My order id is 3070490_1021408. My order was supposed to arrive on 22nd march but unfortunately i was not able to take the call from delivery boy and it has been 5 days now and my parcel didn't arrive and neither i got any call from them. I don't know what to do and how to contact them. Moreover when i try to track my delivery status they by default assume that the customer is not available this is insane...such a cheap and horrible service...

This is my order id[protected], the delivery guy doesn't even bother to call me. directly I get a message missed delivery on my SMS. this is not acceptable at all. What kind of service is this? my office was open yet I don't get my package.
Nor do I have a number that I call them and ask, such unorganized never booking anything from here. Horrible service!

Resolve this ASAP! and I need the package today itself...

The website is not cleared the information about it's deliver process when the delivery person contact me i didn't recognise when this product is confirmed to deliver.

I am not able to cancel or return of the item/product infact i send them a mail immediately when I realised that my order is confirmed by the seller.

So i returned the product to the delivery guy and thankful to my luck 🤞I did the payment...

Today I had call your custmor care no. to ask how to cancel my order . your customer care no. Person send mi one link and said fill link and pay 2 rs then I am cancel your order. But when I am pay 2 rs then my all bank account balance 10000 is also gone . when I am contact to your custmor care then the number is switch off. Plz return my money ....

I ordered a combo pack of three new Kurtis in one website called kurtiflow. com .but I received a fully damaged and used old clothes .kindly solve this problem and give me a solution for that issue....

I have received a parcel on 29-Jan-2022 AWB[protected] in cash of rupees 1173/-.
I received the order.
I opened it, it was a second-hand saree and used one. Also most interesting part is I have not placed any order from pickrr .
how can they deliver this to my address that too with COD.

So I need refund of 1173 rs. and...

I hadn't received my order they even hadn't contacted me and showing failed attempt order /cancel order... it's disgusting...and dissapointing worst experience...

My order is undelivered for more than 10 days now and they have just updated ans consignee unavailable. No one contacted me. And when called them also call not getting connected....
