I have purchased membership from priority intl. But since they were unable to provide me with hotel booking at lonavala and their behaviour was changing from bad to worst so i have requested to cancel my membership immediately & reversal of inr 25, 000 on priority basis. After lot of e-mail exchanges with mr bharat lot he then agreed for cancellation and reversal of amount on e-mail but after deduction of admin charges i.E; inr 5, 000/- that too in 3 instalments (Jan, feb & mar-2016)

Till date they have not retuned my hard earned money and i am really in pain as i have done a big mistake of my life by getting fooled by this cheaters.

Please do not take any holiday packages from priority intl as it is purely money making machine by fooling innocent people.

I have called ICICI bank credit card section & they told me that they can do investigation & if they found something wrong, they will give full refund.

I have purchased membership before 2 month & paid 35, 000. Even today credit card section is taking my complain. I suggest all of you, if you have taken membership via credit card, raise dispute with your bank, they will investigate on their own.

Now, after the Mumbai police has raid on one office, its easy for us to prove that they are cheaters

    Company has promised me false commitment. They have already taken Rs5000 via debit card and Rs60000 via Credit Card. But I don't want to join the membership and want the my money back. I deposited the money on 09th April 2016 and have mailed them as well that I don't want to join on 09th April itself. Please help me to recover the blocked amount.

    The written paper which has been provided to us do not have the clear picture. We were promised as below:
    1) Only big hotels like Hayatt, Taj, Novotel or 4 to 5 start hotels will be provided for accommodation but there is no mention in the document.
    2) Flights will be provided from the native destination to final destination, if international flight is not available from the native place then proper arrangement will be done for same. No such mention in document.
    3) CAB services will only include premium cars like AUDI, Mercedes etc and will be included in the membership but no such mention in document.
    4) Only finest gym facility will be provided but no such mention in document. If associated gym is not available in the consumer area them appropriate money will be provided.
    5) 40% discount will be provided in Lakme parlour or other premium parlour but no such mention in document.
    6) Sight seeing will be provided free of cost under the same membership but no such mention in document.
    7) Grand reception at royal palaces if visiting places like Jaipur under the same membership but no such mention in document.
    8) Have been told that consumer can book the trip 30 days in advance and will always be available. But no such mention in document.
    9) Have been told that from home to destination and to and fro, all the transport including flight, airport pick/drop will be included in the membership and also personal cab will be provided (No clubbing with other consumer). But no such mention in document.

    I feel that false promises has been done and we will not be able to avail the above said services under the same membership. Hence I want to cancel the membership. I have informed them on the same date so that it will be easier for company to cancel the membership as it should not have been started yet.

      Priority international holidays pvt ltd is a fraud company and no services as committed shall be provided.They do not have any written tie up with any hotels where as they said at the time of taking membership that they have tie up with five stars hotels like udaipur palace, jw marriot, grand hyatt and palace on wheels.Once asked in writing, they refused. False commitment made and there is no response once money paid. Rs.50000/- paid money as committed by them are not being refunded.Nothing on writing. Complete fraud company. Beware of it and convey your groups. So many mails with clause wise(As per agreemnt) sent but not a single reply from their side(Brach as well as head office). My cell: [protected]

        Got the membership on Sep/Oct 15. and make 80% of payment. On month of jan 16, Ayaz(Manager of priority Int) told me that, "He got my membership card as well as some shopping coupons, once am complete my payment he will dispatch all the thing to my registered address, otherwise my membership getting collapse." So am made complete payment at the branch (Magarapatta, Season Mall) on Feb 16.

        But still not getting any shopping coupons to my registered address. When am tried to reach to Ayaz through mail .. he is reply my mail also my phone call. But at the time of payment he was reply my mail within one day. I am chasing him from Feb'16 but still not getting any single reply ...

        when am tired to reach customer care, they are always inform that the shopping coupon is not available right now, when get available will dispatch to your address.

        My question is that from last 6/7 months there is no single coupon is not available ? They are always giving false comment.

        Please help me on that ...
        If there is no rating option ... I should have select on that.

            I, dhiraj m., became a member of priority international on march 13, 2016 @ khar office (By mr. Karan sharma) by paying rs. 40, 000/- through my icici bank credit card.

