I called up at hotel treebo house khas as per your email that the booking is done.
But the hotel says that there is no such booking.
Please consider is very urgent. And send the details of the hotel in which the accommodation is made available. Please send the ph no. Of the hotel.

Also note that your phone nos.[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] are out of service and hence i can't get through to contact you.
So it is requested to give your contact numbers also for further communication.

Please send your address in pune/mumbai also for communication and payment in cash.

But please send the hotel details at the earliest as on 30th of this month, i. E. Day after tommorrow, i need the accommodation.

Company has taken my hard earned money rs 115000 and promised 15 free coupons and gift vouchers for fifteen weeks staying in 15 years but when i request after deposit it ignored my mails calls and contact company also abscond from address lodged police complaint against company i came to my knowledge that a lot of persons have been cheated and filed their firs
If anyone is still suffering kindly go to amboli police station immediately and lodge your complaint against them
Keep ready full documents of payment and their promises show it to police

On 31st, forcefully 5 years plan which cost rs. 135000 has been issued to me and deducted all amount from my different credit card. On the assurance given by altamash momin who is senior manager that after first emi, 11% amount will only blocked and rest will release.
Now when i called him to refund my cash or give me written for credit card will release rest of amount after 1st emi and will only block 11%, he is threatening me and denying to do and saying that he will not refund money back.

Please do refund my money back as i don't want to use your service.

I have taken membership on february 2016. I tried to contact them for booking but no phones are working. As promised at the time of membership not providing any services and this issue for so many people. Kindly take action against priority and also i want my amount got refund.

Also i got to know this company is cheating many member holders. My total member ship amount is 75000. Please resolve my issue.

We have 5 year membership from priority international. We tried to request hotel booking for our upcoming holiday via email around a month back but since then there is no proper response, all their contact numbers are not reachable. Their head office in aundh, pune is showing permanently closed. We were supposed to have 5 weeks booking provided as per contract, till now we have used only half week, and now if the company is closing we should get our money back, we paid 1.2 lac for package.

I had planned some international holidays last year which the company said had been successfully booked. On asking for confirmation vouchers, they said it would take some time. This went on for a while. The day before when the holidays were about to start, they said the booking got "cancelled" and the money would be refunded. Its been a year now with several phone calls and emails but i still have not received the money. The government officials should take a strong action against this company.

As you had assured that the reimbursement of rs 22000/- will be released on 20th aug. 2017 but till today it is not deposited to my bank account. At the time of booking it was assured that the payment will be done immediately on submission of bill. But till today only assurance and date over date are given which is incorrect for reputed travel agencies.
Hence requested to make payment on top priority to maintain as your name include as priority.
Secondly it is quite embreshing that no one lifting phone call as well as mobile most of the time all phones are switched off.

I have taken membership in dec, 2015 which cost 1, 15, 000 rupees. After that when we try to plan some vacation in nov 2016 befofre 2 month, they asked for 13, 000 more which i have given to them. I have tried to get accommodation till last day of my travel but they have not given any accomodation. Its a total waste of my money and time. I have mailed them several times but everytime they said that they are looking into it. But after some time they not even reply to my mail. I tried to call them but all numbers are not reachable. Now i tried to visit their office then got to know that their office already closed since last 2/3 months. I have read many complaints about this fraud company on net.
Please help me to get my money back as its our hard work money.

Friend, me too victim of priority holidays.
I have taken my membership, when they call me as part of lucky draw. We went there to check and they have given lots of offerings of holidays, gift and gym facility. We have taken the 5 year membership by paying 1 lakh. They told they will make that emi of 5 year, later they told we canot make, so now i have paid all money via credit card.
Now i need to book my holiday, but now they are not reachable on email/phone. I have called more than 100 times, all number looks off. Their executives are not reachable. They are not replying to my email after april this year.
Not sure whether they have already shut their office in aundh, pune.
Please help me to fight against them with you.
Please let me now if we all have plan to fight.

I checked that in pune, there are many other friends also get duped of money from same company. So looking for some help here.

