Reg request no. [protected]. I had submitted by mobile for repair since starting start of february and following up to get my mobile back but no luck. Calling customer care does not help and every time they give status that insurance company has not approved and wait for 6-7 working days. This is happening every time i call. Even today 20-mar when i call, staff jayakumar refused to help escalate and did not allow me to speak to team lead paresh and manager aditya. Appears no one in office as informed by jayakumar which i do not agree. I need my mobile back and not just an answer to wait. This is not acceptable and unprofessional. i would never advise anyone to go for this service. i am losing out hope of getting my mobile and not willing to accept. i should get my mobile back and fully repaired. Call me if you need any clarification but help me get my mobile back as soon as possible.

Pathetic Service. Don't avail this service as customer is always ignored and customer updates what appears in system and do not have a clue how to help. There internal issues is what they would update but does not help customer.
Pick me customer care called me y'day first to say and reiterate that it will take 6-7 working days. and again within one hour called up to correct himself that it will take atleast 20 working days and i have to wait. Still no reason why this has not moved from last 20 working days where i had been calling the customer care to enquire. Infact once it happened that their system send over 100 sms saying that is has been delivered and calling them confirmed that it was technical problem. Not sure when i would get the mobile back.

    my phone Sony xperia z1 compact was given for repairs to pick me India solutions on 15th December, 2014 and it has been more 3 months now but every time i call them i do not get a response at all the only thing they say is that it will take another 10 days every time i wait for 10 days and so it has now become more than 3 months but still the same response they are not ready to return my phone back i m very frustrated and don't know what to do i have made more than 25 calls to them and every time they have kept me waiting for long duration and given no proper response in the bargain i have suffered hell lot of money on my phone calls that are all chargeable my registered mobile no. is [protected] please look into the matter urgently i have been waiting for more than a quarter year now i m submitting my complaint with lot of hopes to get it cleared at its earliest or else please suggest me what legal action should be taken

      Hi Sir/Ma'am My name is Devendra Singh and i have submitted my iphone 6(3 months old) to pick me india on 28/02/2015 for claim as its screen got a crack, and on the next day I got a message that my phone is delivered to the service center, its claim is approved but the payment is pending from insurance company . Today its been 17th day and I have called pick me india many times today and in past days and each times they are giving the same response that it will take 10-15 more days, but when they picked my phone they told me that it take max 15 days, I have seen a lot of complaint regarding the same issue Please provide me a solution to get my phone back. As these guys are not responding properly, 17 days and they still need 10-15 days, I am afraid that after 15 days they will give the same response that they need 15 days more Please help me Devendra singh [protected]

        I have called to pick me many times to return back my mobile but last week one lady told that my will be return on 14th march today is the day what they told you did not want to service my mobile what a bad service you are giving to customer i dint see this kind of service centre in my life and hereafter i wont suggest to buy this kind of service centre handling showroom to any one if you are not able to do service dont get mobile from customers you can suggest any other service centre who will give service faster. Give your authorised person name and number to contact further regarding this issue. You dont need to give service please return back my mobile by today itself.

        Hello, just now i have talked with pick me regarding my mobile status they are saying it will take another 10 to 15 days of time what the hell you give service to the customer if you not able to do service please return back my mobile and give the service charge of Rs.2500 from your side to get my mobile serviced. I dint see this kind of service centre in my life if i give in local place itself i will got in a week of time its totally irritating me so give my mobile back with that service charge on wednesday.           i have given my mobile Sony Xperia Z2 on November 2014, till now i have never see my mobile, more then 4 & half month over . This is what pickme gave solution for my complaint. if I call customer care people tell me to wait 7 to 10 working days to get approval for payment or insurance like this from 1st Jan 2015 to till now and people who working their dont no what is the statues of my mobile, one guy tel it approval next 10days will be delivery after a week if i call people tell its not approval, i dont no whats going on . when their not able to give solution then why the hell their sale their insurance. paying for mobile 50000 + taxes + insurance all, why the hell i let others to use of my mobile . finally i plan to give police complaint that people have taken my mobile & not returning back, i kindly request you people to taken action regards my mobile Thanks and regards Lokesh G phone; [protected]

              i purchased Oppo mobile in Nov 2014. in accident it was damaged then i was claim for mobile insurance after 1 month i got my mobile but without 100% repair. you not changed the body of mobile which was dameged in accident. i am not satisfy with your service

                Dear Sir / Madam, Myself Mr. Irfan Ali Hasmi register mobile no. [protected]. I have given my samsung grand 2 moble phone (which is hardly use 3 days and display get damage) to your representative to repairing display on 17.11.2014 from my doorstep. But now it nearly 4 to 5 month it still getting repair. I call daily to your given costumer care no that is [protected] they only say it will get you in 2 to 3 day. It happen every time whenever i call to this no. I have requested him if the phone is not getting repair so please handover me as it is but there only say it will get you in 2 to 3 day. Dear Sir or Madam I only have to ask you is this is a cheating pick me company or some your representative cheating with us. We take your policy for safety not for wasting time againt you fellow.                   I had given my phone for repair on 8th January, 2015 and have not till now received it. I have very patiently waited for 2 months. However, I'm losing patience now. As per your policy, within 25-30 days the phone should be repaired and delivered. If I knew it is going to take such a long time, I would have got it repaired myself. I have asked for a call back from the senior officials at least 5 times and have not received even 1 call back till now. This is a ridiculous service. They have no respect for their customers and only keep giving excuses for not delivering the product back on time.

