dear sir i m yogesh kumar living in colaba, mumbai, i have been taken membership of this company on 05th oct. 2014 by paying partial amount 50000/- of total amount 1, 20, 000/-. next day on 06th oct 2014 i applied for cancelling for this and since that day they are saying it will cancel and return my amount .but at the last today they are denying .now i want help from your side to raise this issue in public and police...please help me...call me as soon as possible my contact no.are ---[protected], [protected]

    Priority international is a leisure and hospitality group. promise to give 6 to 7 days in year in 3 to 5 star hotels booking. but after paying around 90k for five year membership. i am not happy with service provide by priority international. seems to be fooling people with that much of money and not giving good hotels. I want my money back. please help.

    I know thers people very well...
    Still this people's are running fraud holiday comapny in pune mumbai hydrabad and dubai...
    Ahmed shaikh and wasim shiakh are are the master mind behind these company's.
    So many complains are launched against them.
    Still there people's are not stopped .they started company with new names.
    And I request you all people's please dont take any holiday membership with any hoilday company.
    They simply book your hotels from hotel booking websites. They even dont have any tieups with any hotel's.
    And for that they took huge amount from you.If want to reach them.

    Priority cheats people like anything. They don't have any accountability. Don't take anything or don't sign any contract. This is my sincere request.
    Hi, I was cheated by Priority International Holidays Club pvt ltd into becoming a member. They claimed to have tie up with hotels, Gyms, Resorts and Event halls in India and abroad. When asked for list of same, they failed to provide the list. They cheated me into becoming member and swiped my card. Then brought out stamp paper and got my signature on that. This stamp paper is not enforceable.
    Hence numerous police complaints were given and at last FIR was registered at APMC police station, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. There are also FIRs against Priority International at Amboli police station, Mumbai and Hadapsar police station, Pune.     Any body has registered FIR in Hadapsar Police station. If yes please contact me on [protected] . We can together do the thing better

      My name is Santosh Virkar . I had purchased priority internationals hoilday membership for 5year. While joining i was told that i will get my membership card and gym. voucher within 7 working days, but it did not happan. After repeated calling to priority office in pune(repersentatives name Sapna) i got my membership card, but the gym voucher were not there. For that i called the office again and i was told that it will be coming through courier within 2 days . A week later when i called the customer care number they said that gym voucher for mumbai customer were not issued form pune office they are directly given from mumbai. So i called Manoj (sales executive from mumbai office who had came to my home to collect the payment) regarding my voucher he said he will check for details and call me back with a satisfactory answer, but he never called and there after he never picked up the phone. Every day i had to call him from different number so that he would pick up my phone after talking once he would not pickup the phone from same number . So i went to there mumbai office at Karl residency in andheri there he said they issue the vouchers only on 26th and 15 of every month and they have changed their company policy and now the vouchers will be issued from pune office, and he asked me to give a reminder call for that on 26th september which i did and manoj said that he had already addded my name in list and sumitted it to pune office and within a week i will get my vouchers . So after a weeks time i called customer care at pune and i got the same answer that for mumbai the voucher are given from mumbai itself and i should call manoj regarding that.After calling manoj he said that they have changed the company policy again and vouchers are in printing and i will get them in 3 to 4 days . but nothing has happaned . Now i dont know what to do and who will help me . I am been cheated by this company

        They called my wife for some gifts and called us to collect same at aundh, pune at their office.
        They are a holiday club provider. They told us they have tie ups with many of the 5 star hotels. Also they told us many benifits. I confirmed calling talwalkars whether they have any tie ups or not.They told us they dont have any tieups.

        When i asked them to cancel the membership. They say that its not refundable. I have made a payment of rs. 100000 to them for the benefits they told me.

        I urge everybody to please dont go for it..

        I also need to know how can i get my hard earned money refunded.