            I was promised by mr. Karan that this amount would be converted into 24 emis (Months) to easy payment.

            When i approached my icici bank, they said only 12 months emi is possible.

            I have been trying to contact mr. Karan & customer service since march 14, 2016 but could get nothing but cold response. No solution.

            I am very disappointed the way i am being treated & ignored.
            Hate to say but the priority international is the bunch of fraud people. They only make false commitments.

            I want to cancel my membership on immediate basis & want my membership amount back.

            The money you paid to Priority International is as good as its gone. There is slim hope of recovery of money. For that you will have to lodge FIR against Priority International and force police to freeze Priority's bank accounts. If those bank accounts have sufficient balance you can get your money back through court.

            Do not have trust that Priority International will refund your money. If they had good intentions, they would not have cheated you.

              I refer to my telephonic discussion of cancellation on 27th match itself (Transaction date itself), subsequent calls made to you on 28th march morning and as well as evening for cancellation, but you refuse to cancel my membership. Further i sent you email dated 29/03/2016, still i didn't received your cancellation letter from your side.

              As discussed over phone and email letter, priority international has clearly cheated me in all the promises made during sales promotion and is using fraudulent practices in its business operations by giving false promises and misrepresentation.

              I am terminating your association with priority international i demand a immediate cancellation of my membership and full refund with interest (Payments made thru hdfc credit card rs.85, 000 of emi 36 months converted by you & icici credit card payment of rs.15, 000)

              You cheated me by promising all false promises and not honored any of your written promises/commitments. As per your written welcome letter & verbal promises you suppose to provide me top rank health club - nerul gymkhana, talwalkars, gold gym etc in my area, but instead after receiving my payment receipts you had proposed only an very ordinary gym facility named unknown yuuvaa fitness in seawoods, navi mumbai. It is an direct & clear cheating attitude of priority international after receiving my rs.1, 00, 000 payment.

              Also as per government goods & services company act (As per latest amended), service provider must provide all tie-up list, address & contact details of 4-5 star hotel/resort/top health club promised to customer transparently to customer in writting as it is an long-term 5 years assurance. It is customer rights to ask legally and you suppose to provide in writing transparently your tie-up list as per company acts not only for specific places. When you are not ready to share/provide tie-up property details in writing to us in advance, it is an clear breach of contract and clear cheating practice of priority international.

              As the shown during presentation & promised 3/4/5 star hotel & resort printed booklet, brochures & list of properties & top rank health club membership facility & credit card 36 months emi conversion was also not made as committed, you are therefore in breach of contract and i would like to request a refund my rs.1, 00, 000, as a consequence of the faulty service i have incurred extra stress mental harassment for complaining and discussing with customer care daily for my top health club facility you had promised, which could have been more pleasant if you were not their as service provider.

              I am not agreeing to your terms mentioned in purchase documents, as you did not honor your any of your commitments. Hence i am not bound to any of your terms & conditions mentioned in your purchase documents.

              Note - i have not used any of priority international service and have already intimated on 27/03/16 itself & also subsequently spoken to you on 28/03/16 and e-mailed priority international customer service to cancel agreement on 29/03/16 and asked for full refund of money.

              I had already raised my dispute cases & stopped payment transactions against priority international with my both hdfc & icici bank's.

              I also filed my police complaint (Dated 31/03/16) against priority international about cheating & fraud cases and requesting for refund payment and take action against you.

              I want my cancellation letter in 2 days without fail & further reminders.

              Special remarks -
              70 + police cases against priority international - against you already 70+ fir/complaints has been filed at various police stations like apmc, vashi, amboli, andheri & pune cities. What more proof priority international want to prove the priority international is an clear cheaters with clear intention to loot payment from innocent customers by trapping with false promises. I do have all other victims police complaint copies against priority international.

              With reference to understanding agreement dated 27th march & subsequent membership email letter confirmation dated 28th march, i would like to express my dissatisfaction against your membership proposal offered to me. Please find below point wise details.

              1. Even though being a pvt ltd company, you still explained everything in only paper almost for 2 hours, but not a single formal catalogue handed over to us as purchase document containing list of 3 star to 5 star tie-up hotels & list of top ranking health clubs in my seawoods area as per your written promises.