This all started with a call received on 9th january 2016 wherein i was promised 3 things
1) kitchen set
2) family trip voucher
3) rs.10, 000/-tara voucher

I was asked to collect the same by coming to satara plaza, vashi navi, mumbai and also attend 90 minute seminar.
We, (My husband, my son and i) visited at the mentioned address and had a personalized meeting with the executive there regarding different holidays packages and finally one, name not remembering - take over manager convinced us to take membership for amount of rs.1, 20, 000/-.
They also promised us gold gym membership. I said i wanted membership in four points by sheraton, vashi for only swimming. They agreed and mentioned same in the agreement. They got the agreement ready and took our signature as well as money thru the credit card.
The swimming pool agreement with the four points by sheraton, vashi is of thirty years. I tried hard and persuaded one of the boys from the priority international for our membership in four points. After lots of phone calls he finally moved and got us membership for swimming in vashi. His name was bharat, no.. His two nos. Are [protected] and [protected].
Membership continued for one year i. E. From april 2016 to april 2017 and then got cancelled. I tried hard to connect with bharat again but now he says that he has left the company. I am trying to call on the nos. Given on the website.

My other friend have already lodged a complaint. Your team must be having complaint against priority international services ltd company whose head office is in pune and no other offices, they just hire some hotel for few days and call people stating that they have got a lucky draw and keep fooling people. Request you to look into the matter and please help.

I have taken Priority membership back in 2013 and since then i have been cheated by them like anything. Recently been to Goa and when i reached hotel found that they haven't paid anything and i had to pay a very heavy amount. Please look into the matter and help me out. Tried calling them at least 10000 times and emailed them as well but as usual no response.

I have taken Priority international membership in 2015 and paid 1, 10, 000 in whole for the membership. During my visit to Goa, they failed to book hotels and did not paid anything to hotel. As a result, I have asked for membership cancellation and refund of membership fees.

Request to please look into this matter at top priority and take necessary legal steps against Priority International.

Request people for Pune come together and form a group. We can raise complaint in cosumer court and fight unitedly.

Pathetic experience, i have paid a lac of rupees and they cannot even book a room in mahableshwar. I had sent request to them 1 month back and just one day before the # tells me that the hotel is changed. Just imagine this to happen on your planned day. There was no courtesy from the customer care exec and she should be thrown out. The management is sleeping there and does not care about the customer. They are only taking money and not giving any facility we should drag them to courts!!!

Dont ever take any membership of holidays

A fraud company. No service at all. Cheated rs 1.6 lakhs. All promises broken. Not able to get my money back. Can someone help me. I was promised big bazar vouchers which never came. A year ago my wife and i were invited for a presentation by priority internatinal. I payed for 10 years for rs. 1.6 lakhs. The holiday packages included booking of hotels, free vouchers of worth rs2000 for 36 months and free banquet hall booking once a year and free membership of gym. Nothing materialised. Even basic hotel booking is not happening. Calls are not answered at all. Very bad behaviour and rude front desk.

Hi, I was cheated by Priority International Holidays Club pvt ltd into becoming a member. They claimed to have tie up with hotels, Gyms, Resorts and Event halls in India and abroad. When asked for list of same, they failed to provide the list. They cheated me into becoming member and swiped my card. Then brought out stamp paper and got my signature on that. This stamp paper is not enforceable.
Hence numerous police complaints were given and at last FIR was registered at APMC police station, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. There are also FIRs against Priority International at Amboli police station, Mumbai, Hadapsar police station, Pune, Khar Police station, Mumbai, Chaturshringi police station, Pune.
Priority International's offices at Season's Mall, Pune, Aundh, Pune, Satara Plaza, Vashi, Little world, Kharghar and Hotel Unicontinental, Khar were raided and it's shut. Only Andheri office is working at present and DCP has ordered Amboli police to shut it through court order.

In Pursuant of APMC and Kharghar FIRs, High court has ordered for refund of money of the victims as per FIR.
High court has ordered Priority International to deposit money of Amboli FIR with the court and process of refund will begin shortly.
Hadapsar and Chaturshringi FIRs are transferred to Economic offences wing at Pune.

Hi Team,

We have recently taken a holiday trip through this company and they said the breakfast in hotel will be included. However, they did not pay for breakfast at the time of booking and stated that they will refund it later. But its been 2 months since I am following up but seems they are not in mood to refund or provide any update on that.
