My car (Swift DZire-Zxi)KL-35-C-8042 was given to" Popular vihicles and service center," Kottayam for second service.Then they informed that the car was ready after the service.So i went to the center for take the vehicle.But they given the car after one hour,and they didn't service the car properly .Atleast they didn't do the water service for the car.And they charged Rs.1236/-.After that i informed this matter to the service manager.But the manager said that they done the service properly.He didn't care about my complaint.
So I kindly request you to take into account my compliant

    I have owned a Ritz Diesel 2011 model. The fuel efficency of this car is less than 15km/lt. I have complained to maruti auto, and service centre too.
    Service team tested , and the result was 15.8km/lt (without A/C). They argued that this will improve within a month. But now after 5 month I again tested and the result was the same.
    Note : The company claims the milage as 22km/lt.

      I gave my maruthi dzire (KL 16 F 2585 ) car to pupular maruthi service centre , thoppichantha,near Attingal, Trivandrum dist,kerala.
      The reason is for repairs after a small accident with bike.Broken bumper, scratches on the doors on the right hand side,and dent on a piece of body between bumber and door,Wheal disk edge dent,broken tyre,changing wheal covers, replacement of side mirror were the complaints.Most of the work could be covered from insurance and which are not covered are met from my side as usual.
      Popular service centre above mentioned did not cleared wheel disk issues, did not changed wheel cap, did not cleared scratches on the front doors, stolen CD's from the set inside, painting with unmatched colors and took 15 days to return the car. I am using my car for taking my mother for dialysis for two days every week and a practicing chartered accountant.Please provide me with the remedy I have to clear my complaints on the vehicle and damages for me for unwanted delay in the service.

      I have given my Alto car for service on 04 Feb 2012 to papular , they Delivered the car without performing any of the compliant i gave, just cleaned the glass with wiper.

        I purchased the new ALTO car from Palarivattom Popular. I did not get the second key of the car.

        On the day of delivery, when I asked one salesman sad, it is given to SBI bank since it is a car loan.
        Later my friends said, these days, they do not give the key to bank. So I went and asked the shop again. Now the salesman tells that they had already given both keys to me on the delivery day.

        How can i get the second key now? I do not want to waste time with the salesman who is not honest in his words.

        On 24th April I locked my car with key inside near railway station kollam. I called the popular helpline no. [protected]. One person came and release the key. He charged Rs.200/-. He didn't gave me any receipt. Compare to other maruthi service centres the amount is very high. Please give reply for this as early as possible. My vehicle No. KL-02-Y-2748. Alto.         I got the second key after my 1 month follow up !!!
        My vehicle is 2011 model swift dzire .

        Before 2 months my car was in accident. I gave to popular Maruti service centre near mims hospital Kozhikode. 24 August they told me your car is ready for delivery. I told I will come Monday. Then I visited Monday. I was irritated from there . 35% works are pending. I was travelled 3 hr from my home to service centre because 70 klm distances are there . Then I talked with body shop manager. What is this ? What’s going on here? Like that then he told me i will all responsibility for this . You can come tomorrow afternoon I will clear all problems. Then I went Tuesday afternoon I feel they are mad. Or they are useless people. Because they are not cleared problems and one more thing they are made new problems like painting is too bad, they are scratching my car also they are fitting too bad bumpers and they fix side mirror . Side mirror assembly was purchased in third markets. They are changing my good parts and fitting other car parts. The biggest comedy is they released bill only 110000 rupees. What is this ?
        They are painted my car then also scratches are there . They told me this is hand finger print . What is this . Then why need for painting. We don’t want painters signature and fingerprints in car body. Then why we want wasting money and time . How can trust these people?

        Then Thursday they cover Bodyshop work that is ok
        But they destroyed my engine . Saturday car working condition was good when I complained about body work after that they are misusing my car engine. Now warning lights are showing also working conditions is too bad . They’re behaving duplicity on me . This is your culture ? this is your strategy?

        When customers are not satisfied with work they will complain. If customers complain they will take revenge . And they are concentrating about how to spoil vehicles. I was complained about painting then they are spoiled in my engine

        How can we will trust Maruti

          POOR SERVICE

          I gave my car for scheduled servicing to Popular Maruti service station in Trivandrum, Kerala. Though they have taken full charge for servicing but I don't think they have have done even 50% of the job and it was not cleaned and washed.           Hi Sir,
          Iam owning a Maruti Sen Vxi and has been servicing in Popular Service Centre, Paravattani, Thrissur, for the last three years. Last week i have given my car for the service and once I got it back, one of my costlier sun glass has been missed from the Dash board. Soon after I found this, I called up them and asked about this ,but their response was very pathetic. They told me, that they will look in to it and cal lme back, but they dint call me at all.
          Is this the way the Popular service center behaving to a regular customer ? Since it is a Maruti authorised servie center, we customers are beleiving in the stations but if the respons is like this. how can we go forward ?
          Should I get my sunglass back ?

          Stealing car parts from your car
          ohh Popular forget about going there. I was a great customer and bought swift. When I left my car for repair in the body shop (after a minor accident) I have found my speaker systems were stolen.Luckily we havent left the premises so they stole the speakers from some one else system and replaced it in my car. Asked them what the 5uck is going on. Sir we will fix you in your service visit. I will provide you a new speakers and give you nice offer.
          They crash my bonet in front of my eyes and claim that it was done previously.

          With the broken heart being a fool I left my car there for the second time. Guess what, they claimed huge amount of money to the insurance and fixed some of the old parts that was on my third visit.

          First visit: Car was water washed and the only outer part was fixed. Inner lining wasnt there. shocking the water will spill directly into the bonet and electrical systems. Manager says : "Sir car is fully ready".

          Gave warning went for the second time after two days.

          Second visit: I have found they have pasted the same old parts still and the part was claimed in the insurance?? Whats goning Onnnnnnnnnn?/????

          Spoken to ther area manager and agreed to be fully ready next time.

          Third visit: This time I opened my bonet inside to see if everthing alright, GUys please note this down. They tore my cars inner sponge sheet ( Black one) and fixed the bonet and repainted it. It will take only two minutes to carefully remove the buttons and remove it rather than tearing.

          What a beautiful and dexterous work done. Besides me there was another customer screaming to the core as he left his car for just a glass replace. Found the car inner doors products were completely replaced with another model. Their car interior use to have the finger click lock system now completely different.
          Besides his car seats were torn.

          He left his car for just a glass replaced. This car was there as a second car for those one month they stole and replace the parts from his car to the others and charged the money.

          BEWARE POPULAR IS STEALING YOUR CAR PARTS AND SELLING OUTSIDE. BESIDES GETTING THE MONEY FROM INSURANCE TOO.

          I am even ready to face this a** holes in court as I have collected the enough evidence.

          Last but not least. Through a friend from another company I came to know that these guys will change the unhappy customers phone numbers to one of their own manager numbers. Once they received a call from direct Maruthi they will simply boast on their own and after two days change the number back.