          Hello, I Hitesh Parmar, have taken membership along with my Brother-In-Law of Priority International Holiday Club Private Limited and we become member on 1st may 2014. My experience with them is really bad. Mr. Ashish Jagtap, Senior Manager (a Representative of Priority International) at Hotel Ramee Guestline at Juhu had explained me and my brother-in-law in detail the benefits and the tours package available to the members. They committed many things while selling the entire so called package. They committed me and my Brother-In-Law many things like Gym facility for two members in Power Ghym or Talwalkars but now when I asked for the ghym pass they told me that i and my Brother-In-law is not eligible for the same as you are membership is only for 5 years. Also they told me that the Package taken is only for Domestic Tour and not for International Tour. As per the Clause of My Agreement as entered between myself and the Priority International Pvt. Ltd. by Mr. Ashish Jagtap an Authorised Representative of the Company, there is a clause for both Domestic and International Tour as well as the Health Club and The Club Membership is free for 5 years. When i visited to their registered office the person at the office told me that the Membership i have taken is only for Domestic Tour and also i am not eligible of the Health club and Gym Facility. However the same is not the case. Mr. Ashish Jagtap had promises various benefit which has not been provided to me and my brother-in-law. I had paid a sum of Rs. 85000/- each for the same.           With reference to my earlier compliant.. I would like to inform that I have got various calls from the priority international for solving my problem but the same has not been resolved yet... the company is not at all interested in solving the problem of the customer.


          Strict action should be taken against such a company...
          I agree with you. As i am also one of fool member and not happy with services. Still trying to get the most out of what we can get.
          This is to inform all that the priority international guys has been arrested and are on remand for 4 days for cheating people.

            I was called to their office at seasons mall and was made to attend a presentation in which their personnel Mr. Akshay, Mr. Parvez, Mr. Manoj & Mr. Sudhakar represented to me that I shall get 6 nights 7 days assured accomodation in 5 * hotels every year wherever available and wherever there are no 5* hotels minimum 3* hotels shall be provided to me for 33 years. I was also assured that I shall get one studio suite on payment of rs. 6, 000/- for the week, two studio suites for payment of rs. 9000/- for the week & three studio suites on payment of rs.12, 000/- for the entire week for the period of 33 years. I was asked to make a down payment of rs.50, 000/- and balance payment of rs.2, 00, 000/- i was supposed to make within 7 days. However at the time of signing the agreement i noticed that in the checklist to be annexed to the agreement they had mentioned only 2 nights 3 days accomodation per year for 3 studio suites on payment of rs.12, 000/- Also no list of the 5 * hotels was provided to me although assured and hence they assured me that they shall amend the checklist accordingly and only then i would be required to sign the same. However when i visited their season mall office for final settlement on[protected] they informed me that i will have to pay rs.5, 62, 000/- to avail of the 3 studio for 6 nights 7days.             Please send a email asking for refund. Dispute the charges with your bank.
            Parallelly If they do not agree on refund, approach police as they have committed fraud. Lodge FIR. Submit FIR copy to bank.
            You can approach Consumer court also. Please take advise of lawyer before going to consumer court.
            All these processes are time consuming, so have patience.

            Even we are trapped by this company we also paid 20000 rupees and now when we are calling on the number of vashi branch they are not responding but i dont understand that this company is registered under companies act 1956 then how any company can run with fraudulent objective as so many complaints being filed against this company its a open fraudulent company cheating people openly please please let us know if anyone get money refund back and also its necessary to take action against this company.

