    www.portamart.in is a fake online shopping store. I purchased a product and they charged my amount but my order did not placed. I checked status then it was showing confirmed and shipped. When i tried to call them their customer care number. They did not picked my call i tried 4 days to call them but no response on the mail and call. I need resolution on this asap.

      Order no:92615 I have received a faulty flip cover for my honor bee mobile device. Phone is not sticking into socket, it temporarily sticks, after few minutes, phone falls down, I tried number of times. There is no frame into which phone can be fitted. It is made based on air locking system which does not work for my heavy phone. I tried number of times, but in vain. I hereby request you to take back your product, and refund amount. Please don't encourage this type low quality product from your side. It gives a bad name to your company. Thanking you.

        I purchased a battery and flip cover for my mobile phone Micromax A-35. Flip cover is OK but Battery is defective it is not charging. When I put it on charge it shows a message BATTERY IS OVER TEMPERATURE REMOVE THE CHARGER . either replace it or refund my money.

                Sir/ madam, I made a purchase of micromax A121 mobile battery on 31/5/2015 at www.portamart.in for Rs 939/- I paid additional Rs 29/- for the express delivery of the item as told by the company. One week has passed since then, but I have not got any info on the item except the order confirmation which is shown on its webpage. Many times I tried to contact the contact no. provided by it and even emailed it several times, but no joy... Plz do the needful. Thank you My email add is [protected]@gmail.com

                          Concern, The mobile battery (GIONEE GPad 3) was booked by this online website on dated 20/05/2015 through express courier but 5th days has been passed & till not received for which your website assure to provide facility in minimum time limit. Where is your service level to your costumer??? The amount 419/- has already been deducted from my a/c. Several times tried to call on your C.C number & always it's comes busy or in case picked up no one is ready to assist. This is very bad experience & observed very bad service level of PORTAMART. Need immediate closure on this grievance. This should be delivered on my registered address by tomorrow positively.                             I have ordered one flip cover for micromax canvas spark on 12.05.2015 & they have conformed that the order will receive after 3 days, but Portmart in responding my mail, my phone. I have further mailed for cancelling my order & return back my money to my account. Still no reply received from him. M/S Portmart is simply fraud.

                                    My order id is 73473.I have ordered for karbonn a27+ mobile phone battery.the product delivered to me is not the same .the battery supplied to me is larger in size than my original phone battery .moreover it is of 2200 mah while my original phone battery is of 2000 mah.i have tried to contact portamart.in several times but they are not responding to me at all.please replace my product with original one as it seems as a wastage of money to me and the product is also of no use for me.i am felling cheated.please look into this matter seriously.
