Be-aware of these big cheaters, as they are cheating their customers by their fake promises which includes

1. This company claims that they provide 6 Nights/ 7 days free hotel reservations in 3 - 5 star hotels like Hotel Taj www.tajhotels.com, Hotel Oberoihttp://www.oberoihotels.com/, ITC hotels, Le-meridian hotels, hyatt, and many more hotels in World.
2. 20-30 % Air flight discount
3. Rs 1000/- monthly coupons from D-mart, Big-Bazaar and Reliance mart till the membership exists.
4. Free Gym facilities from Gold gym(https://www.goldsgymindia.com) /Talwalkars gym(talwalkars.net)
5. Free Club house facility
6. 0% interest, 0% processing fees on EMI for the membership fees. They have Tie up with Banks to convert the amount max 48 EMI with 0% interest and processing fees
7. Free Airport Priority Lounges across the world


Please dont take any kind of membership with them, they are big fraud companies.

I am going to meet DCP - Pune for complaining and crime branch also going to take some action against it.

Recently I have been cheated by Priority International Holiday club. I have paid rs 25000 last month for 5 years membership & the sales person told me it’s a 0% EMI & tenure is 24 months. But when I made a call to bank & verified, bank updated me it’s a 15% EMI interest rate & tenure is for 24 months.
so anyone help me plz contact me [protected].

Priority international is a fraud company and they can go to any extent of lieing to get the money from the customer. They told me that they have tie up with Nokia Priority and have airport lounges across the world and took 85, 000 Rs to provide vacation packages and they promised to provide DMART coupons of Rs2000 Per month and also the 85, 000 would be converted into an emi of 48 months without any interest. BUt they are not providing both and they do not have tie up with any banks. They showed me book with 5 star and more hotels in NY & other places in US. All of them claiming to be false.

Kindly note from begining we are cheated by them . They hv promised to get us 5* hotels anywhere we planned but they r not fullfilling our requirement
alos they hv promised like talvarkar gym card for 2 member in our city . Which they cant now .
This co is cheating to each and everybody . Kindly do something we need to get our money back .

2 days back we have booked a package with the above company...when we call the sales executive pooja sharma...she does not answer the phone...she had promised us that the will be available on phone 24 hours to solve our queries...her boss vinay saxena promises stuff and does not deliver.
we called them today to cancel (within 2 days) our subscription and now they say the amount is not refundable...they have not even registered us so far...we wanted the airport passes for priority...no answer
we wanted to know about some packages...no answer...

please register my complaint and take action and get me my money back...we are not interested in dealing with crooks/cheaters.

On 17th Jan 2015, after getting at least 20 calls from the call center of Priority International, my wife and I had visited the office of Priority International in Vashi (Satra Plaza, office No. 214 & 250, 2nd Floor, Plot No. Dec 19D, Palm Beach Road, Vashi, Navi Mumabi - 400705)
We met Mr. Rajat Kandera (Ph: [protected]), he along with his other colleagues explained my various offer they are having for and after almost 2 hours I took 5 years membership for Rs. 95000/- under following promises
1. Down payment of Rs 15000/- on the spot
2. 36 months EMI of Rs 60000/- without any interest and zero processing fee.
3. Till the time the EMI is running i.e 36 months i am entitled for Rs 1000/- shopping voucher
4. Remaining amount of Rs 20000/- to be paid after the EMI is over i.e after 36 months.
5. 5 Years Membership comes with 30 yrs of validate and we would get 6 Weeks of holiday.
6. Monthly dinner and party passes