              Dear priority intl, This was my first holiday membership plan i bought from you. i was very excited About it. but with recent communication and services i am just going back to The day 24th june time must be around 10:30 late night. let me re-collect what I & mital had discussion with harsha, & wasim First of all we were called for The collecting the item which we won in some lucky draw. to get those items we Have to attend the 90 minutes session. We agreed and started. than we met harsha, she told us that she will conduct The small survey with us and if we are lucky we will win one more package worth Of some lacks of amount. we were so lucky that mr wasim declared us winner in The short survey. and we won one more package other than 6 items. let me try to Recollect few of them. è first and foremost was the holiday package for 5 years 6 n/7days package anywhere in the world. condition was that i Have to book the hotels in notice Period of 30 to 45 days. which i did as i started communication since july 8. though i am requested to shift My vacation dates. è with reference to this i was shown the broaches Book of india as well as abroad with biggest hotels of the cities. that was Including hyatt and many more 5 star Hotels. but when i inquired about Goa in the off season for the month of august you have only two hotels tie up With. this was confirmed on call from your customer care executive ([protected]/[protected]) that you have only two hotels available resort De alturas and hotel baywatch. strange isn’t it? still i selected one hotel out Of only two options. even though when i asked about room type your customer care executive told its standard Room. this room type is not available in resort de alturas hotel j. but after this much stress finally i was denied room in that hotel As well… very painful è harsha (so called ca qualified lady) also mentioned that there will be pick up and drop facility from pune to Airport & destination airport to hotel back and forth. this was Also denied by customer care executive when i spoke to him. è harsha Mentioned one more thing that there will be adventure packages available at what so ever destinations it will be Free of cost for the priority intl members. too exciting, but this was Also denied by executive on call. è now Let’s recollect membership facility details we discussed. i got the 6, 80, 000 Inr membership with this holiday package in total 1, 20, 000 inr. è this Includes 5 year free health facilities of solaris gym. where i can utilize gym, steam bath, swimming etc… I have still not got that membership card yet, though in agreement it was Mentioned that on full payment of fees i will get immediately. the Complimentary voucher which you gave for one month does not valid for any facility other than gym. sad Isn’t it? è there Will be monthly event/concerts/ipl Matches something like conducted and i would get free passes of that, i Am yet hear about next event of yours. è last But not the least it is about money and emi transactions. i was offered total Amount of 1, 20, 000/ — inr in 4 years Emi. for that wasim told i that my total amount will be converted in Emi for 48 months emi would be around 2000. but i got my latest cc statement with total 80, 000 to be paid in This month only, it is not converted into any type of emis. now how can I get that much money in this month only? After these series of incidents in short Time, i don’t think i should continue with the priority intl membership. è so While writing this things last thing i re-collect is. i asked questions to Harsha that what if i don’t want Membership after buying this. she replied that you can transfer this Membership to others. i counter questioned that how can i find other members. she replied with full Confident that she will have already Lined up people to purchase this membership, because i got it at such a Low cost that there will be many people to buy this. But rather than going to transfer these Membership i would like to cancel the membership just because The supply of goods and services act (as Amended) states that a service should Be carried out with reasonable care and skill, in a reasonable time and for a reasonable cost. as the Holiday package for goa & health membership facility & credit card emi Conversion was not, you are therefore in breach of contract and i would like To request a refund for the partial Amount of 1, 20, 000/ — inr in order that i can find an alternative holiday Planner so that my holiday does not get spoiled Plus, as a consequence of the faulty service I have incurred extra stress mental harassement for complaining and discussing With customer care daily for my vacations, which could have been more pleasant If you were not their as service provider and i ask that you repay me an Additional some amount to cover my next holiday costs and the cost of my time In making this complaint. I look forward to a full response to my Letter within 2 days or i shall seek legal advice in order to take the matter Further.               Last year while planing for holidays they said 60 days prior hotel booking will be done nicely . This time i planned 90 days before they said cant accept . Need 60 days before .. Again sent them .. They said this destination cant do hotel booking.. Not in portal... Again changed destination ...Again cant do .. Not in the portal . They wasted my 60 days . I didnt buy flight tickets . Now at this momeni planned holiday expensive air tickets and my exp hotel stay ... You all tell me can we accept someone fooling to us...

              I am a victim of their scam. I have now filed a police complaint. I encourage you all to do the same. Lets get these fraudsters punished, get our money back with interest AND get a harassment compensation.

              Don't let them go unpunished. That attitude will encourage them to cheat more people. It is people's hard earned money.

              Whenever you get such calls just put the name of the company in Google with Scam or Fraud with it and then search. Google will show up if the company is fraud and people have complained and written reviews.

                I became member of Priority International by Paying 1, 25, 000 (25, 000 by debit card and 1, 00, 000 by credit card) . Here is what was promised and not given: - not a single pass for a single event : at least 12 events were promised in a year - gift voucher worth Rs. 3000 every year - we were informed that it would not be that much if at all - no 36 Month EMI - I would need to pay full 1, 00, 000 of my credit card bill on my own - no 5 year GYM membership - no one to take calls to plan for holidays Worst part is none of them are even picking up my call. I tried calling them more than 100 time in last 10 days.                   Priority International, who claims to be providing best holiday across India is cheating customer. They have taken Rs.81, 000 from me for 5 years and did not explain me all the details at the time of taking package. Now they say that I have to pay Rs.15, 000 as Annual maintenance charges every year and what they will do is provide hotel and pick-up and drop. Persons involved in this cheating are: Prashant Bansal - [protected] Altamash Momin - [protected] Also at the time of booking they said that the amount can be converted to 24 month EMI without interest. But it is not done yet. I have to convert it by myself and paid penalty for the same. When contacted their credit card department head, he said that he will pay the penalty. But it is also not done yet. The person detail is : Wasim Khan - [protected] Also I want to book a holiday and those guys are not at all supportive. It is my strong advice to you guys " PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE PACKAGE FROM PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL ". They are not good. Go for MakeMyTrip. They are the best of all.