              2. On receipt of payment, you had assured to provide all relevant written documents like complete list of your tie-up hotels, heritage hotels, resorts 3/4/5 star properties worldwide and also assured to provide top ranking health clubs in my seawoods area. So that we can select as per our convenience for next 5 years.

              But you fail to provide the same at the end of meeting and you said will be submitting along with membership documents.

              3. You had assured to offer premium hotels, heritage hotels or resorts star ranging 3 to 5 star properties only and never below 3 star as per your document promises, but now you are refusing to provide list of your tie-up hotels/heritage hotels/resorts along with purchase document as mutual agreed.

              4. You had assured to offer top ranking health clubs in seawoods and suppose to share list of club details in my seawoods area, but now you are refusing to provide list of your tie-up hotels/heritage hotels/resorts along with purchase document as mutual agreed.

              5. Also i would like to confirm that your proposed tie-up club gym facilities is of ordinary gym classes doesn’t of top ranking health clubs in seawoods and you differ from what you had promised. When you don’t have tie-up with top ranking health club in our area, the why do you make such false promises while proposing your offers and confuse customer’s.

              6. List of ac hall/ lawns/banquet halls in any city 3 time in a year free, list of properties not provided in writing.

              7. Free event passes every month with free dinner, details of events and passes not provided in writing.

              8. 0% interest, 0% processing fees on emi for the membership fees, not confirmed in writing & confirmation not yet provided.

              9. Free airport priority lounges across the world, list of tie-up airport properties not provided in writing.

              10. When i contacted your branch manager mr. Altamash, he replied via sms that tie-up hotels/heritage hotels/resorts will be shared only for specific locations while booking my tour plans. Which is shocking to hear from your officials.

              11. I thought of getting tie-up hotels and club details from your official website www.priorityinternational.net, but as big disappointment nothing was shown/provided in your official website.

              12. It is clearly looks very very unprofessional behaviour and keeping everything client’s in dark, how do you expect us to trust & be comfortable with your verbal communication’s only, when you make such professional approach during sales presentation but nothing provided to customer clearly in printed documents in your letter.

              13. When i started searching your company reviews, it is very disturbing to see a large number of consumer complaints against your company and more specifically in recent days. I spoke to several members and their bad experiences with you on false promises made by you. Also i found various court cases pending against your company on your membership programs.

              14. As per your promises when you are your doing excellent services to customer, why there is no positive reviews about you in any of the websites. All are negative remarks everywhere.

              15. Finally i am having the feeling that i am been cheated by your false promises like other members experienced.

              I had explained everything which you had promised to provide in official printed documents, but you failed to provide the same in writing.

              Even though you made mutual agreement between us in writing without witness from our side, agreement is properly valid only when you honour your sales commitments made to customers in writing. Which you are failing to do so.

              Hence i have no options left but reject your membership proposal on indifference in promises made by you during sale.

              I request you to please cancel my membership and refund the payments made to you.

              I hope i clearly explained my concerns in details & clear, expecting your reply in writing do decide my further.

              Please refer my email dated 02/04/16 to you and i have not got your confirmation for the same. I am once again forwarding the communication email send you and please cancel the payment, knowing Priority International is a clear cheater with specific intention of looting payment from innocent customers by trapping with false promises and offers. (Official Tie-up properties list of 3 to 5 Star hotels and resorts & Tie-up list of Top Ranking Heath Club for 5 Years Free Membership) which were denied immediately after signing the documents. Top brands like Club Mahindra Holidays & Sterling Holidays offers 25 Years still they provide all Tie-up property list along with purchase documents transparently to customers, then what is the problem to Priority International to share the list of documents in writing transparently. I strongly feel that they have not made any tie-up as promised and hence could not offer me the committed top ranking health club also. Since this very basic and mandatory initial stage itself not honoured and how do you expect customer to trust them for 5 years promises.

              Even at the time of discussion they denied for SBI Credit cards, the reason for which i came to know later that SBI used to reject payments for Priority International against dispute cases to protect their customers.

              I will not pay the disputed transaction at any cost knowing the Priority International being fraud and cheating company and live 100+ consumer complaints cases and 80+ FIR and court cases against them and I will proceed with them legally.

