Priority International — unauthorised credit card charges

I had taken membership in march 2016 from tip-top plaza, thane. It was thru hdfc credit card emi and they have charged us more. Now when i am writing to them, email is bouncing, none of phone calls are answered.
They have cheated us. Please help me to get my money back