                  Yes they are cheaters. I just filed a complaint against them on Consumer forum. They told me they have tie ups with Taj Gangej in varanasi for Marraige/banquet hall, and when i tried to book, they responded that they do not have any tie ups in Varanasi. Also, they told me that they have tie ups in South with The Leela but they do not have. i can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]

They are bunch of cheaters. at the time of selling, i clearly inquired about marraige/banquet halls in varanasi and they came up with names of Taj Gangej and Radission and when now when i tried to book one, they mailed me that they do not have any tie ups with any one in varanasi. Same in case of The Leela, they claimed, that they have a tie up with The Leela in South, but the reality is they do not have any tie ups with The Leela at all.

                  Guys, Let's create a group and lodge a complain in consumer court about this chitfund type fake company. they will make money and disappear form the market.

                  Hey, I am one of the newest victims. Has anyone got any good review about this company as well? Has complaining in any forum / format has helped any one? I agree with amit09april to start a group to fight against this.
                  I'm being cheated..
                  But I would recommend people should go for PI..
                  But before signing agreement ask following things in written and then only sign it..
                  1. Provide the list of tie up hotels.. ( As what they show is just fake)
                  2. Give everything in return Gym Membership is life time or for what specified time.
                  3. Events they take in a year.
                  4. Dinner they will say we will give every month, but then it will be clubed with events.. which rarely happens..
                  5. Ask them the list of hotels and lawns which they avail free of cost only food charges. They may try to change your mind..
                  6. Check the gift items they provide.. specially silver items :P
                  7. EMI options thats very cheated one, dont sign agreement.. without understanding it well..
                  8. Dont give card directly to them.. they will start swiping they we will hurry well.. dont get panic at all..

                  If they dont fool you for all above conditions.. and giving in written the same moment.. go for it or else deny..
                  WTF they will do.. but once you sign they can.. ;)
                  I am also one of the member of priority who is trapped by priority. I have taken membership last year and tried to book for holidays with them twice without any success. The hotel option they provide is very cheap and not worth the money we pay.

                  Last Thursday they had similar event at Karl Residency Hotel Andheri East. They were connecting me from this phone no. 69990113/ 0114. They called me and many others too collect free assured gifts. But as I was aware about this I went there and asked them for my gift which they denied and told me to attend a 90 min. Session. But I was harsh with them and returned back. There was one more couple who returned along with me. Some stern action should be taken against this cheaters.

                  I have purchased the 5 years membership from Priority International for Rs 95000.


                  As per my discussion with your executive, he told me that this amount can pay in 48 EMI’s with 0% processing & interest.


                  But latter on I come to know that it was fake assurance.


                  After lots of discussion they settled the issue by assuring me that the total amount I need
                  to pay Is 80000. The excess amount they will pay me back. The excess amount is 5560.


                  Also I will get 50% discount in annual maintenance of account for 5 years.


                  All the discussion happen on email.


                  Now I have been taking follow up from last 9 months, but they didn’t willing to pay the money.


                  I lost my faith on them. How I can continue my membership for 5 years.

