Hi, We have a company by the name House Of mae. We booked a pickup request on 7th september'21. The delivery was made today.ie. 10th September to the correct address in Chandigarh. However, our customer received a torn package in which instead of our garments there was a piece of cloth inside. Someone from the logistics/delivery team has stolen our products and placed another handkerchief inside the packaging, and delivered it.
This is a case of theft, and we demand a refund and investigate of our stolen product. Pickrr has been so disappointing, there is no contact number/email for us to contact. They are completely out of touch and no one to help us. we are a small brand dealing with such theft issues.
The courier service we chose through Pickrr was Xpressbees.