              As I had filed police compliant and ready to deal with Priority International legally if required, I expect HDFC & ICICI bank to take immediate action and refund my dispute transaction payment.

              While discussing for cancelling the membership, Priority International representative challenged me by saying that they have better hold with HDFC & ICICI Banks as they are holding business current accounts with HDFC & ICICI and they will manage dispute cases very easily.

              Important Note : Like me there are 80+ members cases is in Dispute Transaction against same Priority International and more specifically HDFC/ICICI Card Members itself and I am enclosing the same for your ready reference.

              They are also spoiling your reputation unnecessarily and I still hope & trust Bank will take honest decision and protect innocent customer’s payments from such fraud and cheaters.

              whenever we come across that they have called any of our friends to meet them, we have to go to that particular place and reveal about them.

                  PPNM#742 membership i have purchased on 17th Feb -2016 . But due some personal reason i have requested to cancellation of membership & reversal of 1.10 Lac on highest priority. After lot of discussion they agreed for cancellation and reversal of amount in email . Now i am running piller to post and chasing the legal guy on reversal update . I am really in pain & done big mistake of my life.No body answering my call .

                    This is with regards communication with mr. Karan & vishal was a very hopeless service i have ever received.
                    Despite of calling several times to them there was no response from neither of this two guys, they not even have courtesy to call back or revert. Is this kind of service you provide to customer who has already taken contract or after taking the contract???

                    Whenever i use to call on this no [protected], [protected] or [protected] there was no response from any of the team member's only they use to say you will be getting a call, but i never received any call from your end.

                    Mr. Karan who has cheated with my parents by assuring them false verbal commitment, b'coz of him my parents who are 70 years old have purchased this contract. Mr. Karan who has committed discount on air ticket & free one night extension that is also not fulfilled.

                    Since 1st of march as per communication with mr. Karan & vishal at andheri office i have requested for one night extra for the package mentioned in the trailing mail, from there on wards there is no response from either of this guys. The commitment for the extension night was given by mr. Karan & vishal at andheri off of priority international on 1st march, as per that communication i have sent the request mail on 2nd of march.

                    I am sorry to say but this was a very pathetic experience i have ever received from any company in my life!!

                    Mr. Karan from 1st of march haven't received my call yet or not even reverted. Whenever i use to call i have received the answer from your team member's (Shradha, jaya & nazeem) for several times that he is busy with customers. So that attitude shows after purchasing the contract we are not the customers, for us there is no time b'coz we have already purchased it.

                    Till date i have not received any revert for the trailing mail!! Now you only guide us when will i apply for visa & tickets???
                    Who is responsible?? Only one month of time is left for my trip..!!

                    Despite requested for the managers number i haven't received from any one.

                    Contract no is 5110 & was purchased on 28th jan from andheri branch, full payment was made same day.

                      I filled a form in big bazaar vashi mumbai on 25th Mar 16 and on 26th Mar 16, I got call from Priority International stating i have won some gifts and please come to office to collect free gifts and there is prize distribution ceremony. when i visited place was noisy (Loud music- so that you can not hear whats happening on next table) and they have asked me not to use mobile inside since this is promotional offer. Salesperson were asking general question to become friendly . He offered me few travel packages which were extremely attractive by seeing and hard to believe. He keeps promising goody and free things like
                      Promises are:

                      1. This company claims that they provide 6 Nights/ 7 days free hotel reservations in 3 - 5 star hotels like Hotel Taj tajhotels.com, Hotel Oberoi oberoihotels.com/, ITC hotels, Le-meridian hotels, hyatt, Marriott and many more hotels in World.

                      2. 20-30% Air flight discount

                      3. Free Gym facilities from big gym houses

                      4.summer camp for kids
                      5. AC Hall/ Lawns/banquet halls in any city 3 time in a year free

                      6. Free Club house facility
                      7. 0% interest, 0% processing fees on EMI for the membership fees. They have Tie up with Banks to convert the amount max 36 EMI with 0% interest and processing fees

                      After these 90 min talk they trying to force for this exclusive offers.they give me water to drink and trying to confuse me when i asked for time to think.they have taken signature on a agreement and taken 115000 Rs from my two credit cards ( i dont know why they used 2 cards).when i came out of office i realize that they fooled me and i contacted mr. anurag lohre-[protected] for cancelling my membership and refund then they take me to back office and Mr sohel shaikh (Branch manager) meets me and tell that there is no refund policy.i told them that i dont want it as i will not use it.they told me that they will make my AMC charges of 7000/- per year free.i told them any other solution they tell me to go legal way.when i came home and researched, it was too late i was in the hand of these fraud company.