                  I am also cheated by Priority International . On 12th Nov 2014, they had call us by telling that we had Won the Prizes of worth Rs 40, 000 /-, we will be getting 1. Tour Vouher 2. Free Voucher of Rs 40, 000 /- and 3. kitchen Cookery Item and told us to come with family and childern to Hotel Park at Andheri. From 4.30 PM to 8.30 PM they had given all false commitments and taken our signature on the Stamp Paper for the Membership Amount Rs 90, 000 /- for 5 years. We had Paid Cash of Rs 20, 000 /- on the spot and they told us that the services will be started only when we will pay at least 50 % ie 45, 000 /- amount to Priority International . Now, after four months due to some personal problem I am Not able to Pay this amount and also I don't want to continues this agreement, I approach Priority International Office at Andheri . Now, the customer support person is telling me that, we will not pay the Amount Rs 20, 000 /- Paid during membership registration as it is written in the MOU ( Membership amount is Non - Refundable ) . But, I havn't got the Membership confirmation / Nos from M/s Priority International. They had not given any services to me during last 4 months . Also, I had

                  Really priority international company is fraud. Now same company opened in Dubai and they are cheating innocent people. So please inform Ur friends and relatives about this company and tell them not to go for membership at any cost.                   The problem starts with when representative from Fraud Priority International convince people to fill lucky draw coupon. The representative is paid on daily basis and he’s not concerned with whatever maybe the company. From filled coupon Fraud Priority International people sort out the people who can pay their membership. For that very reason there is 1 question in coupon about which car you own and no of vehicles.
                  If you wish no more people get trapped into this you can do following things
                  1) Meet mall manager and convince him/her about the consequences with Fraud Priority International and request them to stop allowing Fraud Priority International representative to interact with people within store.
                  2) As we are frequent visitors to that mall make sure you request mall authority each and every time you see Fraud Priority International representative.
                  3) Try and convince mall authorities that people get duped because of them only.
                  4) Get that store mail id and send mail about not allowing Fraud Priority International people to use their well known store to cheat people.
                  5) Get their complaint book and write about Fraud Priority International representative harassing you.
                  As I am one of the fool to pay to Fraud Priority International I am working to get my money back.

I also got the voucher and informed them to book hotel 45 days before but they returned with information that Voucher hotels are booked now and cannot used more. Then whats the use of that voucher.

                  I will give -5 ratings for there service and do not reach out to them for any packages at all. They are operating from Seasons Mall, Magarpatta and there executives are roaming all over the mall with coupons.
                  Hi, I just came from this company & i was about to buy their 5 year package as my marriage is in December & i found their offers very attractive but suddenly we had some discussion on the mode of payment since my “would be” was not ready to pay the amount through credit card & we want to pay the EMI through saving A/Cs & we were ready to submit the required documents & everything.                   I have took membership of Priority Internation for 5 years on 75000/-. On that time they have promised me that they will give me Rs .1000/- Dmart vouchers on every month. But now Its already month happened. and I haven't received any voucher. When I call to customer care, the lady was told me we don't have any vouchers so we can't give you. She was talking very rudely. If we check every month's 1000/- Rs menas for 5 years they will give me 60000/- Rs vouchers. But now if they have problem on even first month, how can they will give me till 5 years.

                  Complain in Cyber cell Pune Police Commsionar office. Do not be afraid. They are very helpful. Tell them about this company. inform them about salesperson Altamash, Wasim, Anurag, Harsha, vaishali, who so eevr has cheated you for swiping the.

                  Also take it up with your bank. Don't be afraid...

                  Consumer court is also best possible way.

                  Inform all Bigbazaar, Dmart, star bazaar, Seasons mall authorities about this fraud company...

                  You have cheated me on name of membership.. you told me to convert in to 36 month EMI on 0% interest rate but it was false commitment . ICICI bank does not give option for 36 months EMI . Also they dont have tie up for 0% interest rate. You keep telling stupid reason like their machine was faulty so it went to 1 year EMI. Later you person was keep telling me that we are giving you amount back and approval will take 2-3 weeks. But nothing done yet and they are keep delaying it .They are also very rude and not replying calls or message now. .. I have called me to Aundh Pune office and people who were involved are Kalim Seikh (from Aundh Pune office), Shahid and few other. Kalim seith is very arogant and dont even both to reply call. I will be spreading message on Whatsapp and other social media against Priority . I want to cancel my membership with such fake people. Also will Complain in Cyber cell Pune Police Commsionar office.                   they are really big cheaters.. they lure you with amazing offers and when time come to sign the agreement they will immediately grab your card and swipe it before you raise any concerns over the services. they just operate to loot you.. when i realize that, immediately ask them to amend the agreement and they are just giving me dates.

                  They will ask you to not to use your phone so you cannot read the reviews.

                  They have taken 50000 as two years membership and one month has passed still have not received any welcome letter or membership card.

