Priority International is a fraud company and they are shameless cheaters. They lures people and cheat them. They are thugs. They makes false promises to sale their holiday packages and to be on safer side, they does not mention false promises in agreement, but give personal verbal guarantee to fulfill it. If gang of 5 peoples (staff) all at one time promise something (cash voucher or other facilities such as gym etc ) to provide free or without any extra charge, anybody can succumb to their false promise.

I am one of victim of their fraud out of maybe thousand (number of victims maybe more than my expectation). One year ago, they had tempted me to purchase holiday package of Rs. 25000/- ( Membership Number 3931) of one week by promising me to provide monthly Rs. 1000/- cash voucher of Star Bazaar/Big Bazaar for 2 years and to do so, they used above mentioned modus operandi/tactics. After not receiving a single cash voucher in next 2-3 months, I visited their Season Mall, Pune office (same location where I had purchased package) and inquired about the same. They simply told me that they do not give cash voucher for holiday package of Rs. 25000/- and it is not mentioned in agreement. They did not allow me to meet gang of staff who had personally promised me it stating that many of them had resigned and none of them is present. At that time, Mr. Manoj Pille from management staff promised me that he would talk with seniors to refund it.

After few weeks later, I contacted him and requested him to arrange transfer of holiday package if refund is not possible, he simply refused to entertain my request.

Right now, I am not sure whether consumer court and/or police complaint would be of any help or not. I want refund as Priority International peoples are not trustworthy and they are fraud. I personally feels that they should be declared fraud and cheater.

Reach to there Andheri(W) office in Dhanashree Height with cops. This is Mumbai Head quarter of Priority International. They are calling customer from this office. Whole 7 or 9 floor is occupied by them. You can interact there executive who says "he is only senior person to whom we can co-ordinate". ([censored]s executives).
Make a call, record it, note down detail of executive & then raid to catch him red handed.

Directors of Priority International Holidays Club Private Limited are Tushar Shahaji Chaudhari, Waseem Mohammed and Ahamed Basha Shaik.

Priority International Holidays Club Private Limited's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was last held on 30 September 2015 and as per records from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), its balance sheet was last filed on 31 March 2015.

How government can allowed registration on gmail id???
Those who have lodged police complaint have got refund at Navi Mumbai.
Please refer to high court order in criminal bail application No 1638 and 1639.

If you want refund for deficiency of service, file consumer court case.
If you are cheated by Priority International, lodge police complaint. You'll get refund of money and also Priority International will be punished for their crime.

    We have taken membership in 2014 in pune at there amanora office (Which is closed now). Now we are contacting them for booking of hotels from jan, 2017. They are just giving us excuses & whatever destination we are asking to them they dont have any facilities over there n such stuffs. After reading all complaints come to know that they are fraud & cheated many people like us. Now we dont know how to recover our money from them. We want our money back or want top resolve this issue n want our holiday booking done as per our desired dates within timeline.
    Those who have lodged police complaint have got refund at Navi Mumbai.
    Please refer to high court order in criminal bail application No 1638 and 1639.

      I took membership in Dubai before a year and few months. I booked hotel for my daughter on May 7th 2017 and from that date onwards Priority International Dubai office has been promising me only and not providing me with hotel vouchers.

      Honestly I am fedup

      When I took membership I was told that there will be 6 to 7 shows and functions during every year and I would get passes but during last one year I just got one even passes and that too after pushing your office 100 times.

          This is to inform you that we have paid 45000INR to Priority International holidays for membership of 2 years. When we requested for booking of hotels twice, we were not given anything. So we decided to cancel the membership and requested to reimburse our amount.
          From past 6 months we are following up but no proper response from them.

            We took the membership for PIHC on Jan 9th 2016. Details as follows:
            Mship No: PIPU#3548
            Amt Paid: INR 70, 000/-

            Company registered Office:

            Supreme Building Unit No 401/402, 3rd Floor Survey No 134, ITI Road, Above Deustche Bank, Aundh Pune 411007 MH.
            This membership was for providing Holiday packages, hotel accommodation tours and travels along with other facilities. Besides, we were offered a number of add ons viz grocery vouchers, salon/gym memberships, Dinner vouchers and event tickets etc (none were provided).
            On 12th Oct I requested for bookings for my Sydney trip on which they expressed their inability to do so. Hence we both mutually agreed to cancel the membership and a refund of the membership fee. The timeframe provided for the refund processing was 45 days.
            We sent an email for the same on 10th Dec’16 requesting for the same. Now, it’s nearly been 120 days since we have not received the refund. Every time we send an email or visit their office for follow up we receive an assurance and a false promises. Request you to please look into this matter and help us.