I went to their office trice about my gym membership which they promised and didn't get it yet. I wrote them different mails also but no response. I am based in Pune.

                          When you say you are giving away something for free, people sit up and take notice. What they don't understand is nothing in life comes free. Take this company, Priority International for example.

                          It all started with an innocent phone call claiming i had "won" a free trip from a lottery taken at Seasons mall, Pune. They kept on saying i had free gifts, packed and awaiting to be taken. All i had to do was, come collect them. Nobody said anything about Priority International; they kept on saying Seasons Mall Pune. When i asked why the free coupons, they replied “Due to Seasons mall being voted the best mall in Pune".

                          Ok, Fine evenif it was fake and there were strings attached, i had made up my mind to go and check it out first hand. Mentally i was prepared to raise a big [censored]ing ruckus if the free gift wasn't provided as they had claimed time and again on call, there was no strings attached and this wasn't a marketing stunt.

                          They invite me. Get me in a big room where they have other people around round tables with smartly dressed guys. Strictly no mobiles they say and I keep mine in silent. Well, after a brief introduction to the gifts which I will be getting they were going to start the presentation (Note that 30 min was already done in introductions).

                          Something ticked me off from the moment I entered the room. I don't know what but I excused myself for washroom, got out of the room. Quickly googled “Priority International” went through reviews on mouthshut, consumer forums, complaint boards and suddenly it all made sense; the extravaganza, the free gift, the elaborately dressed people. It was all a show for the final countdown of making u a member and taking u for a ride. Still, just to be sure I called up a few people who are experts in the travel industry and got their opinions too.

                          Went back inside told them straight up that I am not interested in any membership plans. I am a poor guy with no money to spend, can't even afford EMIs :P .You should have seen the expression of the woman's face (Divya). She looked livid and I was fighting not to laugh. I told her all I wanted was my free gift which I came for. She said it would take an hour or 2 more and I said “No problem ma'am I came for the gift, I will take it and leave”  .

                          Now, came the interesting part. The guy they left me with started a conversation with me trying hard to get me interested. I flatly told him that I am a seasoned traveler and an avid biker and I couldn't give two [censored]s about the membership plan. Also if you think consumers are fools, please google “Priority International” and check the review customers have put in. I gave him a lesson on customer satisfaction and working for a company with ethics. He kept on growing more uncomfortable and looked really ashamed and finally couldn't say anything after a point. Then another guy came in, told me to get up, wave and smile and announced in a jolly voice “Mr and Mrs Nayak, Ladies and Gentlemen”. I think it was done as to put on a show to others that I had become a member. They tried very very hard to wear me down, but at the end I prevailed, frustrated them and got my damn gifts and got out.

                          Please note that all gifts are useless and the total worth of the gifts doesn't even amount to Rs.100. So I wasted 2.5hrs of my Thursday evening and re-learnt an important lesson of life: “Nothing is free”. Please find the attached images.

                          I got consecutive 3 calls in the last 3 weeks from someone claiming to be from Amanora Mall and the same strategy of me winning 4 gifts. It seems once your mobile number is with them they try and try and keep on trying. Here are my replies to the last 3 calls.

                          Call-1:
                          Dude: Sir, you have won 4 gifts. The presentation is in Phoenix Mall
                          Me: If You are from Amanora Mall why the fcuk is the presentation in Phoenix Mall? Coupons, kitchenware and 6N-7D Stay right? Do one thing keep the gifts and consider it as a gift from my end to you guys for being such sweet guys :)

                          Call-2:
                          Lady: Sir, you have won...
                          Me: Yes, Yes..Coupons, kitchenware and 6N-7D Stay right?
                          She: Sir, how did u know?
                          Me: I am a VIP guy and you people love giving me free gifts!! You have a really sweet voice, do one thing; keep the gifts from me as a post-valentine present.
                          She: uhh? What?
                          Me: Bye

                          Dude: Sir, you have won 4 gifts.