                  My request for gym and hall booking are unanswered. Their customer care gives you another numbers and ensure you run back and forth to find out status. I have raised the my issues with priority but so far no one has responded.

                  Few days back i with my family went to Inorbit mall in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. We filled a coupon from Priority International. Today we got call from mobile number [protected] (Samir). He said that we won in lucky coupon draw & we have to come at Priority 2nd Floor, Satara Plaza, Vashi, Navi Mumbai to collect four gifts.

                  We went there and they convinced us about there plans for around 1-1/2 hrs. We signed the 100 RS Judicial form. My mobile was not connecting to Internet up to this time. After signing the form luckily my mobile got connected to Internet and we searched about Priority International. We found that customer reviews are negative and many customers are cheated by Priority International.

                  They have said us to pay the membership fee through credit card in 36 EMI.

                  We thought not to pay the amount. Now there representative is saying that we have to pay INR 1000 as cancellation charges. However, while they were convincing us for membership they said that at any time we can withdraw membership and they will transfer membership to other person.

                  We left the room without paying money.
                  Issue resolved .

                  I feel, I am also being cheated by them. I think this is totally fraud company and will wipe out anytime with our money.

                  I subscribed for membership on 12-July-2015 and still struggling to get membership.

                  Here is events happened with me.

                  1. While providing membership it was informed that membership card will be delivered within 7 working days, till date I have not received any membership card, from 12-July-2015 now it is more than 75 days and I have yet not received any card.
                  2. After joining my credit card payment was charged with full amount instead of EMI.
                  3. When I called the sales person, he asked me to speak to Samlal in Vashi office. He then asked me to visit office for this small issue.
                  4. I visited office, he asked me to convert amount in EMI by calling bank and Priority will pay interest and processing fee which charged on amount.
                  5. I kept doing follow up with Samlal and sales person Parvez. I they are either not reachable or not responding to calls and messages.
                  6. I requested cancellation of membership due to no response and service from your company

                  Priority International are cheaters very big cheater and a fraud company. Please dont buy any membership package from them. These guys are worst.
                  I just called them to book a holiday in Goa. They have given me options of 2 and 3 star hotel which i could have anyway got from any travel website. They have the most pathetic customer service and have a very secretive approach. I want to know from this group, is there any PIL case filed against them?                   I am also newer victim of this Priority International holiday. On 31st Oct i got call from them to collect winning gift i went there to collect that. After that these guys told me there plan and my bad i took that without reading any thing on net or ask to someone else about them.

                  Hi guys, i also went yesturday to priority international, they called me to collect few gifts saying i have won them in lottery... they asked me to sit for the seminar and explained their packages.. Somehow they tried to convince us for taking it as was saying this offer is for today only..i told them first i will inquire with the hotles and gyms you have tieups with.. Then only i can go forward for this.. They started saying this offer is for today only as its our aniversary... So i said i also have a plan for you.. U will have to give me just 2 lac.. Will u agree and give me that right now without inquiring about me?..;)They were not able to say anything on this.. It took the gifts and came back... Then today when i searched for their reviews i found these complaints..Its my request for all the customers that dont pay such a big amount to anybody without inquiring about it...in this costly world if anybody is giving you something for cheap..first be suspicious rather becoming happy..and take decision wisely..

This is really ridiculous and bogus, because when i reached on the venue 214/2nd floor priority, Satar Plaza, Palm beach road, sector - 19, Vashi, NAvi Mumbai, they said that u have to join our 90 minute program where they have explained their packages, but when i asked queries about the details of the package they told details will only be provided after joining the membership and the membership amount for 5 years is 310000/-. They have forced me to join and the behavior of all the guys are nasty as i went to the venue with my wife i cannot argue with them. they have offended us with some personal questions and the way they are forcing is really nasty, cheap. The gifts they gave is a glass bowl having a printed MRP as 79/-, A silver coin costs around 30/- and a holiday voucher (bogus).
                  I will request if any one can take action on such fraud organization. I have wasted 2 hrs attending the program.

                  I planned for kerla trip thakkydi and i asked to book a hotel in thakkydy they booked worst hotel which is 70kms far away from thakkdy no transport facility availble not even power in hotel up to 7.30 night. My family suffered a lot.Finally we havent visited the place

But I had signed up the papers till then. Those bloody guys charged us 2000INR for backing out. Totally fraud company .. All the tie ups everything is fake .

