Product is different what show in pic and quantity is less

I have received 2 used and torn tops instead 3 kurta sets. I want to return the product.

But in parcel I have received 2 waste type of Old Shirts

Company shipped use kurtis only 2 pices totally draged, old, Cheap, and use clothes pls return my product and return my amount

which shows delivered on 21/08/2021...
On the same day, I received a call at 19:06 from delivery person, and I gave him OTP, and he said he has given it to security person, when I arrived, there wasn't any package at the guard room, where all the deliveries are kept, I tried to contact the delivery person, but there was another person on the phone...br...

I've recently purchased a new shirt which is totally old and when I opened up the package then I saw the product is Torn up and its too slashy ... Pls check it I want to refund my money back

My parcel having tracking ID D78978938 is showing delivered in 19/09/2021 upto yesterday. I confirmed at my home but it is not delivered and it can not be delivered without a code as given by Pickrr.com at the time of out for delivery. I don't know how it is delivered without telling that code. Please look into the matter.

Pathetic service. Bugs in the user interface. My parcel is not delivered in 15 days as of today and there is no customer care to talk to or neither is anyone responsive when I write a mail to them . I 'd rather give my busines to shiprocket .