The Problem starts just after 15 days in the membership.
1. The EMI is converted into 12 months EMI instead of 36 months, that also with interest of Rs.4934/-. when contacted Priority International for getting this changed, I was informed this is not possible now.
I requested them to cancel the membership as I cannot afford to pay the 12 months EMI as I was promised for 36 months EMI. I was told there is no way to cancel the membership. EMI of Rs.1666/- has gone up to Rs.5041/-
2. The shopping voucher for Rs 1000/- was supposed to be given to me till the time of the EMI and it was 36 Months (1000*36=36000/-). Now they will only give the same for 12 months ( 1000*12=12000/-). Fraud of Rs. 24000/- on the 1 months itself.
2a. As i took the membership on 17th Jan by 17th Feb i should have recieved 1st Rs.1000/- shopping voucher. I have not yet received the same.
3. The remaining amount of Rs. 20000/- had to be paid after the 36 months EMI is over but now the EMI is only for 12 months therefore they would ask me to pay the balance after 12 months only.
4. There is no written documents proving that the membership is valid for 30 yrs but in the contract it is mention only 5 yrs, when asked for the same they said to believe them. How can I believe them now as they have shown the true colours in just 1 months
5. 1 and the half month into the membership i have not received a single passes of anything.

I have written several emails to their customer care but I have not got any solution to my problem . For the last two day they have even stopped answering my calls. I was talking to Mr. Bharat (Ph: [protected]) from the customer care department.

Request you to please intervene and get the membership cancelled and refund of my full amount. As this is a clear case of forgery.

I joined this holidays company on 26th Jan 2016 by paying Rs. 95000. Out of this, Rs. 15000 was paid thru debit card & Rs. 80000 thru credit card. Their representative Mr Sandeep told us thru his manager that Rs. 80000 will get converted into 36 interest free EMIs. Till date it is not done & their account manager Mr Arshad is also not responding. They are also not sharing list of hotels with me inspite of many mails being sent. I want my complete money back please.

I've been victim of this fraud by Priority International. We became member after attending a session at their Andheri (W), Mumbai office.

They explained about the benefits including the package of 'Palace on wheels' royal train for which I was very much interested. I discussed everything about this package with them and then only I decided to become a member.

They also promised Health Club membership of Power House / Talwarkar Gym.

I paid Rs. 90, 000 to become a member for 5 years. Soon after that, I put a request to book 'Palace on wheels' package and also requested Health Club membership as there was no communication from their side except sending a member card.

Since then, I called up several times and also sent so many emails, but there's no revert from them. Several time, they told me that they've already dispatched health club vouchers, but they are not ready to share the AWB numbers!

They all are cheaters and liars. After that I visited their Andheri office twice, they again promised but didn't deliver anything yet. I asked them to cancel my membership and refund the amount as they are not providing any service to me. But, they denied.

I took membership on 5-Jul-2015. It's more than 7 months now, there is no service from them.

I request you to please help me in getting my money back.

Priority international holiday company made a false promises and now they are not providing services, their words promises are totally false and looted thousands of innocent people and i am also a victim from them, we are not at all happy with their packages and they are not refunding our money, pls anybody help us for getting my hard earn money back, , I had paid 50000, 25000 cash and cheque payment of 25000 .i had taken five years holidays package of six night seven days, At the time of buying their package they promised us that they will not charge any extra money for our thirteen years child as one adult child is free instead of two children below 12 years. now they are giving us holidays at goa for three nights four days in a three star hotel that cost around three thousand only and for that i have to pay annual maintanance charges of six thousand and they are also cancelling my remaining two days holidays also.they are just looting us, i feel like complete fraud pls some body take action against this company .

HI.i received a call from priority services after a draw and told i was the one of the person who won the gift and asked me to collect gifts (silver coin, kitchen set. Travel vocher of 40000). After going there they tild me there packages and forced me to take 5 yeras package at 125000 and i paid them 38000 via credit card and 19500 via debit card. After coming back home i came to know they are cheaters. I am not even receiving any mail from there regarding membership. Please help me in refunding the amount and cancel my membership.