                          If Pune people who got victim by this fraud can share contact details then all can go and logged complain against them.
                          I think I am another victim... but I have some recordings on my phone which will help me in consumer court... we have been smartly full and convinced that our signature on agreement will not help...but if you think we should go together let me know...
                          I am giving them chance to prove me wrong. I have asked them to arrange a hotel booking in a 5* best on their comfortable dates and city... i will plan my holiday accordingly... if they can book a 5* anytime anywhere...i am happy..If not then they cannot be trusted.
                          @priyanshu, It's nice that you have some recordings in your phone. I also have 1-2 pics. let us know how it goes with hotel booking and if that does work out then we all should go together.
                          Reading thru this site, I'm shocked to know there are so many other victims like me. We should get together to do all it takes to get our money back from these fraudsters.                           I still want to trust them until they can confirm with their behaviour that they are not going to give anything back...I am waiting for them to come back with my login id / password. When selling the product they said it will come in 48 hours. as of now its 48 hours and I haven't received.
                          I am very stun to see their customer care response. They behave like not part of company and we didn't took membership from them. When I said I have issue with my EMI their response like we didn't sell you membership :( . Looks like due to our mistake those type of companies make money and I feel bad to be part of it now :(.
                          hiiiii guys...i am also facing same problem regarding EMI...even now a days they are not picking my calls...
                          I also attended their seminar with same modus operandi. But I easily got to know it. I falsely told them my package and financial capacity. I passed myself for their survey to understand their offer in details. After explaining the membership offer in detail, they hurriedly asked me the credit card. I replied that I am not still convinced and asked for contract. After lot of time they showed the contract draft. I am practicing Advocate (which I deliberately did not tell to those guys). Contract does not reflect even 5% of what they promise to give you. I asked plenty of legal question, nobody had answer to it. Language of draft is very poor and does not seem to have been prepared by lawyer. Many flaws are there in contract. No information about company incorporation.
                          1) no detail list of network/ chain hotels
                          2) REFUND only 10% in case of cancellation
                          3) in case of dispute sole arbitrator appointed by the company whoes decision shall be final
                          4) you need to pay for eating if you book Hall in hotels for function (scheme in club membership)
                          5) hotel can be booked if it is available (no 5*, 4* would be available in 30 years that is different story)
                          These are few points which prima facie suggest that it's fraud company. I was very sorry for people there getting membership as if they have found goldmine. Had these members even thought that with the interest of the money they are investing they could have booked decent hotel, they would have abstained from such fraud scheme. You get plenty of good deals in MMT. I booked five star hotel of holidays inn for RS 1000 and Radisson blue for Rs 1300 last year and enjoyed my holidays. Be wise yaar. Don't waste your hard money in the mouth of such fraudster.I am sure I will get same hotel in much lower price on Goibibo which I would request to priority international to book for me in order to redeem 6/7nights free gift voucher. (Processing fee RS 7000)

                          I myself thinking to file consumer complaint for misleading scheme and deficiency in service for that free coupon gift for 7 days. But as per my opinion, immediate FIR should be filed. I dont think company has any immovable property for recovery. Google the case of suman motel to understand the fraud.                           I have purchased membership before 2 month & paid 35, 000. Even today credit card section is taking my complain. I suggest all of you, if you have taken membership via credit card, raise dispute with your bank, they will investigate on their own.

                          Now, after the Mumbai police has raid on one office, its easy for us to prove that they are cheaters

                            We were bluffed into the 10 years membership with priority international showing us the catalog of 5 star hotels on international location claiming that they have a tie up with these hotels .
                            The contract i signed mentioned that we are entitled to avail 6d and 7nights of accommodation per year (For domestic and international locations) .I can also carry forward my vacation of the current year to the next, thus availing a maximum of 12 nights per year.

                            Now that i have requested them to book 12 night for us in europe, they denied doing so saying that they do not club the holiday for international locations. Which indeed is not at all mentioned in the legal contract i signed.