                    I have handed over my costly mobile phone to pickme buddy in the month of January -2015. Till today they have not even repaired it. Waiting for somebody's approval. Think they are still in 1857's even those days wouldn't have taken so long. Its very sad to say that this is the most worst service i have seen in my life. Consider this as a kind request and please hand me the cell phone as soon as possible. I can spend money to get it repaired myself. If it is not received within 8 days i will have to take help from consumer court. My regd cell no is [protected] Buddy name is Sagar Maral. Can you please help?

                    Hello,

                    Still there is no response from the company, eventhough they promised me to return me the phone in 7 days.
                    I called them but then again the same reply.

                    I dont need there service at all, instead need the phone back.

                    Admin, can you please look into this and may be i will have to file a case against them.

                      dear pickmeindia, my self santosh gawade, living from pune, my problem is my cell phone in glass break so I register your site, after your company boy meet me and pick up my cell phone I phone 4S ( person name is Mr.sagar maral ), pickup date is 12/1/2015 and his saying you gadget is only 30 days repaired, but toady's not my gadget repaired, and I calling your customer support last 4 days, but his not responding, mostly answaring hold the line, and after today i called your pickup boy but his not recived. so what i think about you. please tell me . and urjently response .

                        Its been more than 2 months that I have given my mobile for service due to Water Lock Problem. I don't see any sign of getting my mobile back. Its the worst service i have ever seen. If I call to customer care, the only thing they know to say is "Wait for 10 -15 Working days, I will assure you, mobile will be delivered to you". But in reality, they are not true to their word. now a days, customer care people started ignoring the calls and also if by chance they receive the call they will keep in hold and will never respond. Its just a waste of time, I just repent for my stupidity to choose Pickme and not getting repaired by myself through service center at least I would have got my mobile within a week max. I don't understand in what way PickMe is meeting its customer promise! Delay in delivering the mobile is fine but to extent of more than 2 months doesn't make any sense. I would rather recommend you to stop your service if you are not able to provide a service as what you say.Give Back My Insurance Money, if you People are doing Like that means we will rise the compliant to consumer court.                             OMG, purchased a mobile from leading mobile store, who recommends for pickme india and collected membership fee as Rs 499/-, the amount is not in Pick me india website, hell with Pick me india, no one picked up the call for service, believe that its a complete cheating, people shall directly walk into service centre intead of calling PMI, anyway this is a mobilising service for this both mobile stores and pickme india, All the mobile stores are providing wrong guidance to customer, better correct yourself. Never thought that Univercell is doing this kind of business.

                              Hello i have gave my mobile on 26th Jan 2015 still now i dint receive my mobile what the hell you are doing service to the customers. I called PICKME lot of times always saying something like, we dint get approval from insurance so only and lot of excuses they are saying. I ever seen such kind of service centre in my life. Its a worst service giving from PICKME. I need my mobile immediately u dont want to give service for me. Kindly return back my mobile. Give your authorised person name and number i will contact them directly regarding this issue.

                                The mistakes i have done in my life...Buying Pick Me service, Contacting them for the service, Calling them again and again...they are not lifting the calls for [protected]..can anybody provide a contact to scold them...I am ready to file the case against such a worst Company...Anybody's there...

                                  Pickmeup India, these guys are fraud with absolutely no regard for customers. They make money by enrolling you, you dont think Rs. 500 or Rs .800 is much when buying the phone. They picked the phone in two days of complaint. Updated their system saying phone is collected. The issue is described FULL STOP. After that for 60 days, two whole months there is no update, every day 40 minutes on hold, customer service is not bothered. Only thing they want say, wait for one more week. I called the local manager Sadashiv, he says, send me a mail saying you dont want the phone repaired, I will return the phone. This after 60 days. Who can I contact to raise the complaint ? Who is the highest authority ? what caused the delay ? why they held the phone for absolutely nothing ? - blank - no answer. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING atrocious. Licenses of these FRAUDS HAVE TO CANCELLED.

                                    Really I am not able to understand where to start about this Company ( Pick me India sorry pinch me India). This is Kishan rao here, one of pick me India's exhausted customer. I met with an accident, my new SONY EXPERIE ULTRA T2 device screen damaged. I am not at all bothering about that accident but being a customer of Pick me India hurting me a lot. Here is the great customer experience which I have gone through . 1. They picked my device after 3 days of complaint ( It's not like that what they mentioned on website next day pick..etc) 2. When ever I made a call to customer care I used to be in line for more than 20min to connect with Pick me India great customer care department. Customer care department doesn't have much information and they repeat same thing again and again. Most of the time they say it's company rule. 3. When pickme buddy come to collect the device, he promised me 15 days of delivery time later I come to know that 15 days for approval but not for the device delivery. Now they are asking me to wait for more 15days. 4. While I was discussing with customer care I told him that I will rise a complaint on forum, he asked me to do Instantly which hurted me a lot. I think these guys never mind about consumer forum also. Contradicting to what they promised or what is returned in Terms & Conditions written. 5. Customer care department won't provide you any ticket or reference id while we make a call to them, this shows that Pick me India not even following basic standards . I spoke to Ms. Eli, I asked her Call reference id, she said they don't have. They not even allow us to reach next level team ( She told me that she should not do that ). I have few more doubts about this Company 1.The concept is to save customers time but these guys are eating customers time. We ( Customers) never mind about your back end process so please don't try to explain me the process here ( for Pick me India). I have seen few of responses from pick me India here, mentioned all reasons for customers complaints which never solve customer problems. 2. If we buy Pick me India service, do we need to buy another devices for that 30days. ( Please suggest us how do you want us to handle this). 3. If it really takes 30days of time to deliver what did you mentioned on your website and why you are not intimating your customer about this while they do purchase. Dear Pick me India, I am begging you here in the name of god I am not expecting your excuses, I need my mobile back asap. Still If I get good service from you I will withdraw my complaint here and will give you a good feedback. My Pick me India request number : UCP[protected].