                  Feeling cheated, recently purchased membership and was promised with fixed cash voucher for 5 years. This has not been mentioned anywhere in agreement and was told i will get mail confirmation about these privileges. After a long follow up i received a mail and event it does not mention anything about cash vouchers for retail shopping and petro. The customer care is also not helping with it. The executive is giving a round around. Has anyone lodged legal complaint against this company? I will like to join with the complain. I think we can fight unitedly with this cheating company.

                  Fake fake fake... Priority international holidays club pvt ltd (Pihc) cheating people.

                  I would recommend people who got call from any lottery or coupons or vouchers or holiday packages etc.

                  Before signing any agreement ask following things in written and then only sign it.
                  1. Provide the list of tie up hotels. (As what they show is just fake). Ask to show it in computer/website. Not any of their notepad or own said dictionary.
                  2. Ask them in writing that they need to provide gym membership for life time or for what specified time. They will suggest you to wait for just few days.
                  3. Events they take in a year. That Does not happen.
                  4. Check the gift items they provide.. Specially silver items :p
                  5. Emi options that is very cheated one, do not sign agreement without understanding it well.
                  6. When they will tell you that they have hotels and properties in abroad too and they will show you their dictionary then just ask them please show me in your website. And i need in written where and all you have facilities. Ask for the list of places and list of hotels. They may say this will be changing time to time. That means you just have to understand once you sign they will change that there is no such hotels tieup.
                  7. If they say they have tie-up with taj, oberoi, leela etc.. Then just tell them let me call up the customer care and confirm. Then only i can sign. Or just tell them i need in written that you have tie-up with them.
                  8. Do not give card directly to them. They will start swiping they we will hurry well.. Do not get panic at all..

                  If they do not fool you for all above conditions.. And giving in written the same moment.. Go for it or else deny straight away their offer.

                  If you still sign then you can not imagine how much your precious time you have to loose.

                  You can ask them one question (If you don't sign) please reimburse my auto/train fare/fuel charges for wasting my 1 or 2 hours time.

                  Last but not the least do not forget to share this information as people are getting trapped easily now a days with these kind of offers.

                  yes its true they r cheaters, we are a family of three, my husband and a thirteen yrs old boy, they told us that a thirteen years boy will not be charged extra as they will consider as one single child instead of two small child below it and now they r saying no for the same .                   I am getting a bad service from Priority international as well. I took the membership for 1.35lacs as part of their promotional offer along with a 40K big bazaar gift voucher and am now regretting falling for their trap. I would highly suggest not to screw your brain and time by investing money in their fraudulent schemes. I have not been given a holiday package for the 40K even after repeated follow ups.

                  I have also lodged a complaint in "Citizen Cop Mobile Application" and got a call from police administration as prompt reply.Suggest all of you go to your local police station and lodge a criminal/Fraud case against this company.For any support and guidance

                  pls we need to do something when i hv applied this card 1 year back immediately after 15 days i understood they r cheater and insisted them to refund my 1 lakhs .

                  later on they said any international hotel booking must be done 60 days prior this time i gave them 90 days prior my plan
                  they replied before 60 days they dont accept
                  again 60 days prior i gave them my plan for travel they replied in 15 days after several call / email that they dont hv portal . it means when they find its expensive deal they hv answer " they dont hv portal " .
                  again i changed destination again after 1 week same thing " THEY DONG HV PORTAL"
                  so guys u need to decide ur holidays acdng to their destination not acdng to ur choice .
                  also hotels what they wil provide is either they r getting free due hotel want to promote themselves .

                  so its very bad deal we guys choosen. i request whoever bought their cards should fight . further more people sholdnt be involve with them .

                  I am also a member of priority services and these people made me fool too. They showed us star like life in their membership but after joining I realised how they are making us fool. this companyhave nothing to be prior.
                  Priority International is a FRAUD Company!!!
                  We were bluffed into the 10 years membership showing us the catalog of 5 star hotels on international location claiming that they have a tie up with these hotels .
                  The contract I signed mentioned that we are entitled to avail 6d and 7nights of accommodation per year (for Domestic AND INTERNATIONAL locations) .I can also carry forward my vacation of the current year to the next, thus availing a maximum of 12 Nights per year.

