I have ordered a Mobile cover from Portamart online shopping site at 13/04/2015 and today is 24/04/2015. Its been 20 days. The first thing which is not common was they don’t have cash on delivery option on their payment gateway, so I had to pay them directly using PayU Money site (the site asks to pay from this) and my amount was deducted but I did not get any confirmation mail about my product & also any follow up from them. I tried to contact them at the given contact number (+[protected] on their website but no one was picking up the call. Not even a single time. Even I mailed them about this issue but I did not get any reply from them. Please take any strict action against such type of fake sites, which attracts customers by showing good & cheap items & then makes money by doing fraud with customers and also try to make them refund me my amount. I just want assurance of product delivery within this week or full refund of my amount immediately. Rs.828/- but no information received yet from the vendor relating towards shipment of product or nothing has display in the tracking portal. customer care no is always busy when I call & nobody responded.       I purchased 2 items on this portamart website . The company took the additional charge for express delivery. The company didnt send any item and keep telling me that item is delivered. Now they are not even responding to mails. This website is fraud. I have fooled myself by buying on this website.

        My Name: B.Ganesh, Order Id: #62214, Product Name: Premium Flip Cover for InFocus M2 I was booked the flip cover for InFocus M2 mobile. when i received this order it was not match with my mobile. i am very much disappointed from this useless product of flipcover for my mobile. then i think to return this product. if i choose to return but there is no options are available for the return product. so i send the mail to support team of port mart. then i got the reply mail as this is system generated mail. our customer executive will contact you with in 24 to 48 hrs. yet am not get any mails from them. so please give the correct product to customers.

                I ordered the the battery for my karbonn mobile on march 21st but there is no response from them if call to the portamart number the ccall may be busy or some it is ringing but they are saying that they are talking with other customer . till now 15 days completed there is no response .

                                No shipment or dispatch details furnished, Call center / customer care number no response. Its totally waste of time and money. People who don't honour the time should not be in business. My recommendation to all public to discourage this type of service providers. Don't purchase anything with this company.
