I ordered casual shirts but I not received wait I order worst delivery I want to return parcel n refund my money

Pickrr is a FRAUD service provider. First upon they COLLECT the money in advance by wallet recharge and when you place the order the amount get deducted immediately BUT pick up wont happen for 4-5 days also. And you have to follow up yourself multiple times either by sending email/chat/calling to customer support team. For email&chat there will be standard automated reply that they need 24 hours to just respond & after that forget it no one turns back. If you call so-called customer care support representatives are so WORST & INEFFICIENT that they doesn't have any clue why pick up didn't happen, when will it happen & when will be delivered. MAJOR DRAWBACK IS THEIR SYSTM IS FAILED BUSINESS MODEL TO LOOT MONEY IN THE NAME OF WALLET RECHARGE & THEY ACTUALLY FORGOTTEN THEIR INTENDED SERVICE SUPPOSED TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE MONEY COLLECTED. SECOND IS THEY DONT HAVE ANY PROPER TRACKING SYSTEM IN PLACE. If you insist & call repeatedly someone from founder office call you & threaten to block & close the account without refunding your wallet recharged amount. If you question that he says it may come after 10-15 days but you have paid your money in 10-15 seconds. They don't have any proper system to track the consignment & there is no proactive tracking system & will power for improvement has died. THEY LEAST BOTHERED WHETHER CONSIGNMENT PICK UP & DELIVERY HAPPEN OR NOT POST YOUR WALLET RECHARGE. ITS SIMPLE FRAUD MONEY MAKING BUSINESS

I saw an add on Instagram about aero band virtual drum stick... which shows rs 1855 which i order and when i receive it i got a Chinese lamp a cheap lamp .. this company cheats us this is not don with the customer they are trying to miss use of the customer very disappointed about the service Nd the company vendor ... who ever is responsible should clear that and refund and accept return this product

I ordered JBL filip 3 and I received low price speaker very dispointed.pleace return my money

I didn't even ordered the product but the order got placed without my knowledge.In addition, the message of the courier service showed that the product was 3 joggers of different colours but 2 jeans which were dirty and used got delivered. I had to make a payment of 599/- for an order that I didn't even make. I want to return the product and need a refund. There are no such options in the site.

I order an item in mom.co ...I didn't received it yet...I was busy yesterday I cut the call..and the person who called me said..your order is canceled because you cut the call and you need to reorder your item..but it's showing in tracker out to delivery..if it's not canceled how can I reorder again what I want to purchase

Sir/ma'am I placed an order for Micro photon projector of cost Rs 1450 and I got a wrong delivery of a sunset lamp with invoice without having return adress and GST number... Am a student and I purchased that projector from my savings please solve my problem and deliver me the right product or refund me the money please

I have ordered a micro photon projector amounting to Rs 1650 but when i opened the parcel it was a chinese lamp ( Wrong Product ). Therefore it's my request to return the order and return my money.

I have not ordered any product from this website but I received a product containing clay diyas which cost ₹ 1715.

Please check this fraud delivery scam and do refund my money as soon as possible.

I have received only one item whereas two items were picked up from the customer. (In RtO)
Pickr has not taken any responsibility and simply closed our complaint. We have already provided enough evidence that two items were picked but we have received only one item.

I ship my products through Pickrr for the past 6 months. Initially it was good. But recently they raise weight discrepancy in every order and keep my money on hold. If we miss to raise dispute they charge whole lot of money from the wallet. When called no proper response is provided. I paid 360₹ for a package with just 15 mugs. Now I have been charged another 359₹ for the same box. This is too shady. These happen after 1-2 days after parcels get delivered. This is fraud

I didn't recieved any call from the delivery boy and my delivery status for order tracking id PD0155270 is failed due to person not met. How the person is unable to met when we didn't recieve any call regarding the recieving of my order
