18 May 2015, they told us that within 15 days we will get back our mobile, but now more than 4 months finished still they are keeping our mobile with them, whenever we are calling them they said it will take 10 days more, 5 days more.what is this, i do not know what they are doing with our mobile. i have a doubt if they are using our mobile for illegal stuff and then they will return us then it will be a big problem for us and the Our Mobile cost is10 000, Please do some thing for us complaint number is [protected].           I have taken the insurance for my samsung note 2 from pickmeindia phone insurance company. since 12th august i am calling them up for a pick up of my phone as it is damaged. every time i get a reply that we will send our buddy within 2 days. till date no one has come to take the phone. i have called almost every 4th day and get the same reply everytime.

            About one month is over my phone is got cracked although my phone is covered by pickmeindia insurance . I have complaind many time(10-15) to pick my phone from my site for repairing but every they give me assurance they will send there executive to pick, but no body came to pick it up, so at last I don't have choice other than complaining plz help

                My lenovo mobile phone model-P780 which is under PICKME India insurance got damaged in a road accident. I complained for its service on DATE- 23.05.2015. and the gadget was picked by Pickme India executive on DATE- 25.05.205. In my conversations with Pickme India customer care executive, they told me either I will get my gadget after repairing or will get a new mobile worth the same value within 45 to 60 business days. It is approx 108 days still I have not get my gadget back. Each time i talk to your customer care executive they are giving me a new date to be deliver. and also i am not getting a single update on its status either by mail, SMS or call. I am very much frustrated & loosing hope on Pickme india service. Will I get my phone back? How long I have to go without my phone?

                  My mobile handset htc desire 616 is completely switched off since 3rd august. immediately on 4th august i registered a complaint in the insurance company pick me the complaint no is [protected]. They are since that day telling me yes we will come and pick up the cell from your resident i keep up following them regularly. daily they tell same thing we will come & collect. but no one comes & collect. its been more than month my cell is switched off. Now since ten days they are not even coming to talk. Kindly help me what to do

                    My Nokia XL mobile was taken by Mr. P Abid Khan on 25/02/2015 as display of mobile was cracked and the same was to be replaced by the company. Inspite of calling several times, certain days time is given by PickMe company staff, but till date I have not received my mobile. I think the company is bogus, fraud and cheating people. I am thinking of lodging the complaint regarding this company, so that the company doesn't cheat more people in furture

                      I had purchased a handset and took an insurance with pickme doorstep solutions since there was some problem with the handset we logged a complaint and their person came and collected the handset on 8 july 2015. It is now 2 months and they have still not returned the mobile. My repeated calls to them ([protected]) has evoked standard response that the insurance company has not released payment for the repairs though they had sent an sms in february that the insurance claim is settled. Please help to get back my mobile

                        Hello, I gave my phone to PICKME E-SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED on 8th April 2015 and they first gave me a time of 15-20 working days, then when I called them they said that the estimated time is total 45-60 working days. Then, whenever I call them they give me a date which is 10-15 days later then when I call. Its been Its been 5 months already and I haven't got my phone yet. I request you to please get this delivered to me as soon as possible. Regards, Udit Goel

                          I m Rohit sevani. I registered my mobile at pickme india. Accidently my mobile got damaged. I registered my complaint on 3 august 2015. Costmer care told me ul get ur estimate on 12 august 2015. N today is 5 September still i didn't got my estimate. Pickme has bad n poor service

                          I gave my tab about one year back, they said it will be repaired in 15 days but still I haven't got my ta . It's been a year now iI m sick and tired such a bad company pick me.