                            After insisting on the same, they agreed to make it for 9 nights with a condition of asking for more money !!!
                            They asked me to pay 50k (Owing to the maintenance cost for all 10 holidays in advance)

                            They are a bunch of shameless frauds and nothing else.
                            I am in process of taking a legal action, if i do not get my accommodation booked this time.
                            Its been 3 years that i have paid 1.5 lakhs and still unable to avail a single holiday !

                              The Priority International is the bunch of fraud people. They given me false commitment. I asked them to book my holidays, but they didn't reply and help us with responsibility.

                              i have lost my faith from them. I want my money back and cancel the membership.

                                Hello everyone we would hereby like to bring to your kind attention that please don't fall prey to this trick of you winning a lucky draw coupon and that you have won a prize/free gift which is the modus operandi used by Priority International Holiday Club, and get invited for a presentation at their office in Andheri west.The membership is on my wife's name Mrs Leena T, we have paid Rs.95, 000/- for a 5 year holiday scheme.

                                The presentation was very well done using colorful printed brochures showing 5 star hotels from around the world, and we where eventually and literally forced to take the membership of this so called club with big assurances and promises of one getting holidays at anywhere and everywhere on this planet Earth at discounted rates, and that one would be getting invites for events and shows, also you would get big discounts at most of the banquet halls across the city or any other city where you can organize your personal events (i.e. birthday parties, anniversaries etc.) and a few freebies too.

                                But my friends these are all tall claims and false promises which never got fulfilled. In-fact we have been asking for a refund of our membership and they have still not reverted back to me, in-spite of repeated mails and a personal visit to their office too, if you call on their landline nos the concerned person is never available to take your calls and they never share their mobile nos too saying its their company policy not to share employee mobile nos, also they say that I have signed a legal document wherein it is mentioned that the membership fees are not refundable and if you push them too much then they will give you the excuse of the consulting their legal department which never happens. Also from what I understand one can't write on a legal document.

                                My follow up and phone calls to their Andheri office have fallen on deaf ears. I hereby make a sincere appeal to all the individuals please don't fall to this marketing prey by PIHC Pvt ltd. All those individuals who have got conned into taking this membership, let’s just join hands together and fight them to pay us our membership fees back. This is our hard earned money and we have all the right to get it back.

                                There are already police complaints been registered against them in Pune city Police department and I think it’s time now we all do the same here in Mumbai.

                                  We took priority membership in nov 2014 for 5 years and paid 1.2 lac to them in their pune based office. The membership is on my husband's name, Shailesh Bhagyavant (membership id -PIPU#2268).
                                  I mailed them on 22nd Feb 2015 to request for hotel booking for 1st week of may for Maldives holiday.
                                  They provided hotel options on 25th Feb. All were 3 star hotels, at the day of joining they had told us 5 stars will be provided and now this...
                                  Still we selected one and confirmed them our choice of hotel on 2nd march and asked them to proceed with the booking. They acknowledged the mail on that same date, however there is no reply since then. I tried to follow up but of no use.
                                  We are waiting as until the hotel booking is not confirmed we cannot proceed with flight booking and the rates are increasing day by day, we cannot ask for leaves in our respective office (we are IT employees). Its a mental torture for us.
                                  But its enough now, we need our money back, we have not used ther any service till now. Please help us with this situation.

                                    After taking their membership the second day we just searched for the detail information about the company but actually I found the thousands of complaints of this company from thousands of customers taking the same plan as I . I am afraid I caught in the same trap. I have already paid them Rs. 5000/- by debit card and Rs. 45000/- by credit card.
                                    If the company is so great cheater I don't want to take risk . I want my money back anyways . Kindly help me.

                                      I have been a member of this company for last two months and they have provided any single service as promised by them while joining . They make false statements regarding their tie ups and do not provide any information. Fell completely cheated. Want some strict action and refund from them.

                                      The money you paid to Priority International is as good as its gone. There is slim hope of recovery of money. For that you will have to lodge FIR against Priority International and force police to freeze Priority's bank accounts. If those bank accounts have sufficient balance you can get your money back through court.

                                        1. Several benefits promised such as 30 year holidays
                                        2. Lifetime Gym membership
