We have send shipment with AWB AWB [protected] with this company. They have not delivered the product and uploaded fake POD.
Second one is [protected] . This shipment is marked as lost but they are not giving claim after several request.
We have requested to transfer our wallet balance to bank account. They are not doing that also.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I had ordered "Decormania (pack of 3)Miracle front Zip full freedom Bombay zip Bra-36/mix" via facebook advertisement on 6th July 2022.

        From the same date, I started getting messages about the order tracking through Pickrr (stating that its courier is Blue Dart).

        Images of the messages are attached.

        On 8th July 2022 a package was delivered. Image of the package delivered is attached.

        The product in the package was wrong and not the ordered product. Image of the product in the package is attached.

        Therefore, either the product delivered is a wrong product by mistake or a fraudulant delivery.

        Please pick this product back from me (the entire opened package is kept as it was received).

        Please refund to me the Rs. 999/- cash on delivery collected from me.

          I’ve ordered myglamm products on June 18 and I was checking my order on pickrr tracking and I haven’t received my order yet and it’s been 19 days .I felt bad experience with pickrr delivery .hope I get my order as soon as possible

              Its been 1 week that they haven't delivered my product and it gets out for delivery every day but at the end of the day the delay the delivery saying customer was unavailable for delivery but they didn't even call me. When we call them they don't even talk properly and cut the phone even if the other person is still trying to talk and resolve the matter. Please look into it.

                we are getting replies too late and customer care team not able to solve issues
                we have to spend lot of time on calls and mails and still many issues not solved
                after that our amount has been deducted and customer care team always reply we cant do anything in this
                they are just replying as an job no one taking responsibility for their work
                curiour company is asking customer to came 80 kilometer far to receive parcel this is so unfair and after that our money has been deducted for RTO via giving fake update we provided all proofs still the customer care tell we cant do anything

                  My parcel of Signoware containers with Order Number 9285 & Tracking ID[protected] was out for delivery on 20th June but it was not delivered to me and reason to fail delivery was mentioned as Consignee unavailable. While the fact is I didn't get any call and nobody came to deliver the parcel. It's too much delayed now and I require it on urgent basis. Kindly do something.

                            I have registered Pickrr for courier service and have recharged 300 INR.
                            Then I ordered a delivery service on the 10th June to be picked up the next day.

                            But no courier or pick team called and came to up my parcel on the 11th June after calling pickrr team many times to check with them. but each time they assured me that it will be picked up by 8 pm. However, no one came nor called for the same.

                            today is the 13th of June and i have already called many times pickrr to sort this out and arrange for the pick-up ASAP.

                            now they are not only hampering my business but it's really affecting me as my customer is calling me up again and again for the same to be shipped.

                            Please look into it and I would like to get reimbursed for all the credit I have in my Pickrr account. They have wasted my valuable time and been hampered by business.

                            They also have a wrong update on their Track your order section. I have not re-schedule the pickup date at any given time. its really stressful doing business with pickrr

                            yet again no pick-up done. horrible experience with Pickrr and their courier partner. Pickrr team says they don't have a number to contact Bluedart. they only track the order online which I can also do. If that is the case why would I or anyone use their platform if they are providing the service they promise.

                            I will not use this platform again therefore kindly request to refund of all my balance ( 600 INR) credits in pickrr account.

                              I Am A Client Of This Courier Aggregator Company Pickrr I Send A Parcel Thru This Company To My Buyers One Of The Shipment I Shipped In 28/3/22 The Shipment Marked As LOST In 21/4/22 And I Raised A Ticket In PIckrr On 23/4/22 That My Shipment Is LOST Please Provide Me Refund The Ticket ID Is 426232 And They Give Me Time For Investigating After A Week And Above In 5/5/22 I Create A New Ticket ID 451455 I Tell Them In The Ticket I Cant Received My Money Yet From 5/5/22 To Till Date They Provide Fake Proofs Of Payments Credit Notes Fake Promises Of 24 To 48 Hours But Not Giving The Amount Of Lost Shipment I Specially Highlight Some Name Of This Company Those Doing This Ankur And Abhishek From Dispute Team Of Pickrr I Have Done 15/20 Complaints Thru Call On The Same Issue But Not Resolve Yet

And today I received my order, when I unbox my order I have noticed that i didn't received the brand one plus Bluetooth headphones and insted of that i have received some other Bluetooth headphones which are of poor sound system and not of good quality. So iam requesting the team to take the product return. Iam really not at all satisfied with the product that i received for you. Ao iam kindly requesting the team for faster return of the product. Please solve my issue as soon as possible with the respected pickrr team. Hopping a proper and good reply and return of the product.
