[Resolved]  Priority International — Cheating customer by the name of providing holiday

Recently i become victim of priority international. i am giving one star rating but there was no option to give negative rating otherwise i could have given.
Story starts when priority international staff called me and informed i have won some lucky draw and i need to go with my wife for 90 min session, i was well aware about this kind of fraud. but when they started explaining about their plan and after long discussion my mind stopped working. they shown picture of all hotels, spa, gym etc. i wanted to check their tie-up but afterall discussion it became very late, it was 10:30 pm, they were in hurry to close the deal and i was also in hurry. i should have read the agreement carefully that time. They sold me 5 yr membership for 125, 000/- Rs. They had promised to give Gym, as complimentary, that was also one of the main reason to take this membership. It's 2 month since i have taken membership but still i haven't got Gym membership. Already around 50 mails i have send but no use. I am planning to file police complaint against t Priority group and complain in consumer forum.

Please resolve the issue

I have bought 5 years package from Priority International Vashi branch the promises which they made neither fulfilled nor mentioned in the contract.
They told while booking that will provide 1000 rs coupons of D mart and Big bazar per month which yet to be deliver ann its not mentioned in the contract too.
The amount of 30k was converted into EMI they promised us to it would be interest free but I have been charged 15%
They promised us that they will provide at least 3 star hotel which is not mentioned in contract please advice what action needs to be taken. I just want my hard earned money back from this fake company total cost they took 75k

They are not cheaters they are thieves.

I'm also victim of this going to lodge police complaint my request to u all go to near office whenever get time and catch their client before they go inside and save them from being cheated

hello guys, Today POLICE arrested these cheater at Vashim Satra Plaza Office- Navi Mumbai. How can you pay money without checking everything?

Check with VASHI POLICE and register your case also, you might not get money but you can get satisfaction of getting them behind bars

I had also beeb called for free gift from their veera desai branch, andheri west and when reached...with their fascinated words I have paid Rs. 15000/- . they said this is not refundable. if any1 is not interested in their packages how can they are not refunding the money. its not small amount for middle class people like me. This is actually cheating...
i also file complaint in consumer court against them.
i have also mailed them my real problem...on their all ids...

We was also include in this game as because of just trust.
I think Government or concern dept have to ban this type of organisations who want to sign on table.
There must be some more strict regulation that noone can run these type of on table stamping signature business.
We have to value signature, stamps of Indian government, papers, bonds and all.
We are cheated by very easily due to negligence of this strictness by our Government or concern bodies who are not taking action or regulating some strictness.
All reviews and complaints i visit online are matched that they deal on table with verbal as well as stamping terms.
installments is never automatically converted which they tell client verbally at the time of transaction via credit card.
After Payment their executives treat as like they never deal us before.
One of their executive name Rohit([protected]) speaking- "aapne muje chor samjha hai kya" when i told one day that after mail no one is replying 2-3 days spend how we plan.
whatever the thing is that i am going to case for refund and stop this business via my brother (LLB & LLM).
If there are any of client who was harassing by this company you all can contact me without hesitation.
Because rupees are not big deal for me as well as many of you as we are spending blindly in these holiday packages but the thing is that they are not earning legally and i hope that with the help of my brother and contacts i will get success in stop this business/ these type of business whether they refund me or not, i don't care.
I have an trail mail from 27 june 2016 for Hotel booking on 9th july 2016 but from 27th june till date (8july2016) they did'nt yet revert about my holiday hotel in city like mumbai as we wish to take for celebrating our wedding anniversary.
And finally we decide that no more of any person must be their client it is totally un-responsible proving company.
Its better we spend at the same time when we have to enjoy.
Neither they can plan for us never we able to plan because of their no response.
Am again requesting if you are also in trouble because of priority international you can without hesitating call me.
I will support as a citizen and loyal person.

I tried to book trip but no contact number on live, email also returning back.
