Hi,
I have brought two induction cookers from pigeon.
But both have the same problem that the base plate is getting removed. Both are still under warranty.

I had contacted the customer service but they are not at all responding properly.

Please give solution to this problem.
How can i claim warranty.

There is a serious concern i want to raise about the pigeon gas stove i had bought 12 months ago. The gas knob came out and that lead to gas leakage and slight fire. We were lucky to be there at that moment and somehow managed to shut the gas cylinder off to avert a major disaster.

He declared the kettle element dead and said i need to be provided a replacement
Ahmedabad authority for gujarat gave no replacement to aashish and said i contact bangalore
