Dear Sir,
I happened to buy one Pigeon Kettle 1.5L from Amazon.
The order was placed on January 19, 2022.
The product was delivered on January 20, 2022.
On the first look, the product appeared good. Aesthetics was great.
The first time, the water boiled within reasonable time and we felt very happy.
Then we did not use the product for a few days because we were not at home.
The very second time we wanted to use the product, the lid was not closing.
Somehow, we managed to close it with great difficulty. Then after boiling the water, the lid was not opening.
Again, with great difficulty, we opened the lid by applying some force, but the lid fell apart into multiple pieces.
We were able to assemble it back, but now it is very difficult to close and open the lid.
So the product has become useless.
We had very high opinion about Pigeon products before buying this Kettle.
Now were are very disappointed with Pigeon.
Please arrange to repair the product ASAP.