1, At the outset I am extremely grateful to you all and Priority International Holiday Pvt Ltd the elite club for permitting and extending me membership for five years. My membership number is PIPU#3485 dated 01 Jan 2016.
2. I would like to bring following for your information. I am sure you people or your club must be having 100 odd explanation for all these points because none of these bother you people:
(a) It all started when me and my wife filled a coupon at seasons mall, Pune (appx last week of Dec 2015). Even though I was not interested, I just filled it thinking nothing I would lose. Since that day until 01 Jan 2016 I received at least 50-60 calls from your club representative requesting us to attend some event at season’s mall on 01 Jan 2016 without disclosing any details.
(b) Once we reach the venue i.e. Seasons Mall, Pune both o[censored]s were received by Mr Arshad and Mr Christi Mathew. Based on the discussion and explanation given by both of your representatives I decided to take membership of your elite club for 05 years on payment of Rs- 100000/- (one lac only) in 36 installments/EMI. I signed MoU with your club and paid Rs-100000/- (one lac only) through my card. I was assured by your both the club representative that they would be communicating with my banker for converting my payment of Rs- 100000/- (one lac only) into 36 installments/EMI. I never looked back or bothered to check/remind you on my EMI as I thought you sincere people will do it.
(c) I was shocked to receive message from my banker that my payment of Rs- 100000/- (one lac) has bounced due to insufficient fund. Next day I made 100% payment to my bank with huge penalty.
(d) Your representatives have also informed that club also provides membership of International level gymnasium, host get-together every month at 4/5 star hotels conducts camps for kids etc.
3 Now please by putting hand on your heart please tell me following:
(a) Why you people speak lie or give promises which can’t be fulfill. I made payment through card once your representative confirmed that payment will be in 36 EMI. Its first time in my life I have received such kind of message from bank and you also know it’s an offence.

(b) In todays advanced IT era we have not received any E-Mail stating any planned activity by your club. How customer will come to know about your club activity or it’s just take money from customer and forget it. Is it all fraud?

(c) Today I have no faith left in your club as till date you people have not come up to any level of expectation of customer like me who has not utilized your any of your services.

4 One again given an opportunity to be member of elite club.
5. Please do reply or else I will take some action.

I send them email to book hotel on 5 Jan 2016, that time their executive given me the reason that holidays portal in not open and asked me to resend the mail on last week of January.

When i resend the email, they given the excuse that all hotels are sold out from portal on the given dates and plan postpone the holiday.

Do I need to plan the holiday as per their Will?

This is not acceptable. I lost my believe on them. Priority International is the fraud organisation.

Please help me to cancel my membership and refund my amount.

My Name is Rajesh Manohar Mali and Priority International (Vashi Satra Plaza) sold me the International Holidays at the cost of 1, 10, 000/- Rs. It was agreed that I have to pay 10, 000/- Rs as deposit and 100, 000/- Rs in the installments of 12. While the first installment to be paid to them only after 45 days. But when I checked my credit card statement, they charged all 1, 10, 000/- Rs on my credit card and pushed the installments on my credit card. When I raised this issue with them they started confusing me. So far I did not use any of their services, hence I asked them to cancel the service and refund the money they illegally charged (10, 000/- Rs) on my credit card without my information. But they are reluctant to refund it as well. I am 100 % sure that this company is completely fake company and looting many others still now.
Request you to please resolve my issue.

Priority International is Co. which are using all kind of mesmerizing techniques to trap the customer and take out customers debit and credit cards to sign for their packages. But payment terms are told after you have done the transaction. This guys are really dangerous in terms to their talks and emotional techniques. If you visit them by unluck, please say no. to each every question and be safe from their traps.

My name is Sangita Vinayak Ghaisas, Pune. I have paid Priority International membership amount within 30 minutes of our discussions without any hesitation on 4th January, 2016. While paying it through Credit card I have told that I will pay the amount in 36 installments or EMI. It was agreed at your end by Ms. Harsha at Pune office. Now bank is saying that they should get instructions from Priority now Priority is denying to do this.