              No one is responding to the mails and neither are they picking up any calls. I'm trying to book a holiday as being a member for which i've paid 95k membership fee. Now no one is responding to mails or any other numbers provided by them.

                This complaint refers to Priority International Holiday Club Pvt Ltd, which allegedly cheats customers, offering membership for discounted holiday packages, claiming to have tie-ups with five-star hotels and resorts. The company fraudulently called me in shady hotel at Khar Station stating that I have been selected for one week holiday to International & domestic holiday locations. After lot of resistance i agreed to go for the same since they were frequently following up with me. later on i got to know that they dupe people with false membership offers for domestic and international holiday packages. I was given a complimentary holiday offer to which, I have been writing mails to their customer care departments since last 3 months to which they have not been able to honour till date. They speak rudely to me by some fictitious names & give excuses like there is no availability. I have spoken to various frauds, roughes like Rohit, Akash, Vishal, Ajay etc on their customer card numbers[protected]/4/8) which keep giving lame excuses of not giving bookings.
                I request you to help in restricting this fraud company to dupe common people. they have a office at 9th flloor, Dhanashree heights, B Wing, Azad Nagar, Veera Desai rd, Andheri west, Mum 53.
                I request you to raid their offices with police & put this frauds behind bars for cheating & manipulating common peoples hard earn money.you can call me for verification on my number [protected].

                  We took membership of Priory International from mumbai office of Rs. 1 Lakh. But we paid 60000 in cash and remaining he told us to give after utilisation of this 60000 rs. and they told us that they are giving 4 or 5 star hotel facility but when we approach them when we want to go mahabaleshwar then they give us only 3 star hotel and after that they are saying that after submission of your remaining amount we will provide you the service further.
                  they also teld us about various free coupons like navratri vouchers, new year party vouchers, gym vouchers and picnic too but out of it they didnt give us the basic service too.
                  we think that we lost our money.

                    They given wrong promises and sold membership to me and many others but failed to provide service as committed, now not picking phones, not replying to e-mails. They have cheated me and many others, we demanding our money back but those ppl not responding to it. Complaints are already registered against them in APMC, Vashi police station. And heard few arrests were made, but still their one of director (Tushar Shahaji Chaudhari) is attending their Pune office.

                    Other two directors are: Waseem Mohammed & Ahamed Basha Shaik.

                    Requesting you to take strict action against them and help other people to avoid getting trapped by their false lucrative offers.

                          This company is conning people at Shopping Malls by making them fill the form in the name of a lucky draw.
                          They claim to have tie ups with 5 star hotels across the world and after you have paid the membership fee - they disappear.
                          This scam is on since 2014 ( at least ) and I have seen many complains online - however the police doesn't seem to have taken action.
                          They move around cities scamming people and fraud committing.