                  Now that I have requested them to book 12 Night for us in Europe, they denied doing so saying that they do not club the holiday for international locations. Which indeed is not at all mentioned in the LEGAL contract I signed.

                  After Insisting on the same, they agreed to make it for 9 nights with a condition of asking for more money !!!
                  They Asked me to pay 50K (owing to the maintenance cost for all 10 holidays in advance)

                  They are a bunch of shameless frauds and nothing else.
                  I am In process of taking a legal action, if I do not get my accommodation booked this time.
                  Its been 3 years that I have paid 1.5 Lakhs and still unable to avail a single holiday !
                  Guess we all should file a single case against them in the consumer Court!!

                  I got call from Priority International stating i have won some gifts and please come to office to collect free gifts. when i visited place was noisy (Loud music- so that you can not hear whats happening on next table) and they have asked me not to use mobile inside since this is promotional offer. Salesperson were asking general question to become friendly (by which i have became more conscious). He offered me few travel packages which were extremely attractive by seeing and hard to believe. i strongly denied stating i have came here to take free gifts and not any packages, but as expected he was again trying to convince me benefits, price, offer gym, travel, club, dinner, installments etc etc and started dropping prices even without asking. by the time he was calling their senior i have googled about priority international and landed to this pages reviews.( nearby by staff was requesting me to not to use mobile). when sales person came with senior person i have asked to read reviews on this page which they were explained that fake reviews were put up to internet by their competitors to tarnish their image, which made me laugh. i asked him to show any positive feedback on internet which he was searching on this blog but failed and was not in position to convince me anymore.
                  Thanks for this page and people who put their review/complaints which saved me from this trap.

                  @Saurabh, Good to hear. While purchasing membership I was in discussion for around 4 hours in which i was put in a state that my conscious thinking had stopped. With my initially rejections i am not sure later how did i agree with purchasing membership. I really feel bad of not using smart phone at that moment.

                  Anyone, if you have purchased membership please call up bank immediately and raise a dispute you might get a refund.
                  I paid 105000 for 5 years, April, 2015, Mumbai. per night hotel 4500 I paid.
                  Before membership, They had promised that they have tie up with Fariyas Hotel, Lonavala,
                  After membership, they says they do not have any tie up.
                  Before membership, they says they can arrange hotel anywhere in world for 21 days continues stay,
                  After membership, they says only 14 days possible ( after lots of discussion)
                  before membership, they says, you may gift bookings to your friends and relatives.
                  after membership, I booked 2N for my father in Mahabaleshwar, booking voucher received.
                  which cost 2500 per night hotel as per Make My trip, now I have asked to book 2 night for myself in Lonavala, they says since your fathers hotel got booked, we can not take any more booking. I am shocked after that, how would utilize my rest of the days.
                  They do not pick up phone, too many phone numbers which keeps getting changed.
                  I did call consumer forum, they sent an email to PI for explanation, they did not receive any response. Consumer forum asked me to send letter to them through reg. post, I did and wait for few week with no response. I think, a country like India is very easy to do any such fake, forge business activity because such people does not looks serious about law.
                  Recently i become victim of priority international. i am giving one star rating but there was no option to give negative rating otherwise i could have given.
                  Story starts when priority international staff called me and informed i have won some lucky draw and i need to go with my wife for 90 min session, i was well aware about this kind of fraud. but when they started explaining about their plan and after long discussion my mind stopped working. they shown picture of all hotels, spa, gym etc. i wanted to check their tie-up but afterall discussion it became very late, it was 10:30 pm, they were in hurry to close the deal and i was also in hurry. i should have read the agreement carefully that time. They sold me 5 yr membership for 125, 000/- Rs. They had promised to give ABS Magarpata Gym, as complimentary, that was also one of the main reason to take this membership. It's 2 month since i have taken membership but still i haven't got Gym membership. Already around 50 mails i have send but no use. I am planning to file police complaint against the Sales team Balram Patel, Nazeer, Manoj and Priority group and complain in consumer forum and going to speak to season mall, magarpatta authority to remove them from their premises. Otherwise they will be keep cheating people like this.