What to do? If I want to cancel the membership what will be the procedure and I should get my full amount back. Please either solve my problem or cancel my membership and give my amount back immediately.

I Sunil Sharma written the review before also and I can see that there are positive comments on Priority international which I think it is fake and might be possible comments given by priority international people only as recent experience while buying a member ship it was said that we can take the Banquate Hall free of cost only the food cost will be take from us and also the Gym facility will be given in Talwalkars, Power Gym etc.But this is not true they provide Power Gym voucher for a month and if you want to continue then need to visit the branch to collect it again. When I asked for Talwalkars Gym voucher they said we don't have know and don't know when it will come and then I asked for Power Gym Voucher for 1 year then they said we don't have that facility we can offer you the monthly voucher and that also ever month Two voucher only for me and wife. After this comes second thing for Banquate Hall. I mailed them in the month of december, 2014 for Marriage Banquate Hall and given the dates as per their choice means said that I require the hall.Last week of March to 1 week of april but did not recieved any reply on mail then I called to the customer care they said we are processing and we will get back to you after 2 again I called and I started conversation with Mahaan from Mumbai branch he said he has forwarded the request to the department and waiting for reply and said with in 2 days he will reply I was waiting for a week there was no call made to me then again I called at that time he said it is taking time he will call me.Next day again I waited for a week after that again I called then he said to mail me the food list which I require on marriage I forwarded the list on mail the I waited for reply from mahaan for two weeks but no reply then I called to branch you can't believe it that I started calling from 11AM continously I was calling till 4PM then a person RajKumar picked up a call I shouted on him and I asked for Mahaan he said he is busy and he will give me a call in 15 mins I waited for 30 min no call then I called to pune customer care over there I discussed my problem then he said mahaan will give me a call I will speak to the branch then he called over there and at same time I called one person picked up my phone and he forgot that my call is connected and near by him mahaan was talking to the person called manoj who was from Pune branch about me and Mahaan was saying that he is in touch with me and he will quickly call me but he did not when the person realized my call is on he said hello I just said can you give the call to mahaan he said to me Mahaan is not there then I shouted on him then he handed the phone to Mahaan then mahaan said we have recieved the hotel list he will sent me the list I need to finalize the venu then my family has finalized a venu and said him the venu details and date and time after we sent then there was no reply for a week then again I called him and spole with Mahaan he said we are just getting the detail of the cost he will let me know till evening I said ok. Then in evening he called me and said the food cost is 1200 Rs per head for the Banquate hall which is in Andheri. And you will not believe it was the banquate hall were we have enquired and the cost which was offered to me was the same 1200 Rs per person with hall and food and decoration which was offered to me by Priority international then I spoke about this with mahaan. He said my supervisor will give me a call for this I waited for call for 1 week then again I called Mahaan then again he said I will get a call but it was not no call was made as they promise but they can't deliver it. Than after some days I got a call from Pune head office and he was asking me the problem why I registered a complain I explained him the details then he said he will come to mumbai and resolve all the problem and provide me the gym member ship of talwalkars and also there will be no problem in future from priority this was the promise. Then again the same old story given promise but can't delivered it. At the time of taking membership, I had been Informed by the Priority team that they will convert amount of INR100000 to EMI without any interest, But I received my credit card statement which is showing total amount Due.

I have been member last December and was trying to book my holidays and free gym membership. I have visited the web site and no information is available.

I tried to call the numbers but no reply.

Contacted them by sending e mail and no reply.

Can you please check and inform me the company existence.

I call ur Andheri office may be 45 to 50 times for gym vouchers but they can't send me. Every time they told us I delivered u. When I need the contact no of his supervisor. But they told me he can't give no & no time discuss with us. I send e mail aslo but they can't give me ans.

I have gotten Holiday gift voucher from the Andheri office dated. 29.08.2015 & agent told me to contact the number given on the back side of the voucher, but the given no. Is out of service.

Kindly help me to book the holiday home.