                            Burglary case Customer I Shankar Sandri was talking on mobile and someone stand to my back in the bus, when bus got slow, that person who was standing behind me, suddenly he took my mobile phone and jumped out from the running bus. Immediately I have submitted this same statement on the Police F.I.R complaint on the covering PSI letter... Every twice in the week since June I' was calling to the pick me customer care call center to know the status of my phone, but they are telling me to wait for a week, and whenever I call them they reply me as my requires is in under the process, but still I haven't got any kind of confirmation message or call. From Pick Me e-solutions India private limited Insurance Service Whenever I ask them to give confirmation in writing, they are not responding. Their seniors are also not available to respond, whenever I call. From last two months they are given me a different Excuse and finally they gave me a new Excuse and forwarded my process for next week. I got a frosted myself for having my own mobile.                                 1) I Mundada Ishwarprasad S had purchased an insurance from PICKME India for my zenfone 2 (purchased from flipkart billed on 12th may 2015 and received on 20th may 2015, cost of mobile 22, 999.00 Rs/-) on 25th may 2015. I had paid Rs/- 1199.00 by cash to New Excel mobile for the same. 2) At the time of purchase shop keeper NEW EXCEL MOBILE authorised dealer of PICKME india mentioned that in case of any damage due to accident, theft, or water damage service will be completed in 21 days and even in full damage same mobile will be replaced in 21 days from the day of complaint registered. Even on PICKME india site same or more efficient service warranty is mentioned. Like same/next day pick and send to service centre. 3) I would like to mention details like on 26th July 2015 I have registered web pick up request(I have a screen shot), and on very next day I called and registered pick up request by calling on [protected](I have a call recording of the same). Even then I needed to call twice to call centre for the pick up and on 30th July Mr.Mahesh came to pick up the mobile. Who asked to write accident incident as it is and also filled a delivery form from me saying if you won’t give it then It will take than 2 months for solving the issue, and NEW EXCEL MOBILE also agreed with the same. Mr. Mahesh ([protected]) mentioned that problem solution will take around 20 days to get it resolved like getting the approval and dispatch of mobile from companies end to me. But today on 31st August till date company was failed to solve the problem. Even on several times calling to the customer care I am just getting the dates….. 4) I have called more than 10 times to customer care of PICKME india asking for my mobile status, but they are giving me bluffing answers like when I called on 17 August 2015 Monday they said my case confirmation will come by Saturday 22nd August but on Saturday they again bluffed and said it will be by Tuesday and Tuesday again they said any how it will be done by Saturday 29th again. But again on Saturday they said the same thing like due to Rakhi it will be done on Monday or Tuesday. I think PICKME india is bluffing with me and delaying in mobile delivery intentionally.

                                  I have submitted my phone to pick for water damage case, they told with in 45 days you will get your mobile. but its more than 45 days i still not get it back, several times i called them but not get proper feedback. every time they said approval is pending next week will get approval. really hopeless service.

                                    Pick Me - No response of approving my case

                                    I have registered my pick up request on 08/07/2015. every week i'm calling to the pick me customer care call center to know the status of approval but they are telling me to wait for 2 to 3 days but still i haven't got any kind of confirmation message or call. i guess from four weeks they are telling me to wait and they are giving me surety that on the next day i will get the confirmation of approval. I would like to tell u to work on this case please. i hope i will get your response soon...

                                      I have registered my pick up request on 06th May 2015. Every week since June i'm calling to the pick me customer care call center to know the status of my phone but they are telling me to wait for a week whenever I call but still I haven't got any kind of confirmation message or call. Whenever I ask them to give confirmation in writing then they don't get agree. Their seniors are also not available to respond whenever we call. From past two months they are making us fool & telling us to wait and they are giving surety that in next week i will get my phone returned. As per their process it takes 45-60 day maximum. Now its 22nd August 22, 2015 & update from their end about phone. Very poor service from PICKMEINDIA. I’ll never ever suggest any one to go for mobile insurance at least from PICKMEINDIA. Now I am trying to get in touch with media also to highlight this case. I hope I get justified response very soon...You can contact me on [protected].

                                      its been more than 4.5 month but no update till date. Even no confirmation from pickmeIndia that where phone is, and in which condition.
                                      Very poor Service i have seen ever.

                                      My GIONEE phone SR [protected] was damaged and has been taken by pickme buddy since march 3 and its still not repaired. Whenever i call them they say it will take 10 more days. God knows when will i get my phone back.
