Hi, We have a company by the name House Of mae. We booked a pickup request on 7th september'21. The delivery was made today.ie. 10th September to the correct address in Chandigarh. However, our customer received a torn package in which instead of our garments there was a piece of cloth inside. Someone from the logistics/delivery team has stolen our products and placed another handkerchief inside the packaging, and delivered it.

I had already paid for my order amount 1000rs. Due to phone pe issue with delivery boy. Payment was pending & after sometime payment done but he didn't deliver till now. But I tried to track my order but status shows consignee not available. But noone attempt to deliver on doorstep....

Pickrr associated curior FedEx didn't try the delivery from 15/08/21 to 25/08/21 when package was laying in their facility at Patna. They returned the package with remarks "Refused" which is concocted story to cover up. It's unfortunate and amounts to gross deficiency in Service, under CP Act, liable for penal action....

I ordered kurties in combo offer by kurties mela ad for rs. 899. Today Received that parcel, I am shocked and very much disappointed on the product . All the three cloths are used one and torned. Look like very damaged . How dare to send the cloths like this, very cheap and heartless fellow. They will not have good life, they should pay for this .
So many customer lost their money. They should be punishable....
