I took membership in november 2016 and since they have not been replying to any mails that i have sent on - '[protected]@priorityinternational.net'; '[protected]@priorityinternational.net'; '[protected]@priorityinternational.net'. Also the customer care numbers they provided are not reachable. I have paid 2, 05, 000/- and the entire amount is at risk.

Updated by Bhavinsavla_08 I have raised an official complaint against the company with Ministry of Consumer Affairs and they are in process of filling a legal procedure against the company.

I have taken the membership of this company in aug, 2016 and my membership number is pimu 30149. Not once i had availed any of the facilities. All the promises are false. They promised to send the invite for summer camp, pass for events etc but didn't happen. Now when i am planning a trip in october and i'm trying to contact these people there all numbers are not reachable.
I feel duped.
Please help me get my money back.

I had booked for 5 years package from priority internation pune at season mall
Where they called my family for gift voucher.
But ultimately we fooled by them and we booked tour package for 5 years
At rs.100000 so initially i paid rs.50000 by credit card of hdfc and later on rs.25000 by cash to them.
But in last month when i visited the office at aundh there is no trace of them
I want refund of my money
I request to help me in this matter.

I had paid Rs. 100000 by cheque for membership in 2015. But i never received any services from priority international. Now i asked for refund so they gave me Rs 20000 cheque but this cheque got bounced twice.
Now whenever i call there, no one answer my call. Even their representative ignores my call. I have sent them several messages on whatsapp and email but still my complaint is not resolved and also i didn't received my refund back.

My amount of Rs.21000/- is with priority since 2yrs. I don't want any [censored] service from priority. I had mailed 1000 times. Only reply I am getting is We will credit my money back. But still no money is credited. Shame on priority. I don't expect such bad treatment from priority shame really shame

I have bought membership in priority international holidays club on 14th may 2016 at 1lakh rupees. Now when i am trying to book the holiday hotel booking at their customer service id ([protected]@prioritypriviliges.com), i am getting the message as "address not found". Even their phone numbers are unavailable now.[protected],[protected]. These were active when i last tried in 2016 calendar year. But unable to book any bookings till date. I think this is a fraudulent company. Kindly do some enquiry on this and help me in getting the refund from them.

You can file complaint under Section 415 & 420 of IPC with the Police. Since the amount is not much, there is all chances after complaint is filed they will come and settle with you.Ifor compansation you can file consumer complaint.if you want any other assistance you may call me at[protected]

I have paid around 2.4 lakh in 2016
And have not availed any services since then.

Recently i asked them to provide one day stay in a agra and they could not provide it sighting vendor issue.. Inspite of them they assuring us that they will pay us

When requested to provide basic services they are not even able to provide one night stay

I have invested around 100000 in 2015 for 5 years plan. While paying the money they said there won't be any interest from credit card but i have to pay least 10k extra due to emi. They are not providing the service and when i am asking for a refund, they are not ready to pay.

Initially, they also commented that they will provide 1k vouchers each month till 5 years but i never got those vouchers.

I took membership in priority international in jan 2014. Its been more that 4 years. I was able to avail one holiday as per agreement. Didn't get breakfast as per agreement, after mail communication next holiday amc was waived. Since last couple of month i didn't catch them.
Office is close and financial farud case is already filled in 2016 and now investigation is under crime branch pune.

Moreover it, s been promised by this company that i can swipe my credit card and convert it to emi and interest amount will be refunded by the company. I paid around 115000 inr and paying interest amount of credit card as well. I have sent more than 100 emails to this company but they always say will get back to you soon from last three year. I am fed-up with this company now.

I had invested rs 100000 for a 5 year holiday package with priority international holiday club at their aundh office in 2014. I enjoyed holidays for 2 years. After 2016, priority just closed down. Also tour planning for this yr but no one branch contactable... Also which person contactable they said they left d job... This big amount harms to my good investment which done in 2015 still not get fulfillment this amt which fixed deposits can give me returns... I have paid almost 1 lakh rupees to this fraud company and they are not providing good services, providing some low class lodges which we are not prefering . and recently i have booked hotel in Delhi and after checkout they ask me to pay bill i am shocked because they given me the voucher and they told me that they have paid amount but at that time i called them but no response. so finally i have to pay . after returning to have i ask them to refund my amount which i have paid to hotels but daily they are saying today they are depositing but till one month gone still not credited and they are not recieving calls also and i am in Hyderabad now, what should i do. Please i request please save people with this king of fraud companies.please help me to refund my 3 years amount and recently transaction.

Updated by Sree261987 I have paid almost 1 lakh rupees to this fraud company, at the time of agreement they told me they will provide 4-5 star hotels but they providing some lodges which is not a 2 star also and they are asking gst also after that also they are providing voucher of that waste hotel without paying amount to the hotel we need to pay, and after asking for refund they are not giving refund till 1 month and daily i am call them but they are saying so many peoples are in queue so i need to wait, i am asking one thing why should i wait, please request take some serious action on them and try to refund my 3 years service amount which is 60000 and my hotel bill was 7000. Please guys dont being trap to this fraud companies.

Membership is pipu 0130 is given and i paid all payment by emi.
I come to understand now that the fraud is happened with me like all other members after going through the complaints raised by all.
Now i am going for fir immediately in police station against this fraud.
Please let me know the way to get back my money asap. Want to get refund asap against paid amount for six years.[ agreement copy can be shared ]

They are a big cheaters, I have invested 2.5 lacs for membership but now no one is responding to the phone calls or emails. Will get my hard earned money back.
