I have purchased a mobile from Poorvika ekkatuthangal show room on[protected] I have taken insurance policy also from The new India assurance as below Unfortunately my mobile was stolen, when I approached the poorvika customer care, they carelessly told “This is not in coverage” I went to The United INDIA Assurance Thiruvotiyur Highr road North Chennai branch, I met Mr Bkathavachalam (the Branch manager), He clearly told this policy is forgery document, Poorvika people have not taken any policy for my mobile.and subsequently he adviced to Meet New India assurance reginal manager Mr jagedish in pattulas road, he also confirmed that no policy has been made for my mobile Even I have doubt about how honestly remitting VAT tax (14.5%) to government collected from public.
