I hav paid money Rs 164 rupees by sbi masrocard. My order id 118039, after few days .i recive a mail, " Dear Customer, You have ordered "Flip Cover for Karbonn A19- Black", But the item is not in stock. But the following item is available in stock in same price. "Flip Cover for Karbonn A19 - Universal-Black" But i cant, purchase other flip civer.So return my money
PortaMart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I, G.V.Sunil Kumar Order ID: #115653 has ordered in "http://www.portamart.in" for Xolo A500S Battery of Rs.400/- and paid through' Internet banking. dated[protected]. Tracked the order in the web site and found NO updated status. Today, on[protected], I tried to contact[protected] and got a AUTO Answering message that the number is Wrong. How can I get the product? or any other Solution ?I had mailed to that customer care they said Dear Customer, Our dispatch time is 1-3 Working days from the order date Or sometimes it takes more times to dispatch. So be patience on this we will dispatch your product very soon. When it will be dispatched you will receive a confirmation mail and sms about your shipment. Thanks. but till now no response Thanks and Regards Sunil

            I have placed the online order for lenovo battery worth Rs.399 and paid the payment through my credit card but till date we have not received any information from portamart.in side that is it delivered or not and when we tracked the order and found that after 14 days they could not generate the shipment. so please look into the matter and guide me what should i do and what is the producer to make the refund from them. my order is 114247.

                Hi, I received an email stating that PINK BEATS BLUETOOTH Speaker. They asked me if I need black. I visited this website because I saw pink was available. Even after receiving email from Portamart, I checked again and pink beats Bluetooth speaker was still showing available. If it was out of stock. Why didn't you guys updated online? I would have never visited your website if I haven't seen pink. My favourite is pink and you are asking me to choose black? I was supposed to go home with this pink Bluetooth speaker. However, you spoiled my vacation with huge disappointment. I would never ever suggest my friends to visit your website. Now, I sent several emails saying I need my money back as you don't have pink at all. You are keep sending automated emails and not replying. I am so pissed and spoiled my happiness. This is the worst experience in my life. I was very happy with other online sites. In a nutshell, I need my answer as soon as possible. The complaint is regarding my order no#111263. Let see how are you going to sort out. I need my money back as I just checked your website and you have updated your website and removed the pink Bluetooth speaker which I saw that day. There should be a limit to everything. It's high time and I am pissed..I NEED MY ANSWER!!!

                  On may i have ordered 1 headphones and 1 earphones from portamart.com and also gave online payment after some days of ordering they mail me that headphones are out of stock and they also give me a suggestion to buy another headphones. i have rejected that suggestion.(payment ID[protected]portamart) i said that i don't want to order that headphones so kindly cancel that.after delivery they only gave earphones. to me. than i said that kindly refund my balance (amount of headphones worth 999). but they didn't refunded any balance to me. so please do something .

                    My name is ganapathy I bought Sennheiser CX200 Street II Earphones through portamart, Through express delivery options, in express delivery options still I received the product after 10days, at the time of receiving box is open conditions, The product quality seems like local headphone, I know sennheiser headphone quality, it is 100% non genuine, next day itself left side ear is having loose connection so headphone not working, I send mail to portamart team there is no proper response, worst service I received from portamart, They are simply cheating the customer, I took information from junglee.com (don't keep like worst vendors in your portal ) please refund my money back, I don't want local & Faulty product, Order ID : 104378 contact details S.Ganapathy [protected]

                      I have ordered a battery .and I paid rupees 600 .it has been passed more than 10 days I don't have any information from the company whether they will delivery my battery or not .if I send mssg to them they are generating the system generated response and they are not getting in contact with customers.porta mart is the worst shopping site I have gone through.it is bluddy worst site

                        Dear All, I ordered for Charger for Micromax A210 vide Order ID: #102384. They have sent the faulty charger which is not working. They are not replying to my complaint mail for the last 8 days. Costomer care no. given on their website is always busy ( or they kept is busy to avoid complaints ). They dont have the basic courtesy to reply to mail. If the higher authorities of portamart are reading these mails on consumer complaints they should realize that they cannot fool people any longer. Just sending an auto reply to our complaint mails ( that we have received your mail and revert soon ) will not solve the purpose in long run. Kindly replace the mobile charger without further delay.                           I ordered A mobile Battery through PartaMart. They delivered a defect battery. When i asked to replace, they did not respond properly. And they send the product by indian general post. They asked me to return through indian post itself. When i went to post, postal department enquired about the product, and i told it was a mobile battery. They rejected to accept for the delivery. Then how come they send the mobile battery through post?

                              In the month of May-2015, I have ordered through online a flip cover for my Karbonn mobile in Portamart site, I received the product after 10 days. When I opened the product I was really shocked. The product size matches with the mobile size but it does not hold the mobile tightly. When I contact them they told me to send the photos, I send them the required photos. When I contact them again they are replying me the same mail again and again. At last I tried to contact them through phone but they are never picking my calls too...I am mailing them for the past 2 months but I didn't get a solution.

                                  i ahve not recived my actual product which was mentioned in order placed in order no #100517. The customer care number is always busy( or always kept busy so that customer's calls will not be answered with a valid reason). there is no option to return the product as per the return policy. pls take action and do the required procedure to replace or refund. else i will be compelled to sue "Portamart". i have enclosed the photos which include the bill, the proof of faking, (the symbol, color, the wrong packaging)

                                      Sir, I have purchased a battery for my mobile Micromax A 90S on PortaMart vide Order ID: #96329 on 29.06.2015 and got delivered. I am surprised that it is a brand new and when opened the seal and placed in my mobile it is not at all working / switch on. The same is informed to them vide help center twice but no response received yet. This is a real panic situation and in harrasing manner towards a promised and believed consumer.

                                      cant get mobile battery after online payment

                                      i purchase xolo A500s battery from portamart by online payment but its more than 30days i cant get my product, even portamart phone also showing switchoff, i mailed tham more than 4 times but they cant gave any response

                                      Yet recieved consignment

                                      I Have ordered a mobile flip cover on 29/12/2014 order Id: 37093 when I track the shipment status said that it is Expired but not I didn't recevie anything, please check and solve the issue immediately.
