I ordered combo of 3 multi colour designed shirts, i saw and selected other one but they send me 2 shirts with defective one... Please tell me how can I return back..

I have not received delivery of the shipment of Tracking ID:[protected]
which shows delivered on 21/08/2021...
On the same day, I received a call at 19:06 from delivery person, and I gave him OTP, and he said he has given it to security person, when I arrived, there wasn't any package at the guard room, where all the deliveries are kept, I tried to contact the delivery person, but there was another person on the phone...
I raised a complaint at their customer service twice with Ticket id: 22549618 and 22698864..
they were unable to share delivery proof...
they contacted me twice, but weren't able to do anything..
Update: They updated the delivery status to Lost, now I want my REFUND as soon as possible, of ₹1637.36...
They have stopped responding since last 10 days, and aren't processing my refund..
Update: Now, the Delhivery customer service is telling me to ask for refund from Pickrr..
My time is just being wasted, and still my Refund isn't being initiated, and the mobile number they gave me says switched off when I called.

I am Ramdas Nair ordered online Men's Shirt XL 3 nos for Rs.499/- as displayed in their add on 10/01/2021 (as displayed on Shipping Mania. I received the courier Ekart vide WSPC [protected] on COD basis.

The consignment delivered on[protected] and I found to my shock, it contains 2 Nos of maxi, one small and another one medium as against 3 Nos of Shirt...I can not believe it is a oversight/mistake. I would request either my money Rs.499/- may refunded or dispatch 3 Nos of XL shirt as ordered.

Also, request such mistakes should not be repeated to avoid customers trust and confidence.

Today that is 6 October 2021 I received a parcel from Pickrr Technologies Pvt Ltd and item present inside that parcel was completely different from the website and I received 2 torn and reused shirts inside that parcel !As a concern of my 500 rs I want my money back as soon as possible !

I have ordered 3 men's shirt online as per their display in the web on[protected].I have received the consignment on[protected] and paid Rs.499/- as it was COD. When I opened the consignment, I found to my utter shock it contains 2 Nos of small old and worn out Maxi, one small and another one medium size. It was nothing short of cheating and creating metal anguish and agony. I need immediate replacement of 3 shirt XL size as per my order else refund of Rs.499/- paid.