                            Dear readers,
                            I filled coupon in big bazaar in april. Very next day i got call stating that i had won gift from big bazaar and asked me to collect that gift from certain place at andheri. They insisted that there will be certain ceremony of sorts at andheri and hence i cant collect my gift from big bazaar. When i went there, they said they are sister concern of big bazaar. They showed me all types of holiday packages and also showed that they were one of sponsors of incredible india with amir khan being the brand ambassador. Only on basis of big bazaar and amir khan i was impressed and was very receptive for their schemes.
                            On basis of priority employees' claims of tie ups with various top hotels, gyms all over india and abroad, i choose 30yr package for rs.2.5 lakh with condition that i will pay only by emi and i don't have credit card. They said they will make transaction and i have to pay by emi. Kadar basha fraudulently swiped my debit card on pretext of checking my debit limit and transferred rs.50000 into priority account. When i protested they claimed that i can convert it emi from my end with 0% interest. I believed them and gave remaining rs.2 lakh cheque. Later when i contacted bank for emi with 0% interest, bank told me that there is no such scheme and i have been duped and asked me to lodge fir. Next day i could not locate priority employees nor their branch office. Later with much difficulty i found priority's office as they has shut down office at one place and opened new office at other place. I asked priority for refund as i have been cheated on basis of false promise of emi. Also i asked for list of all tie up hotels and gyms in india and abroad. As they were unable to provide me emi scheme nor were able to share list of tie up hotels, i issued stop payment instructions for cheque.
                            At andheri, mahan patel, arun kumaran, shivendra singh, ibrahim and others all did time pass with me. Later when i insisted on meeting kadar basha, they gave various reasons of his absence but on persistence of meeting kadar basha, within 5mins, he comes out of his inner room in priority office.
                            Kadar basha fixes appointment with riyaz ahamed shaikh, priority lawyer stating that he is authorised to give me refund. Again riyaz tries to do timepass and in a group, i complained to amboli police station. I also complained to company directors about being cheated but they failed to take action against their employees nor they refunded my money.

                            On basis of false claims of tie ups with hotels, gyms and banquet halls in india and abroad and on directions of senior police officers, fir 107/2016 dated 19/3/2016 was lodged against priority international directors and their various employees.

                            Also there are four more FIRs against priority international at APMC police station, vashi (FIR no - 135/2016), Kharghar police station ( FIR no195/2016), Chaturshringi police station ( FIR no 199/2016) and at hadapsar police station, pune (Fir no - 300/2016)
                            The anticipatory bail applications in APMC FIR and Kharghar FIR are rejected. The Priority International Directors (Ahamed Basha Shaik, Tushar Shahaji Chaudhari and Waseem Mohammed) are absconding.

                            There are two consumer court order against priority international at pune dated 12/1/2016 and 14/3/2106.

                              I am having memebership with them from last 2 years and this year when i am planning for my holidays they are not responding me and replying only that system is upgrading and you send your travel details later even when i called on customer service they are not picking up my calls.following is reply they are giving from last 15 days

                                  As per promises upon membership, priority pass for airport lounge & gym vouchers not issued even after 6 months, made multiple requests by mails., hotel reservation staff is good., gift vouchers not useful very ltd validity dates printed., reservation dept efficient, but other services not provided, not a single event invitations sent. very unethical, thought of recommending other friends but will not take chance, they called for the gift vouchers invitations, 70/- rs mrp glass bowls were presented at the time of presentations & taken our 3 lacs rs. against the contract. for above services.
                                  It is very true that Andheri Branch Shri Vinay Saksena, Shri Karan Sharma and Deepak also Shri Sagar, Sr. Manager who will not look as this matter. I am also suffer as above from 4 months back. No any voucher or Jim passed provided me till this date. Even no one received my phone or my wife phone. They will punish by the Policy or Court.

                                    This is fraud company. They might give you response for first 1 or 2 bookings. Once they gain your confidence they will start contacting you to extend/upgrade the period of service with some offer. Once you extend your contract, they will not respond you at all.

                                    See below is email chain I had with them. They are so unprofessional. it has been around 3 years, I haven't got a gym membership. I am going police complain aginast them and sue them.

                                      This organization is fraud, not refunding my membership amount, interest charges. They are not able to provide any service & hotels for holiday. They also shut down their one of office in Satra Plaza, Vashi, Navi Mumbai and operating secretly from another office nearby at #250 in same building.

                                      Initially they said their org organizes various fun, award distribution, film industry events for which we will get free passes, but in last 1 year I got only 1 for new year celebration, same with summer camps as promised.

                                      They blocked my credit card for Rs. 84, 000/- (towards EMI) which they never said me before. Initially they said above EMIs are interest free but
                                      my credit card bank charging me interest on every month, this org not refunding it on regular basis. When contacted back not giving me reply to my mail, not with phone, sometimes giving me weird answers, asking additional documents for refund.
                                      For booking, initially said we just need to inform them 20 to 25 days prior actual travel but now saying we have to inform them 2 months advance.
                                      They don't have their hotels/resorts anywhere, not providing list of hotel where we can go for holiday.
