This is a total fraud company, they will take your money as well as your product . You will never get your money and your product.

Google reviews are all paid reviews, most of them are fake please dont believe in this company .

I had placed 3 orders and all of them are misplaced or rather stolen .
This company is running a racket with other courier companies .

At the time of opening the account they will say minimum charges is 40Rs for pickup and delivery and give 300 rs credit all fake . Dont fall for this

They will charge for overweight even if your product is 50gm they will charge over 200 for every packet as soon as you book your order

The couriers will not deliver and confiscate the products and slap return charges for rejecting the product when actually the delivery guy will not even come to your address.

The couriers xpressbees, shadowfax, delhivery all are fraudsters their delivery is the worst in the industry

Pickrr.com is a courier service provider which integrates all courier companies and automates the booking/delivery.

Pickrr.com's server is not that great which it claims to be one. They have made a safe way to cheat their customers. The best part is that they earn double if the receiver of the courier denies to accept the courier. In this case, pickrr.com earns double the price of single side.

That where their little scam gets money from the customer's pockets to theirs. They promote all their channel partners to make as much RTO's as possible so that the amount keeps getting double. (RTO- Return of Goods to Original Pickup Address).

They allow us 3 attempts to make sure that we get a chance to talk to our customers (receiver of courier) if they have rejected it purposely or if the delivery agent has not yet contacted and has made a fake delivery attempt. These 3 attempts can be checked from time to time (on daily basis) on each courier in one of the tab on their website.

Complaint: 8 out of 10 cases of my customers says that either they have not receiver a single call from delivery agent or they have asked of a specific delivery future date or time or the delivery agent has told them that the courier is torn and cannot be delivered (fake). Only 2 out of 10 cases are genuine.

Most of our time goes in resolving these issues. One of the recent case was, all 3 attempts were made within 16 hours of 1st attempt. Usually 3 attempts are done in 3-4 days until advised by receiver of a future specific date.

But how can we concentrate on building a business if we cannot safely and truly deliver our goods to our customers. How can we really cut the channel partners and make our brand D2C if only these type of courier service is available in our country.

I am not satisfied with your servicet. I want refund of my wallet. I have been trying to contact the customer care number. There is no one responding. The company seems to be fraud. Horrible & unprofessional way of working.
I'm trying to get my refund from last 25 days but they are not responding. I just want to return it & want my money back.

Tracking AWB - [protected] on 12th August 2022 order was out of delivery and on 13th Aug status - lost shipment. But when we call to our customer she said I got the parcel (COD) 1 week ago. And now after 1 month conversion with pickrr team they refund us only 2000/- . COD value was 6840/- pickrr received the money from expressbees courier and showed the fake status and kept the money with them and given us refund of 2000/- . Like this they are doing fraud.

I am using Pickrr service for my business name Makestore. It has no human customer support and hasn't given any valid contact number on the internet.
I dispatched two orders, one order worth 1.79 lacs, one order through Ekart and another order through Xpressbees courier. Both the orders are lost, because order detail hasn't updated sinch a month and other has no update after pickup.
Pls, help me get my orders back. My customers have lost trust in my business.

My Product is not being delivered, it is now more than a month. You are just messaging that product will be delivered today, then it automatically gets cancelled everytime. No one calls me or come to my doorstep.

In Tracking id also I tried to complaint, but there I didn't received the OTP.

This is not at all acceptable. Please resolve it ASAP and deliver my product.

They lost my parcel worth 24000 invoice Value, Parcel last updated on 21st june and till then Neither it has been delivered to destination nor at origin. After waiting since more than 40-45 days they are saying they will pay 2000 rs as Compensation.

I bought a mobile through pickrr . it's was [censored]ly wrong item and damaged products also. I tried return to that product but unable to reach that company customer care services. So please help as. My order ID -325074

My Delivery AWB number is 23481006. Though the product is in the location which is near to my place from the last 2 days, no delivery attempt was made. Even the EOD date is changing everyday.

There is no contact number to reach their team directly. All we have is a support mail ID and they are doing some copy & paste Job. Not taking care of customer issue.
