      Hello, This is Sameer Kaginkar . I have ordered "Micromax Canvas A1 AQ4501 Battery" . Order ID: #161320 Order Date: 26/12/2015 price : 355 I received it on 04/01/2016 but it is defective / not working condition . The battery is last till 45min only and suddenly dischargerd fully . Also it is not properly fitting inside mobile . So i want to return this product and need refund. I have mailed them on "[protected]@portamart.in" They told me that they will contact me in 24-48hrs. But I donot receive any mail from them . Please tell me what to do now?

                  I have ordered Panasonic P11 Mobile Flip cover -Black on 11th December 2015 and received on 26/11/15, Believe me it is a worst product . it is not like a flip cover, have not seen before like cover there is no camera positioning, no mike positing . it is the worst product . i have threw it, it is no use . it is absolutely garbage . i swear, will not buy anything from this Portamart again.

                      This complaint pertains to Portamart online portal. I had ordered a Flip cover for my Micromax Canvas 5 mobile on 09 Dec 15. It has taken 6 days for the firm to confirm despatch the item. Besides, the delivery date has been indicated as before 26 Dec. This is despite the fact that I have paid for express delivery. This is plain cheating. The firm cannot take 17 days to deliver an item that too when the customer has opted for express delivery. A review from about the firm clearly indicates that there are many customers who have been cheated by this firm. Please check http://www.consumerforums.in/portamart-fake-online-shopping-website, you will realise the fraud that they are committing. A few moments later they send you an email that the product is "Not in Stock' and suggest an alternate cheaper looking variant.                                 ORDED ID: 150870 1. I have paid Rs 229/- on line for purchase of Flip Cover for XOLO Black 1X mobile on dtd 28/11/2015. 2. After 3 days, they wrote me that, the required product is not available and they promise to deliver another product namely "XOLO Black 1X Universal flip cover" which rate was rs. 199/- rs. 20/(discount)= Rs. 179/. 3. I agreed. 4. Again after 2 days, they wrote me due to incomplete Shipping Address the product could not be deliver. I send the same address again. 5.On 14.12.2015 I have received the product. But the product is non branded and seems like a product of Rs. 10/- 6. The product is not fit for the model & the size is larger than the ordered item. 7. Hence, I want the amount to be refunded to me or supply the required product

                                      On 4th dec i have ordered an item from portmart and order id is 153124 and it was mentioned within 3 days product will be dispatched but today is 9th 5 days completed and there is no update on status of the order i tried calling customer care but there is no response and call gets disconnected within a minute with no answer please help me and there no way to cancel the order as well. i need the order or i need the refund anything is fine.
